discrimination I went to the pawnshop today to go **** something, and ****** told me that the district manager ******* stated that you all is not to do no business with me. You all have discriminated towards me because I wanted my money back from the way. you all are upset that I wanted my money back and choose to discriminate towards me and then just told me that the manager ******* instructed you all to not do business with me ******* has discriminated towards me. This is retaliation because I got my money back for the layaway and I can file a complaint with the *** and I also can file a complaint with the better. Bureau and I also can file a complaint with Tallahassee for discrimination, and I also can file a complaint with civil rights that she is discriminating towards me as a black woman because I want to come in and get my money back from the Little Way,. ******* also made a comment stating that I had the store to go out of business, but ******* manager called me and told me if I had a problem to call her. I have been contacted by a company called "*************" stating I owe EZ Money Corp $2,518.00 and that I have "intentionally" gave false information and payment details and I am now facing several fraudulent charges and time in jail. I signed a "binder" thinking it was for a different loan I took out with Money Key. I have not received an ACTUAL court documentation regarding a subpoena or garnishments. Im filing a complaint for the business easy money loans/******** A representative reached out to me today, June 18 at 10:30 AM in mitigation stating that I owe from a loan that I took out in 2013 from an old employer of mine at ************************* in *******************. They say they have my Social Security number and my ID, however that would be the case because I was an employee for this institution. However, I had no open account with this bank in 2013. The company does not honor the do not call list despite repeated attempts to be removed from their calling list. They are in violation of the law and I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. They harass people and call from all different numbers to avoid people blocking them.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:the calls are NOT regarding an existing loan (I do not have a loan through this company) the calls are soliciting new loan applications. Ive told them I AM NOT INTERESTED every time they call. I do not need nor want a loan. The callers have a foreign accent and English is not their native language. The callers always say they will add me to the do not call lists but they still call EVERY SINGLE DAY. Its harassment at this point, and I demand it stop immediately.

This business keeps harassing me via telephone. I've pressed "9" several times to discontinue the calls and to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list. Everyday, multiple times a day, I'm still called. Purchased a handgun on 21 March 2025. On March 22, 2025 the gun was taken to the range and it would not cycle ammo, I then contacted the manufacturer about returning it for repairs. The manufacturer stated the gym could only be repaired under warranty by the original purchaser. I went to the **** shop today (March 26, 2025) to return the gun due to a safety malfunction concern. I was met by ***** the manager who was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. (I have the incident on video). He disrespected me several times, lied about the policy when I had a receipt that states if its a safety issue it can be returned. The individual argued with me in the store, then proceeded to follow me outside and continue to disrespect me. Why is this clown a manager? I went to my vehicle and called ezpawn customer service, I explained what happened and was told I would receive a call TODAY by the district manager. 2/23/25 I got a loan of $1900, with a Finance Charge of $475. Total owed to obtain property worth >$14,000 on 3/25/25.Week prior to that date I was hospitalized expected to be there for a month. I called offering to pay about half via the phone and have a friend pay the balance. They refused payment saying it had to be in full.I am on disability. I discharged myself and on 3/25 offered full payment per contract. They refused.I needed to pay on more than one debit card. They said their computer system cant handle that. I asked for the manager.They called her. 1st she said I could pay with 1 card and the rest in cash. I had no way of getting that cash or putting the total on 1. 2nd she said I could use 2 but it had to be half and half exactly. I could not. 3rd they offered for me to pay the Finance Fee and pay interest on $1,900 until I could get cash at 304.17%.I asked to call mgr back. They refused saying she was on break. They called the police. Police arrived and they told them a different story about they cant because they pay interest when paid by debit card. All this was said in front of 4 officers and then their supervisor. They still refused payment. I had to leave or be trespassed in which case if I returned to pay Id be arrested.They are stealing my property and holding that over my head demanding exploitive interest rate. **** shop conducts unfair business practices. Upcharging, loan servicing agreements incorrect, they decide what they want to charge and scam individuals out of money to benefit there pockets. Put a handgun in layaway, requested to use the money I put down and purchase a different handgun. If I put $50 down and want to purchase a different handgun why would they keep $40 of the money? Thats an unfair business practice to keep money. Anyone can see this. Manager at the IH-35 ************* location botched my background check and I got delayed. He intentionally inputted incorrect information. I have never been delayed for a gun.Business Response
