    I have waited 2 weeks, part was lost in shipping. I have called and called and tried to get a reahipment or refund but they refused until it was traced with ******* even though tracking number says to process a claim. They wont call back like they say and they rarely answer. Horrible company. Go somewhere else if your smart

    On Sep 17, 2022, I ordered a plastic k*** for an inexpensive window A/C unit from PartsWarehouse.Com. The k*** was $9.65. With S&H it came to $16.61 total. My **** was billed immediately. It is now Oct 23, 2022 and I can't get an estimated delivery date from Parts Warehouse and they will not issue a refund. This is not the first time they have done this. I will never order from them again.

    I would give a zero if I could Order a drawer for my freezer and they ship me a Coil for a freezer. Call to let them know they email me for the make and model of the coil I took pictures of the coil and every sticker on it and the box . This went on for 2 weeks then I email them to say I was reporting them , the next email had a shipping address attached!!!! Then they want me to pay to ship a part I did not order and a part they ship out that was not ordered. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OR USE THEM ( WAREHOUSE PARTS) as of today I still have the coil and out 150.00$ I am also looking for somewhere to turn this company into and file charges if anyone can help please contact me .

    Do NOT order from this business. The # of complaints are astronomical. I placed an order a week ago. There was no information indicated the part was on backorder, and yet the part has not shipped. The company has collected payment in full, has not shipped my order, is not answering calls on their customer service line & has not responded to voice mail or email messages.

    First time I use this company to buy a Dishwasher Part .They send the product to another address and I try to contact them but is in vane because they send the receipt for my order and nobody answer my request. I made phone calls , emails and nobody respond. I want my money back . Don't want the part back because I have to buy it in another place because of the Customer . Need help with this business to get my $ 184.35 back .

    Wouldn't provide return for monitor recalled through multiple texts and phone calls. Logged dispute through PayPal very difficult to do business with

    We ordered parts that took forever to receive. Once received they were defective and actually ended up destroying part of our machine. I asked the company to replace the defective parts and they wanted me to return the defective parts and pay for return shipping costs. The parts probably only cost the company like 50¢! They charged me over $4.99 for shipping and refused to replace defective parts even though I sent them pictures of the defective parts! Beware of this company as they are very shady and unethical!!

    The worst company they made me wait over 2 months for a part and they tell me they discontinue that I've been waiting without vent for over 60 day after me waiting for so long they tell me it's discontinued they could've told me that from the beginning I will not order anything from them anymore The worst customer service not honest
