5 starsI could not have had a better experience. Clint Clemenson helped with every aspect of the process; the initial inspection, insurance questions, the actual replacement, and follow-up. Update 6/13/24 one year later guy come out to repair it, but we still leak. I'll update the post when it's fixed. After one year, 4 team supervisor s, and 6 visits (at least), I still have a new leaking metal roof. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is crazy. I have like 3200 sq ft of metal new roof that still leaks. My insurance company paid for 2 new roofs, one still leaks & it's metal. I have called text messages. I understand staff personnel are short. But for 40,000. I would love a roof that's not leaking. You sub contractor out. I wish I would have know that to start. Thanks for your time. Please fix my roof. Roof was installed on 6/2023. This is not acceptable. Every time they make a repair the roof gets worse. Next it will start leaking into the apartment or the workshop instead of just the carports.

5 starsMr Andrew P*** was in constant contact with us throughout our entire process. Kept us well informed on what was being done and times that it would be done with plenty time for us to make any necessary arrangements to ensure quick and successful completion of our repairs. Have already highly recommended Mr P*** to several other potential customers and would definitely continue that based on our pleasant experience with the service completed for us.

5 starsThis has been challenging for us as we are an older couple, not to computer savvy and are not in the Grain Valley area (out of state). But, Mr. M***** "Ernie" of Apple Roofing was and has helped us through a long process. Dealing with all the insurance matters, claims, requests, forms e-mails.
Well just "Everything"! He has been patient and encouraging the whole time.

My tenant told us everything went well and the project was completed well.
