      EZCORP keeps claiming in all of their responses they don't get involved in collections. I received a letter from a fake collection agency, claiming I took money from them 15 years ago. It seems to me EZCORP is well aware and complicit in the lies and swindling that's going on in their name.

      We are absolutely irate!! Have had nothing but good experiences with the bee ridge location, had a loan on my laptop which a payment was made nov2 and nov29 I called right before new years to touch base to ensure they wouldnt put I into the floor but no one answered (they had previous dont that for us, kept it off the floor for a week while waiting for our paycheck). Went in yesterday to pay for it and they put it out AND someone has it on layaway! Wouldnt even discuss with me (this should be illegal! ). I need my laptop I need it my father just passed a few days ago unexpectedly and all photos are on it Not to mention we have always always paid for the 2 years we have been doing business.

      This store Value **** in ************* has consistently in more than 5 occasions taken part in the gaslighting done to my persona involving agencies who want to torture me and avoid any existence of possibility of normalcy in my life, the store keeps on passing or keeps under appraising the value of my tendered goods which have been mostly high end products such as Apple Prada, to name a few. They have done this repeatedly with me in front of witnesses who know of whats happening and choose to ignore the hate provoking practices

      If I could give a negative star, I would. I was specifically dealing with **** a district manager and mainly with **** ****** ( the worst manager EVER) at the 830 S ** ***** address in ***********************************. They are extremely incompetent and disgusting people. They treat people unfairly and if you complain about one the other covers for the other one because they are friends. Its a scam. Nothing is reported when making formal complaints. They are highly UNPROFESSIONAL. They should NOT be working for this large corporation. They give EZ PAWN A BAD NAME.

      I keep receiving calls from a Mr. ************************* who says I took out a loan in 2013 from a bank I don't use. He has called my job asking for garnishment. I asked why it wasn't on my credit report. He says rudely cause they don't put it on the report. He stated he will email me no email. Please help

      EZ Pawn is a dishonest company! I signed up for email alerts and I used this company for loans and to buy items for years. My small refrigerator is still working that I purchased from them. EZ Pawn, always without fail, has notified me of when my loan was due. My loan became due on 12-1-2023, and I forgot because I was going through a very stressful time. When I tried to sign in to make a payment on 12-5-2023, this company had placed all my products out for sale! How can any company do this to a loyal customer ! I never liked the new manager, and now I no why! The man is evil and I felt it! I loved his brother! I never had a bad feeling around his brother! Now, they EZ Pawn are sending me marketing notifications and letting me know my EZ points are about to expire! But, your company stopped all text alerts, so you could steal my property! You can have those EZ points! You could make it into $500 bucks and I wouldn't use them! You lost a loyal customer! I know for a fact you would have made more money off me as a customer; than you made by stealing my property! I unsubscribe from all contact from your company!

      I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM RECOVERYGLOBAL ASSETS STATING THAT I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH EZCORP EASY MONEY FROM AN ADDRESS THAT I LIVED AT 10 YEARS AGO. THE GUY SAID I OWE OVER $800 AND I MUST PAY BEFORE ITS SENT TO COURT IN WHICH ILL BE OUT OF OVER $2K FOR COURT COST AND FEES. HE COULDNT TELL ME WHERE THE LOAN WAS ORIGINATED FROM NOR HOW MUCH THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS. RED FLAGS FOR ME BECAUSE IF YOU KNOW I HAD A LOAN AND THE INFORMATION WAS SENT TO YOU THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE THE INFORMATION OF THE ORIGINAL LOAN AND THE LOAN AMOUNT. ITS A SCAM AND PEOPLE NEED TO BE CAREFUL AND NOT GIVE THESE FAKE COMPANIES THERE INFORMATION. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST

      I received a call from a representative of a law firm, saying I owe a debt of $2542.64 and that a 65% settlement of $1652.71 has been offered.Supposedly I had this post-dated loan back in 2014 when I worked for a previous employer, but I have no record or memory of this transaction, and I am no longer a member of the bank it was supposedly deposited to. Please help.

      I am getting threats on the phone from these people saying that I owe money for a loan that they cannot tell me from who. A loan for ****** and that I made several payments to from a bank account that I have not had in over 15 years. Told me that it was fraud, would not give me any information and said that if they emailed me that it would be considered that I owed the money.They are trying to scam people out of money.

      I am getting calls from EZCorp trying to say I owe $769.00 to them from 6-7 years ago. I did not get money from them, I have read many of these other reviews and I am just wanting to add to the growing list of fraudulent claims. Very much hoping others do searches like this to the BBB and do not pay them dollars first. SCAM!
