      They charged my account $40 for 6 months when I signed up for a $10 ONE month subscription. They are impossible to get a hold of, I moved an hour away and you have to go in person to cancel. They even charge the payments as a one time fee instead of re occurring, which makes it more difficult to have your bank cancel them and file fraud. Upon further research they are doing this all over to many people! Beware they are stealing customers money!

      DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP Keep charging after cancelling.
      DO NOT USE CAR WASH. Car behind me hit me in rear when exiting pushed me out of car wash. They DENIED my claim for damages. NO STARS!......Not to mention HORRIBLE carwashes.. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD Earned money!!

      I wanted to purchase the $10.00 wash to get the dirt off my car. They did not accept cash and the attendant said I would have to use a debit or credit card. I used a credit card. I get alerts when my credit card is used. Yesterday I received an alert that a $45.00 charge was made on my credit card for a Zip car wash monthly subscription. I notified my credit card company that I did not make that transaction and had not subscribed to a membership. I will never use Zip Car wash again because this is type of scam. I wonder how many people they have scammed out of money by doing this. Shady dishonsent business practice.

      If I could give zero stars I would. The Zips on Tesson Ferry in St. Louis has horrible customer service. Their blowers don’t work. I received a “hand written note” on the back of a piece of paper telling me I would get a free wash next time. No one at the location will honor it. When I go back to try to redeem it, they tell me to hold on and the next thing I know I’m being pushed through the car wash and their blowers still aren’t working!!! Beyond frustrating. I will never be back. Even for a free wash! Highly do not recommend.

      Zero stars! This car wash on walnut street in Rogers is run by a bunch of crackheads. I Waited 7 minutes for an attendant for the wash and nobody was to be found. This isn’t the first time this has happened here. It happens on a VERY frequent basis. Don’t worry about getting the unlimited washes membership, you won’t be able to use it! Definitely use a different car wash!

      Zip’s continued to bill monthly after cancellation of services. They billed two additional months at $45.00/ month. We were told $90.00 would be credited but got an email saying we would be credited $45.00. Another phone call to customer service assured another $45.00 would be credited. This business has horrible reviews and I urge anyone to not do business with them. We are very disappointed. Stay away !!!!

      Like many others posting about Zips Car Wash, I went there for a $10.00 car wash and the next thing I know I'm being charged for a $45.00 monthly membership fee. My bank declined their charge, but the $45.00 fee from Zips keeps showing up on my Visa account every day. I talked to 2 different reps from Zips and they assured me it would no longer show up on my Visa account-but it is there every day!

      I wish there was a zero stars option as I would give 0 out of 5. I have had a $30 unlimited washes membership at Jet Brite for about a year. I never had a problem until I went through the car wash a few days ago and BAM! The front of my windshield was whacked SO HARD (it even scared me badly) that is made a 3-4 inch real bad crack! As soon as I left the car wash, I called. No one answered. I left a complete detailed message through voicemail about the damage their car wash caused to my car 3 minutes after leaving the car wash. I even told them I have a front dash cam footage as proof as I always have my dash-cam going when I drive. I had to go in as no one returned my voicemail in 2 whole days. I went in, did a report, and they called me back the next day and told me that their car wash couldnt have caused a crack in my windshield! These are kids who are 19 years old that run this car wash and they just DONT CARE about your business. I will be canceling my membership with them this week as they will now lose an extra $300/yearly membership with me. This location was specifically the ************* location on *********** near ***** Airport. Beware because the kids here dont care, even if you have proof! You will have damage caused to your car by this car wash eventually as they dont properly take care of all the machines and moving mechanisms.

      Fraudulently took money from my bank account for a membership a did not authorize or agree to.
      Went through and paid for a $10.00 car wash (they no longer accept cash so I had to use my debit card) Employee pretending to help me evidently signed me up for a membership without my knowledge. 1 month later found a charge on my bank account for $48.00 membership. This is a shady way of doing business!!! Found out through Facebook and my bank that this seems to be a regular practice for them. BEWARE!!! will never go back!!! Don't even want to give one star but seems you have to!!
