7/21/2024 three day shipping and on third day they have not even shipped it paid extra to get it 1 to 3 days. I placed an order on there website on 04/13/2024 for a ********** stand for a total of $96.91. I received an email confirmation and the money was withdrawn from my bank account that same day. As of today 07/19/2024 it's been three months and they have not shipped out the part or provided me with an update as to when they will ship out the part. This is absurd they took the money out of my bank account but never sent me the part. I want my money back!!!Business Response

We apologize for the delay in shipping your order. When the order was placed on our site the part did show to be out of stock. On April 26th we sent you an email advising that the part was still on delay from the manufacturer and the estimate was going to be **** 31st.
Unfortunately the manufacturer still have not updated the estimate for replenishment of this part.

I ordered a replacement blade for my ryobi lawn mower. I paid for 2 day shipping and never received my order. On July 1st I received an email stating that due to manufactor that there was going to be a delay due to stock avaliablity. Parts warehouse said it should send by July 1st . It's July 19th and still have not have received an update about shipping. I placed my order my initial order on June 8th. 6 weeks and still no replacement blade and have not received any info since the end of June 2024. IBusiness Response

I needed to order a part for my washer. I googled and found partswarehouse.com. I put it my make and model of my washer and typed what part I needed. It popped up and I ordered it. What I received however did not fit my washer. I went back to the website and to the part specifically. I went through the list of models it would fit. It should fit but it does not. I tried calling 3 times with no answer. So I tried their text number. Still no response 3 days later. So I emailed. I finally got an email back of them saying i cannot return the part. Even though the website says within 45 days. Upon googling about this website- I have read and seen nothing but terrible things. I shouldve researched first. It looked like a reputable company. I will never ever order from them again or recommend to anyone. Waste of money for a part that doesnt fit my machine!!! I was going to order the new part from them but because they were so rude to me and it took forever to get a hold of them, I will never even consider them.Business Response

We received the message on Saturday via email that your part was not working out. You asked for a prepaid label to return the part. Per the model number you gave us, Whirlpool WFW9150WW01, the part you ordered was incorrect.
We only provide pre-paid return labels if we have sent you the incorrect part, but again per the model you specified, the part ordered does not match.
In the email communication on Sunday we provided return instructions. We did not at any point advise that we would not accept a return. You order was escalated to our ******************* Team as soon as you began making threats to file a chargeback and contact the BBB.
I have checked our call logs and I do not show that you left us a voicemail. Unfortunately we have limited staffing on Sundays therefore you would need to leave a message in order to receive a return call.

Please see attached screenshots. The model number you gave us show that the hose you ordered was incorrect.
We did not order this part for you, and our site did not point you to this part as shown in the screenshots.
The part you need is shown on the parts list.
We have provided return instructions and you are welcome to return the part for a refund, however we have been very clear that we will not provide a shipping label in this case as it is not an shipping error.
This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions and our policies.
If you file a charge-back with your bank we will respond appropriately.

I ordered a part from PartsWarehouse.com (order email confirmation attached) on May 31, 2024 for $19.26 USD (including shipping and taxes) which was charged to my Visa (pic of charge attached). The part was to be shipped within 2-5 days. I never received a tracking number or shipping confirmation. The part was to be shipped to a parcel service just cross the US border, in ********, ND about a half hour drive from where I live in ********. My wife drove there to pick it up on June 14th and it was not there. She immediately called the company when she returned home but could only leave a message which was never returned. I emailed as well on June 19th (see attached) and still have received no response. My wife called again this morning, June 28th, and left a message. I do not feel I will receive a call back especially as I've now found numerous reports of the same issue from other customers online.
As mentioned above below in regards to settlement, I would really like to have the part if possible. For my trouble (and my wife's), I would like the company to ship the part directly to my home at *** *** *** ******, ** *** *** at their expense. If this is not possible, I would like a full refund to my original form of payment.Business Response

On 06/14 we received your voicemail, and replied via email with the July 1st estimate.
On 06/19 you emailed again asking for an update on your order. We replied with the shipping estimate of July 1st.

The part you ordered showed to be out of stock when it was purchased. Unfortunately this is a Bissell part that we are still awaiting replenishment from the factory.
We did provide email correspondence advising of estimates per the manufacturer.
At this time we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Purchased a replacement part for my ego lawnmower the mulch plug, on 5/13/2024.The shipping said 2-5days. Its been 7 I called the company when they opened just to be sent to a voicemail saying leave a message. Will call you back. They called me back an hour later. The woman was very rude. and condescending sounded like she didnt want to be bothered and I was a piece a trash she was even talking to. The end of the call she just hung up abruptly. I would never recommend this company. She was smart with me and said the shipping is when it leaves the warehouse and they have no control over that I had told her dont you think you should probably advertise that on the page where people are buying the products she remains silent I had to say hello are you even there?. I paid eight dollars almost 9 dollars for shipping so thats like $10 over the price of the product that is ridiculous for it to not even come when it said it was going to come she gave me an estimate that she supposedly has no control over saying it wont be there till the middle of June. Thats over a month thats completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I cannot find this part anywhere else or else I wouldve just canceled and got my money back. Would not recommend like I said to anybody , ego customer service told me thats the only place they even see to buy the part for my lawnmower or else I never even wouldve went there and wasted my time and money over. ****************, we are not sure which seal you are referring to as we sent 1 seal WPL-W10136737 which was damaged and you were refunded for it.
The second seal, part WPL-W10136736 is discontinued and was not provided by my company.
We do support the parts we sell, however per our terms and conditions you have 45 days from the delivery date to report any issues. Any issues after that fall on the manufacturer.
For reference, you were issued a full refund at the end of December. You are asking us for warranty information on a part you returned?

I am rejecting this response because: I made no threat. i said i needed the parts you said it would be here in February(if you wish i can send a copy of that email). It wasn't delivered with no response on why. i then had to call YOU (not you contact me) and was told it would be in March (it was not done again)..THEN I HAD TO CONTACT YOU again in march was told it would be here on APRIL 9th. i said "if it was not in my hand by then i would contact the BBB". Lastly you have had my money now for almost 4 whole months to do with as you wish and it was taken in less than 15 minutes . AS OF RIGHT NOW, there is nothing linked to my card. Now had you had it listed that there was a delay/issues on getting the part/did not have the resources to get it from someone else and then send it to me/ then i would not be upset. When you purchased the part they were listed as Usually ships in 10 Business days as usually that is how long long it takes to get replenishment inventory. Delays is this process are not known until they happen, especially with brands manufactured outside the ****

This customer kept calling our sales line and harassing and insulting the sales agents. He made several threats to report us for fraud, and "end" our business. We tried to make arrangements due to the lack of stock with him but he was unreasonable and our service manager had to end the call because he was screaming at her on the phone.
He continues to argue even after we refunded him and had to block his phone number!
What more can I do here.
