5 starsI had a wonderful experience getting my new roof with Apple Roofing! My sales man, Tim Wilkerson was remarkable! He was not pushy with me and that is exactly why I choose to use them. We had a hail storm and I had call after call, mail and daily knocks at my door where it became harassing at a certain point. Tim had stopped by the year before and helped me find a handyman to replace a few shingles instead of making an insurance claim. He texted me during the latest storm I responded I would get back with him later. He didn’t text every day he was patient with me and my schedule. When I was ready I did all communication through text which was great for my schedule! I didn’t have to take off work. It was all done without me having to take time off he sent pictures and was very helpful! And he met up with the insurance adjuster for me. Great experience! Thank you Tim!Review fromsheila p

5 starsAs a homeowner in the process of selling my home, I was introduced to Brandon at Apple Roofing ,through the buyer of my home. I knew the roof had some extreme damage, and needed to be replaced. But my insurance company was only trying to replace the damaged shingles. As a knowledgeable roofer, Brandon was able to provide evidence to the insurance company that indeed the entire roof needed to be replaced. Not only is Brandon, professional and knowledgeable regarding the roofing business, he is also wise with knowledge regarding the insurance claims. With Brandon’s help , my insurance company went from replacing shingles, to getting an entire new roof. A selling plus with Apple roofing is that the warranty is transferable to the new owner. Brandon made this entire process pain-free for me as I was packing up my life in my home.

1 starI require a negative star rating for my review. My deck with rotten wood I pointed out multiple times and begged them to change (only to be told by the project manager that she was the professional expert and would make the final decision even tho I was the paying customer) was shingled over! The first couple of crews that came out disaster, the salesman, every area manager (3) and the regional director that all kept promising to make things right, with all addition cost to be paid for by Apple Roofing kept getting fired!! So every promise made by them was also altered by the COO/part owner. Seeing how Charlotte County allows roofers to basically self inspect by signing an affidavit certifying the decking is good without an actual inspection, I can only imagine the amount of other customers who have roofs that this company replaced after hurricane Ian with rotten decking sitting under the shingles. After removing the entire shingle and underpayment (underlayment removed 3 times prior to shingling the first time and they still shingled over rotten wood) an addition 45 boards and 98’ of fascia board had to be replaced on a deck their company certify as good, the entire rear valley was rotten wood along with the entire ridge. The mess left behind at the end was ridiculous!! It so far has set me back over 6 months (costing so far an extra 6 months rental at $2350 per month) delaying all the other repairs required to get my house in livable. Then they wanted me to understand their need charge me more breaking every promise from every manager/regional director I spoke to prior, promising me to make this right. I could understand if I tried to trick them and say I had a good deck great wood etc however I went into this telling them from the start I know I’ll need a lot of wood and won’t be surprised if the whole deck needs to be redone, which they laughed and said highly unlikely. 1 starWe used Apple Roofing in Colorado. It was such a negative experience that I am writing my first ever review. We initially called due to water coming into the living room and were told we needed a new roof. After the roof was installed, water continued to come into the house. We were told "not to be so dramatic" when we called to say that this issue was concerning. I actually called Nebraska in hopes of some support there and was told I would hear back within three days, though I never did. Working with our insurance company to consistently contact our Apple representative who was fairly uncommunicative, it still took 4 long months before the roof was fixed. We finally spoke with the supervisor who assured us we would no longer need to interact directly with our disrespectful and unprofessional contact, but he still ended up being the one who called anyway. I tell others to stay as far away from this company as possible. As a consumer, we felt shocked by the way we were spoken to and the way the company acted so unwilling or unable to assist. Excuses were the main mode of communication. We were incredibly frustrated and disappointed.Review fromMrsad P
