I bought an axe handle on Jan 19 and was not told that it was on back order which the odds of a specific axe handle being on backorder are slim anyway, Anyways, I was told that it was on backorder and received an email that it would be shipped on the twelfth but that was closer to two weeks ago, every time that you call it goes straight to voicemail and you're told to leave a message.On January 19th, I purchased an axe handle. However, I was not informed that it was on backorder. The probability of an axe handle being on backorder is low, so it was surprising. Subsequently, I received an email stating the order would be shipped on the twelfth. However, it's been two weeks since then and I haven't received the order. I do apologize for the delay on the Part you ordered.
This order was for a specific Axe handle from Husqvarna, and we did advertise this part as not being in stock.
Our customer service team did follow up with email communications on the delay, as well as estimates that we were receiving from Husqvarna for the replenishment.

In late September of 2023 I purchased a dishwasher part in the amount of $203.03. Item was back ordered. While waiting repairman came and recommended replacing entire unit which i decided to do. When notified company to cancel part it had already (finally) been shipped. They do have a return policy so I called to get that information. The return address was emailed to me and I generated a label and brought it to a *** drop off site as recommended. Well here we are in **** and I have yet to receive my refund. Parts Warehouse claims they cannot find it and so far I have not been able to speak to anyone ( in the U.S) who can help me. I was not provided a tracking number as the drop off site just hands off to ***. The label on package other than address has also my order number and return address which Parts Warehouse recommended me to place on package.Business Response

We certainly apologize for your frustration with this issue.
We do want to help you with your return, however we must have a tracking number on the return shipment in order to issue a refund. We have checked our warehouse several times and we do not have any returns or packages with your name, address, or even the part you ordered.
In your statement you said that you do not have a tracking number because you dropped it off at a *** drop off location. You should have a receipt of the postage for your return. The tracking is printed on the receipt. Once we can verify that the package is in transit to our location we will issue a refund. This is outlined in our terms and conditions.

I purchased a part for our pressure washer for our business on 12/22/23. I have not received any emails about my order or any update. I have called numerous times and for days and never seem to get any one on the phone it says all reprensatives are busy then states to leave a message. I have and had not call back now and today is 1/8/23. This place is a scam and I believe you buy parts here and they use the time to look for your part. I would not buy from this place again as the part we needed I have purcharsed from another plave and have already received it. Please stay away from this place. I have requested a refund on 1/5/24 and still no response to that. Dont fall for their **************** and bbb and ****** reviews cause all I have found is bad reviewsBusiness Response

I checked our phone records and our email records and we have not received any emails or voicemails from your phone number and the email address entered into your order.
At the time of purchase we did show an availability of usually ships in 10 business days. I apologize that the time frame has exceeded that and have cancelled the order and issued a refund.
If you used a different number or different email to communicate with us please let me know as we I can look into why you would not have gotten a return call.

This place advertises items in stock when they dont have them. It is a complete waste of time after waiting for a part to ship out, that was in stock, they decided to cancel my order and refund my purchase. I asked them multiple times why you can search for the part even now and it shows in stock still. I have sent pictures and they will not acknowledge the question. I am rejecting this response because: this place ignored the same question several times. This part is NLA from the manufacturer, so that is why I decided to cancel the order. This place needs to get on the ball and a simple reply to my original question and an updated website would if been nice. I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. It still doesnt fix the issue of them showing it in stock for weeks and not updating the site when it was pointed out to them directly. They definitely did not handle this well in my opinion but it isnt worth easting anymore time on. Obviously they still dont understand what the issue is. I ordered a part for my Ego weed whacker. I received no confirmation of the order (I always save order confirmations in a folder and I check my spam folder every day) but my PayPal account was charged. A couple of weeks later, not having received the part, I tried to check the order status on the ************** website, but It gave me no information other than that the order had been placed. I called about the order and was told the part was on backorder and that it would still be another two and a half weeks before it would be shipped. When I ordered the part, which I needed sooner rather than later, it was not indicated that it was on backorder and I received no e-mail alerting me to that status. I'm still waiting. We apologize for the delay. Before you paid for the part we did advise on our site that the part will usually ship from our warehouse within 10 to 14 business days. We are as transparent as possible by providing availability but also our payment policy on our site. 90% of online retailers will charge for the order before the order ships so it is not an ***************** and we do advise that this is our policy in our terms and conditions.
At this point we have cancelled the order and issued a full refund as we do not want to cause you any further dissatisfaction.

I ordered a part based on a picture of the part, order #*******. The product delivered included less than half of the parts pictured. I requested a refund of the $106.48 I paid. They refunded me $92.56, and refused to tell me why the refund was short $13.92. This sale was nothing short of a bait and switch fraud. We do apologize that you received an incomplete part. When you communicated with us you would not allow us to investigate the matter and resolve it for you. You immediately made threats and assumed that this was some sort of fraudulent practice instead of a simple error as we ship over **** orders per day and mistakes do happen. When we did receive the return our returns department was not aware that there was an error and failed to refund the shipping you originally paid...again a simple mistake as we were never able to properly escalate the order. You have been refunded the additional $13.92. Attached original communication that you presented to us:
"The picture on your site for this part includes the entire Ignition Coil and Ignition Coil Module, including the following seven parts Ignition Coil Spark Plug Wire Spark Plug Boot Spark Plug Spring Spark Plug Connector Spark Plug Sleve Ignition Coil Module You only shipped me the Igniton Coil without all the other parts pictured. I would not have bought this if I suspected this kind of fraudulent misrepresentation. Immediately send me a postage paid return label and refund my money. I will report this as a fraudulant sale to my credit card company if I don't recieve a label this "

