      Renting through "acceptance now" in southington, CT, I've been getting calls daily since June on a payment I've already made that they claim they didn't receive. I've sent proof and had other staff tell me that I was all set. Daily, I would still get calls about this same payment that we already had cleared up. Started to sound like they were scamming me on an extra payment. They've made no other attempt to take payment from main card on file & that has left me unsure of when a next payment is due. It falls on a different date each month. Very unorganized.

      I have paid for my agreement since last year and have the benefits plus package that I pay extra for. I came down with Covid and haven't been able to return to work and instead of working with me, their demanding to know when I can make my payment. Apparently the benefits package doesn't include Covid. RENT A CENTER IS A JOKE!!!!!

      I don't even wanna give your local store here in buffalo ny on Seneca st very poor customer service and harassing us everyday when we were just approach our next payment and calls from all different numbers and texts us and calls a number that wasn't suppose to be on file and calls them and now this person is mad and harassing us I will reach out to local authorities I know detectives and the local news and calling your corporate office asap I'm so very angry and disappointed in your company never had this issue with old manager
