      They are scammers, they took money from me and won’t give it back after I cancelled the membership. I’m on the phone with them right now and they are giving me the run around about giving back my refund today. I am furious and will sue if need to. Yes I am absolutely serious about suing over $46 cause this is ridiculous

      I would avoid this company at all costs. I have found their customer service to be nearly non-existent and when you do get someone that you think can help you, they are extremely incompetent. I purchased a yearly membership, changing from a monthly membership. Paid $240, tried to redeem the membership and their system said 'link expired'. Won't even let me create a new account either. Online message coming up that there are 'system issues'. Got a hold of customer service at least 10 times in the past week and received different explanations from everyone who responded. They told me to go to the car wash and they will straighten it out. Went to the Bentonville location, which ended being another waste of time (and gas money). They supposedly set up the membership at that time and gave me a new RF tag. Tried to go through the car wash. Tag wouldn't work. Parked the car again, went inside and the staff had no clue how to fix this. They gave me yet another person to contact via email. Emailed this person 2 times and still haven't heard back, which was expected. I tried their customer service chat one last time yesterday and told them that my new tag number / membership shows online but says 'terminated'. I asked why they can't just change that flag so my membership would be active. They said they couldn't. They said they'll just refund my money. Apparently, this business has so much money that they can just run customers off. It's amazing that with new car washes opening in this area every couple of months, you'd think that they'd be fighting for the business. But they don't care. So, my only option at this point is to dispute the charge on my credit card due to non-delivery of services. Stay away unless you want to spend 10 hours in one week trying to get what you paid for.

      Zips has gone downhill fast. The vacuum bays are always dirty and the vacuums rarely work. They used to have several towel and spray bottle carts in the vacuum area, now you are lucky to find one. The service is horrible.

      Would go zero stars if able. They scammed me for multiple months on a membership, claiming I didn’t cancel when the representative at the location said they handled for me. Then after written confirmation my membership was cancelled, they charged again. Would not recommend, hoping we get some more reputable companies in the area to replace them if this is how they handle.

      The company denied my request that my vehicle scratch from the car wash.
      I didn’t see any scratch before the wash and it pop up after the wash and how can they miss it.
      I will tell others don’t go to zip car wash because I don’t think they do replace the equipments frequently. I am filing complaints against zip car wash

      My complaint is about the Lemay ferry zips car wash. I really pay directly out of my bank account monthly and this particular car wash is garbage. They do not spray off your car the way they used to the rollers on the right side do not work. The air dryers at the end do not work. What more can you say? I'm definitely canceling my membership but oh yeah on another complaint they're not open on any rainy days. And if you go by there the doors are open but there's a cone in front not allowing you to pull through? What is up with that stupidest business ever?

      This business is not willing to take responsibility on incidents happening on their property. My car was continually pushed into the car in front of me by the rolling components that rolls the cars through. I complied with the no brake and car in neutral policy but yet still left with car damage due to their equipment not shutting down with some other car pausing or something happening with their equipment. A total of at least 4 cars hit each other as the wash continued. The manager Mr. Teddy stated that they do not pay for car damages with their insurance unless it is proven as a mechanical issue but is unwilling to share video due it being private property.
      The police department was called and stated the are unable to investigate due to being private property.

      This business is deceitful and deliberately signs you up for a membership without your knowledge. They charge $45 from your accounts & refuse refunds. My car was left with soap running down the back, sides, windows & under the doors while the attendant blamed my car for it & wouldn’t allow us to run it through the wash again. Complete rip off! Zero stars, beware!

      I cancelled my car wash membership on November 20 2023 and am still being charged $45 a month including today 1/17/24. I called them again today and even though I have email proof that it was cancelled last November, they said it was never canceled an error on their part, so he then informed me that I would not be receiving a refund because I did not cancel before the 7 day period before billing date. Hello it has been almost 60 days. I will be informing the State of MO about their practices and also send them to my lawyer.

      This company signed me up for a subscription i didn't request or order. Company is no better than a gravel used car lot from the 1970s. Total scammers.
