      Hispanic worker named ****** wouldn’t allow me to retrieve my Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS, with upgraded Holosun SCS Red dot, Zev industries Gold threaded barrel, matching gold trigger release, pins and extractor kit, & hogue grip.
      I stopped by to just get some change until later the next day because my wallet was lost I couldn’t find it so I was just trying to get $80 till I found the wallet and I was gonna get the gun right back out. My ID stays in my truck center console because I don’t wanna reach in my pocket if asked for ID by police some will understand my reasons!
      Thing is I have an active ID until June 2027 he would not for no reason add any more money to it or even retrieve it with the same id because he claims it must be a Houston address! So I had to try and get my address changed to a friends apartment just to get my gun back. Well Sadly it still didn’t workout and now I must rebuild another Glock 19 Gen 5! I am extremely livid of this b******** I lost a $800 gun over $80 fucking dollars!

      Item was in **** shop for a while bc I had moved. I called to ask how much I owed to pick up. When I went in and stood in line for 26 mins I was then told I need cash and that its on the ticket thats thats how you pickup. Its not. It was now after close so they wouldnt let me go to the gas station to get cash. I live 90mins away now. $40 in gas to get back and forth. I called today and was told you just have to remember to bring in cash. I said for *************** you should either have a sign that says you have to have cash for pickup or at least have it on the ticket. Some people cant remember even the same day so what about them? He said well how am I supposed to know that anyone has a disability. I said it doesnt matter, it should be there as a protection for yourself as well as customers. Now I have to waste gas and time to get my item again. Sign needs to be placed or tickets need to say must have cash for pickup. The only thing that says anything is no personal checks. Business should be fined.

      Stupid crackhead a** b lied AND SOLD MY SHOES WORTH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I DISCUSSED PAWNING MY ITEMS AND THEY PUT IT IN THEIR SYSTEM AS SOLD. I will be reporting this business on every social media I can. Scum of the earth. Crack heads!!!!!!!

      These sales representative are Scammers under the auspicious title of auto insurance. I have been called here in ****** sometimes 2 times a day using private numbers. I will use public media to profile their scams.

      WORST COMPANY IN THE ******** Value Pawn/Ez Pawn might as well have no phone number customer service doesnt reply to emails nor pick up phone calls not to mention voice messages have been left no call back either. Wasted my time as well as gas due to the mistakes of this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
