      Monday 11/20/23 I was getting my new siding installed. NMC/Apple Roofing failed to mention that I had to take everything off my walls and now I’m left with significant damage to multiple items in my home. The following is a list of items and damage.
      1. Two very large wood shelves were knocked off the wall
      2. Couch (oil diffuser fell of couch and left a huge oil stain)
      3. Multiple glass framed pictures broken.
      4. One of a kind ceramic art piece broken
      5. Other sentimental items irreversibly ruined
      Along with all of this damage the crew was 4 days late. I have reached out to multiple people at NMC/Apple Roofing but have not received a response.

      The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Toby H******* kept me informed about everything being done and when it would start and about how long it should take. I would recommend this company to my friends.

      Last month after Apple Roofing completed my roof, I noticed black tread marks on my driveway. I reported this to Jonathan Reese during his visit to my home. He took photos and stated that he would check with his manager. After no response, I emailed Jonathan on October 9th to check the status. Again, on October 26, I checked with Jonathan again. He responded by saying that his regional manager said that since it was necessary for the company to use the dump trailed in my driveway, he would not pay to have the driveway cleaned. It seems logical to me that since the company caused the black tread marks, it should be responsible for the removal of the marks. If these tread marks are a continual issue, why didn't the company cover the driveway before using the dump trailer. I am disappointed with the failure of the company to take responsibility. They caused the damage, now I want them to remove it. The lack of customer service is disappointing. I am requesting that Apple Roofing pay for the removal of the black tread marks from my driveway.

      Only thing I can say about Apple Roofing. EXCELLENT!!!!!
      I watched the entire process of roofing my home. There were no details left undone. They even painted the house vent pipes to match the new roof.

      I was in a time crunch with insurance to get a new roof installed. I called Apple Roofing because of customer eating. They did not disappoint. Darren H***** guided me step by step through the process. The crew was here about 6:30am and was completely finished by 4:30 with minimal disruptions. They were very professional and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Apple Roofing. If your experience is anything like mine you will be beyond satisfied. I’d give a 6 star rating if allowed!

      I recently had my roof and gutters replaced with Apple Roofing and was so happy with the results. Dusty Falcon was my contractor. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He guided me through the insurance maze and was helpful and reassuring. The work crews were excellent. So hard working and friendly. I can’t say enough about how pleasantly pleased I am with this company.

      Apple Roofing was awesome, especially Ernie M***** my contractor with them, he was thorough with my current insurance company and when they denied my claim he helped me to go back on my previous company to get the claim to go through. Ernie walked me threw the whole process and made it very easy. I would highly recommend Apple Roofing and Ernie, they are honest and very reliable.
