Ernie M***** with Apple Roofing was one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with. Having hail damage and needing a roof can be very stressful. I knew from the moment he arrived and began the estimate that he would be getting our business. Yes, I had other companies out & attitude goes a long way. Ernie is so knowledgeable and puts the customer first. He communicated from start to finish making sure everything was done correctly. New roof, new gutters, very happy customers. Thank You!

The choice of a roofing company is based on reputation, reliability, quality of insulating material, cost and references provided by friends and neighbors. Equally important is the oversight surveillance during the installation. Saint Raphael satisfied all of the above requirements. I made this choice after observing the installation of four roofs, in our street, all to the satisfaction of the house owners. Saint Raphael crew were hard workers and well coordinated. The job was accomplished in the time frame promised. Our salesperson, Ashley, was FANTASTIC! They replaced my roof June 19, 2023. During the job, they ripped out the transition from the roof to my deck then claimed it wasn't warrantied to be replaced. I then had 2 spots that leaked inside my home through my ceiling so Billy came out and sealed 2 places that he said the roofers hadn't sealed around the attic vents. Ethan is a NIGHTMARE to deal with! He will lie and make false claims, belittle you, and is extremely condescending. He claims the leaks were not their fault and that we agreed that they were not at fault so that they don't have to fix my ceiling repairs that the leaks caused. He put items that were not done on the billing to inflate my bill and refused to remove them until I got my insurance involved. After my insurance company became involved he decided to replace the transition they removed and removed the items on my invoice that didn't belong. Terrible job on my roof (changed on June 19, 2023 and just settled everything but the ceiling leak repair on May 17, 2024) and terrible customer service! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!Apple Roofing

Thank you for your response. The handling of the insurance was not at all my issue with Apple Roofing. My insurance company is amazing! The only drawback was that you came recommended by them. Hopefully nobody else has the same "luck" with you. The lack of workmanship and the customer service from Ethan Mackey are my complaint. You claim that you've met "industry standards" but yet my roof leaked and it was verified that your crew removed the transition from my roof to my deck and failed to replace it. That's not "industry standard", that's poor workmanship. Then I was told by Ethan that I better be glad that I was valued by my insurance or I would have been paying out of pocket for every material and hour to replace the transition that your people removed. He then sent an email to my insurance that I received a copy of that was full of lies. I kept all the emails and will be happy to share them with anyone who would like to see them. We had roof damage on the house that we had barely been in for a year. We contacted Apple Roofing and they sent Travis out. He was so patient explaining the process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Most important he dealt with my insurance company which was balking on coverage. He was tireless with them and in the end, we were covered less our deductible. The crews that came out were thorough in cleaning up after themselves and did a great job. Highly recommend this company to handle your roofing needs.Apple Roofing
