      Horrible customer service.I paid for expedited shipping and my computer arrived nearly a week later. I asked to return it and Dell refuses to provide a return label unless I pay 15% restocking fee, for a computer I never received.

      Absolute filthy trash workstations. And whoever decided that you need to setup dells with a f****** ********* account should just go jump off a f****** cliff. Also the dell people are never at their f****** booth at ****** datto con and the agents rarely answer their f****** phones! How the f*** does this company have an A+ rating? I'd give them a solid F for s******* so much up.

      I have been having the same overheating issues with my laptop since I purchased it 5 years ago. I have had multiple repairs and multiple system replacements due to the overheating issues. I am now just a month outside of my warranty and now they won't do anything at all.

      They changed my account number without me knowing. I paid almost 1000$ and they have lost it. After six months, I still owe them 1000$ because they are unwilling to find my money. I have filed complaints with the ***, state attorney and here. Their financial partner ************* is also unable to find my money even though they have the cashed checks that my bank sent to them. That is fraud.

      Complete waste of money I'm extremely dissappointed with this laptop AND customer service from **********************. This laptop continuously crashes and restarts, on numerous times it has even behaved as though it's doing a reset and I've needed to log in like a new user. Tech has been terrible, even told me that it's a high laptop and it's normal to have continuous updates. I want to return the laptop, and I said that a year ago

      Very poor. ******* Dell does not care about customers. I have been hung up on several times by their customer service. I am trying to return a computer. I have trying for about 10 days. A lady called me from dell to tell be a filed a dispute. I know that. But no name no number. No information. Dell thinks they are big stuff. Well don't buy from this place. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on **********************! For not providing a easy way to contact them. And shame for having a anonymous lady call me at 6:30 am. To tell me I filed a dispute with my credit card. Yes I did! Because I can't get a hold of Dell! ******* you think you are so smart as to have phone numbers hand up automatically on customers. When they don't like their inquiry. Well for your information that is what is happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I am making an announcement regarding my recent experience with Dell. In December, I upgraded to a Dell XPS laptop, which has required three motherboard replacements. Despite these repairs, I continue to encounter blue screens and graphics card errors when editing pictures. Unfortunately, Dell has refused to provide a refund and the repair process has been prolonged, yielding no meaningful results. As a photographer, I strongly advise against purchasing Dell products. This has cost me thousands of dollars due that Im a photographer and require a computer for my work .

      Poor customer service to non existent customer service. ********************** claims 24/7 tech support but its not with a person, its a long drawn out process that you have to go through, to just get clarification. You can call customer service and enter your service tag and itll automatically tell you to go online to resolve and tells you goodbye.Its repetitive in any direction you attempt. If you get a live person on text chat, they will tell you wrong department and give you tech chat with to many options to choose, and none apply. Choose the most applicable and you get sent a ticket number saying wrong department. It made me have a mental breakdown just trying to get any customer service, even in ********************** and I tried that too. Ill never purchase from Dell again just because of this. It doesnt matter if the product is good with no support its 100% not worth it.I almost returned it but nothing on this earth should be so hard to help someone needing customer service. They also made the return look like a huge chore, with no person to assist, you would have to return within 5 days once you file a ticket (you lose the 30 days to return) and they dont send you a return mailing slip. Imagine that headache. So Im stuck with a computer that wasnt what I needed and spent a lot on. A lot in cost and a lot in time spent trying to get support.

      I purchased a Dell 14-Inch FHD LED Portable Monitor with Dual-Screen through ******. I received the monitor on 12/21/24. The monitor has worked fine up until today (3/5/25). This morning the monitor was fine, then this afternoon when I pulled it out of my backpack along with my laptop to use it. When I turned it on there were vertical and horizontal lines plus a black spot at the top. When I called ****** they said that I had to call Dell to support. I did that and the guy asked me for a photo of the issue. I sent it and he left the line and returned to say that physical damage ia not covered under warranty and Dell cannot not help me. He indicated that I did something to the monitor which was not true at all. Dell refused to help. He says maybe it got damaged traveling which I am not sure why he said that, which again is untrue. I have not traveled with this monitor. Secondly, isn't that what Dell built a portable monitor for, travel? Why would you build a portable monitor that is not capable of being put in a padded laptop bag, plus the monitor was in a protective case. He was just throwing a scenario out there.I am very careful with my electronic devices and I don't appreciate Dell assinuating that I would call and not be truthful about this. I did nothing to the monitor. Could it be that the monitor is simply defective? He suggested that I go back to Amazon, and maybe they'll do something. So I asked him, I am just out of $245. There is no where locally for someone to look at it instead of just relying on a photo? There is no way that Dell built a defective monitor? Its got to be the customer's fault. As if ********************** builds perfect monitors every time and they are never defective. Well this one was because I did nothing to it. I am always careful. I did go back to ****** and I will say they put the customer first (unlike *********************** and is going to refund my money upon the return of the monitor. Which I will gladly return.