What are the product they had on their website that said in stock in which paid for expedited shipping? Which was 2 to 4 days called after two weeks and no shipping information and no order to find out it would not ship for another three weeks. I said I would like a refund on my expedited shipping. They didnt inform me that they would need to have account manager contact. Had no contact from them. I called on the date the part they said would be available for shipping and they told me they canceled my order. Currently have no record of refund through PayPal now Ive had my funds over 3weeks. Making it to where I would have to re-order through another company when I finally received the funds and wait for it to be in stock this business has fraudulent information online seen parts are in stock that others do not. I went with them, even though they were quite a bit higher on price because of the fact I can get the part to make my washing machine work sooner instead of waiting for two weeks now Im waiting longer because of their continued mistakes and lack of communication. The cost for not having equipment and being able to use it plus the cost and hard ship for them holding my money for over three weeks. As of now, Ill have to wait for my refund and wait for another company to ship the part again multiple weeks down with a washing machine thats only a couple months old because of their deceptive business practices on the website At least they couldve notified me that the part was not in stock and I couldve done other options not waited two weeks for me to call themBusiness Response

******** was advised of the delay on the part he was purchasing before he purchased the part. It clearly shows on our website that the part is not in stock and usually ships in 10 business days. Per our phone recording, On 9/25 customer did contact us about his order and demanded that we compensate him by refunding his order and providing additional funds to cover interest rates and his inconvenience. He insulted our phone agent and stated that our company was fraudulent. Our agent tried to explain the availability of the part that that she would escalate the issue to customer management but he spoke over her so he may not have heard the information she was trying to convey. Later that same day a member of customer management emailed the customer so we could assist. The next day 09/26 a member of customer management called customer and left a voicemail. We did fully refund the customer on 10/02 back to his PayPal account. We do not offer additional compensation for delays, but we were trying to assist him with refunded shipping and or discounting the part as we do understand how frustrating it is when there is a delay on replenishment of inventory.Customer Answer

Here is the email receipt on the 13thno other emails were sent to me until I called him on the 25th because I had not received shipping tracking information
The websites at the project was in stock I paid for expedited 2-4 day shipping
received no other notice until I contacted them on the 25th and they told me the part would not be available to ship until October 11th
The agent who answered my call, was unapologetic and said there was nothing she could do about it the delay or refunding me the expedited shipping I paid so I told her I needed to talk to a manager or somebody that could she kept trying to talk to me although there was nothing she could do for me.
she expected me to pay the additional charge and wait. I told her I wasnt I needed to get a minimum of a refund on my additional shipping charge.she said she would have to have management get back a hold of me
I have no record of an email or a phone call from them and obviously by me calling them on October 11. It was under my impression they would be shipping out this product..
when I found out they canceled my order I was not gonna take the time to deal with them again seers shipped me the item yesterday for $110.58
I guess I should open up a website and sell parts from other companies and just mark them up and lie about my inventory.

I was trying to order a part for a DeWalt weed eater, and after looking at what seemed to be the correct part I ordered it, as I farther investigated how to remove that same part from my current one I realized it was slightly different and used the call, email, and text options to try to cancel the order, this was same day of order and well within plenty of time for them to cancel it, I spoke with a reprehensive on the phone and through text that both confirmed they would *********** over to be canceled, instead 5 hours later I got a notification that they had just shipped it. It's a classless and greedy move and instead of working with customers they would rather ***** them for shipping costs on a return. Be warned this company will not work with their customers and has no problem trying to s**** them over to make a couple dollars.Business Response

Customer sent us a text at *******, asking to cancel the order. Since the part he ordered was in stock it was already prepared for shipment, we replied that we would escalate the request to customer management for a cancellation. Customer then called us at 2PM and 6PM. Our representative advised that the order was escalated for cancel, but we did not promise we could cancel it since it is a stock part it may have left the warehouse, and tracking gets updated in the evening. We as a company do everything we can to honor our customer request but there are times when we have to allow the team to follow-up with the warehouse to ensure that we can cancel or change a shipping destination. We are certainly not trying to hold onto a $16 order. I have refunded the order as a courtesy and I do apologize for your negative experience.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for several items totalling $115 and change. Received an envelope in the mailbox with two nuts in it, nothing else. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking ********* shipment and waited. Nothing. Tried contacting them but they do not answer the phones or return text messages. They do seem to have the time to respond to BBB complaints so here I am. STOP characterizing it as a bad experience **************. It isn't, it's FRAUD. You're taking money and not providing the goods. I received No notification about being back ordered so that is no excuse. Even if it is then offer your customers the option of a refund or if they choose, to wait for the parts. That is what good customer service looks like. Its the refusal to take calls or return messages that gets people upset. We replied to the text message and we did return your call. I am unsure how you feel that this is fraud when we are responding and we did advise of the delay. Our company receives over a thousand calls a day and we cannot guarantee that you call will be answered immediately, however we do return every call, text, and email that we receive. I have refunded the rest of the order and I apologize if you feel that you were not acknowledged, that is not our intent. Attached you will see our responses in case you missed them.
