They are fraud. I purchased imaging software and when I went to install it, I was greeted with an install error stating that this software can only be installed on a 32bit operating system. My computer's OS is 64bit.Nowhere on their website does it state it's for 32bit OS. I contacted Dells piece of s*** customer service several times only to be given ********. I've been hung up on twice when I asked to speak to a manager instead.

I ordered a Dell Inspiron 15 on June 28th when ordered it was to arriveshowed June 29th.. should have known then thats unrealistic. Sure enough the order kept getting delayed every 2 weeks. On September 6th I got an action required notice saying they can't fulfill order and to call and they will send a comparable laptop. I called and spoke with a representative of course she was very hard to understand. She went over what they were sending. I asked her at least twice does this model have a keypad. She said yes and kept saying it is a better operating system so I agreed for them to send this model. They sent me the Inspiron 14 plus. Upon arrival it did not have the keypad. I was initially also concerned with the color. My original color was silver and this one was going to be dark green. As it turns out the color is very nice but I have been fulfilled with a laptop that was not the same spec. They also didnt give me the 2 year exteneded warranty I was originally getting and instead gave ****** for a year that they charged me for although they said it was at no charge. Basically what they did was make it come out to the same price but didn't supply me the same specifications. We will see what they do. I'm extremely disappointed that it took them over 2 months to tell me they can't supply me with the model I ordered and then make it seem like they are giving me a better laptop. I would not recommend ordering from Dell directly. Probably would have been better off going to Best Buy or BJ's to get a laptop.

I never knew Dell was such a shady company until I bought my S2721QS monitor off their website. I purchased the monitor in May of 2021 and started experiencing the common flicking issue and image burn-in problems around 8 months later. Because I work full time, and the problem happened off and on, it took me a while to request a replacement from Dell Support. Keep in mind I purchased the extended 3 years Advanced Replacement plan. The Dell representative assured me that I might receive a monitor without the original packaging and it might say refurbished, but they swore the monitor would be new and just inspected before being sent to me. When I received the monitor a few days later, it was in worse condition than the monitor on my desk! It had scuff marks all over it. I have tried to tell Dell this is unacceptable. I spent over $400 on the monitor and 3 year "advanced replacement" warranty only to be sent a crappy used product when my monitor quit working after only 8 months. I had another agent recently lie to me and say the monitors they send out are new and only say refurnished because they are opened but that simply is not true. I requested to have a manager call me after I get off work at 5:00 to resolve the problem, but they called during my working hours. When I tried to call the number back which was a ******, ** phone number, some random person picked up and said they kept getting calls from people trying to reach Dell! That means their customer service department is using number spoofing, probably to ensure we cannot call them back! Because Dell lacks the compassion to care for it's customers who spend money with them, I am currently putting together my case to file this in small claims court and hopefully, at least get a refund since they won't send me a new monitor.

I bought two monitors and a docking station from Dell Outlet and a cable and headset from Dell (new). They weren't what I wanted so I returned the next week. I paid for it through Dell Financial. Dell seems to have not processed the returns (except for the monitors for $338 - of course they didn't process the expensive docking station). Dell Financial is only crediting my account for $338 for the monitors. Problem is if they got BOTH monitors they got everything because I returned everything in two boxes (1 box had a monitor and 1 box had the other monitor, docking station, cable and headset). I contacted a rep and he looked into it and found all of the returned items. Dell Financial refuses to acknowledge that all items were returned. Here is information rep found (sure does look to me like the items were at Dell):The order numbers are as follows:#I can't include - Your two monitors #I can't include - docking station For both of these orders, I see notes on the original case that the items were received back at Dell on 6/8, so I would assume that the credits have been issued for them #I can't include - Headset #I can't include - Cable For both of these I can only see that the process has been initiated Dell sure has changed - I have bought lap tops from them for over ten years, Not anymore.

Significant Quality and ******* Failures: 23 Year Dell server and workstation customer here. Significant quality and service failures. Initial purchase of high end workstation was problematic. Persistent Blue Screen of ****** ******* could not help. Onsite service was poor. Dell offered an equivalent refurb machine and I accepted. Refurb had bad 4TB SSD. Dell could not supply a replacement and could not state when a replacement might be available. Dell offered a refund. Significant waste of time and money. Significant negative business impact. All around very poor. To add insult to injury, Dell sent me an invitation to rate the product. I posted, word for word, the review above. However, Dell refused to publish it saying that it violated their terms. However, a review of their terms reveals that it does not, in fact, violate their terms. This is an integrity problem.

Dell has so far left an extremely bad taste with me. I had a Dell S3221QS monitor purchased in April of 2021 and had flicker screen issues in March of 2022. I had a 1 year warranty with this purchase and I was within my time frame. Dell sent me a REFURBISHED model as a replacement a few weeks later and all was working fine up until yesterday. The screen went black and I can no longer see any picture. This is now 4 months passed the expressed warranty coverage that transfers over from the original purchase date. Basically they said because it's out of warranty I will have to buy a new one to replace this faulty one.i haven't had a working monitor for more that 11 months now and they want me to buy a new one. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour from a company to say unanimously that "because it's out of warranty we can't help you, you'll have to buy a new one". This is a unique situation where both computers stopped working within a year and the normal life expectancy of a computer monitor is typically 30,000-60,000 hours which translates to 10 to 20 years at 8 hours use per day. This is not how long I truely expected this monitor to last, but I did expect more than 1.5 years for 2 monitors. Suffice it to say Dell seems to not want to budge on giving me a nother replacement monitor so I can get a normal life usage for the money I paid them or even refund the purchase price so I can buy something worthwhile. Not a happy customer and 100% will never recommend this company to anyone if this is what they can expect. If I could give 0 stars for service I would but I have to give a 1....terrible customer service and tech support along with warranty policies.

Worst computer ever, spent $1500 on a new laptop Dec of 2020, had the mother board replaced twice, and hardware just recently all within 1 year. They returned my computer with all files completely gone, didnt reinstall my office 360 so I could not resume with work Worst customer service ever, waiting 2 days still for anyone to call me back Not only that but employees in customer service work in another country that hardly speak English. THis is a huge problem when I am calling from ***

I purchased a laptop that kept shutting off. Contacted Dell warranty, they decided it needed a motherboard so they sent someone out. When the guy got here we informed him we recently had covid, not still positive, and he refused to fix it. So now, a couple months later to be fair, they are refusing to fix it because it is 20 days out of warranty. It was broken since purchase which they acknowledge. $500 for a unusable laptop. It should be criminal.

Bought a soundbar from Dell that arrived broken. Called customer service immediately and asked for a refund, They in turn offered to send me a new one and told me to wait for it to arrive before sending back the broken one. Within a month and a half I have now received two delayed shipment notices with a third estimated ship date an additional month out. I call to say that is unacceptable and I would like to be refunded only to be told that I am past the 30 day return window . Now I have to wait for someone to review the issue and determine if they will refund me

I sent my laptop in for repair on August 8th. Soon after that, I got an old, worn laptop back that did not belong to me. I returned it to Dell.In the meantime, it's August 29th and I still do not have my own laptop.I have spent endless hours on the phone, always with a different representative. Most of them take about 20 minutes to get up to speed with the problem. I always receive the answer,"We will create a ticket and you will hear back in 24 hours." This has gone on for weeks.Dell refuses to send me a new laptop, and they're unable to locate my own laptop. What do you think? Is this theft? They took my property and are refusing to make this right. Complete lack of ownership and problem resolution.Shameful, really.
