      Less than a month after receiving my new monitor, a vertical display malfunction appeared on the screen. Shortly after, a second one appeared. After reaching out to file a claim, I heard nothing for weeks. Then when I finally heard back, they said "Your product is over 30 days old so we can't refund it." Scam artists from different countries run this company. If you came your money at all you should shop at Best Buy or similar that offers in store warranty options.

      I spent more than $2000 for an Alienware Aurora R16 in July 2024. The computer was delivered on around 7/20/2024. I was travelling on August so I didn't really use it a lot. Started to use the computer at around mid to late August. Then in 12/18/2024, the machine suddenly died. I cannot turn it on (even the power light wasn't on). Called Dell first time on 12/18/2024, they scheduled to replace the motherboard. Problem not fixed. Then after Christmas, I sent the machine back to Dell for a diagnosis. The computer was "repaired" and sent back to me on 1/2/2025, but the issue was NOT solved. The technicians "reseated cables" but I still cannot turn the computer on. Then I called Dell again, with a technician came to my place on 1/6/2025 to replace the power supply. Guess what? Still they cannot turn the computer on. It has been three weeks and I cannot use the computer for work. Dell offered to replace my current one with a REFURBISHED one, which didn't make any sense. Why a customer spent more than $2000+, and within 6 months the customer needs to replace the new ********************** with a refurbished one? Today I spent 2 hours on phone with Dell team, still no solution. Very disappointed.

      Our company purchased an XPS 14 for software development directly from Dell online. The machine arrived almost entirely non-functional: blue screens every few minutes. It is unusable. We were required to perform days of pointless debugging steps (you can't run debugging software on a computer that blue screens this frequently) and ultimately not allowed to exchange it. Only a full return (with a restocking fee) was available. Dell does not stand by their product.The computers are great if you can get a working one. I'd recommend buying through ****** or any actual retailer with a customer focus.

      Dell Inspiron ********************************* less than 2 years - and 1 year out of warrantee - the screen separates from the molded frame. Dell refuses to acknowledge this defect.

      Dell has THE worst customer service, I bought an Inspiron ******** on 12/02/2024. When it arrived, I recorded the unboxing to notice white dots on display; I told myself I would give it a few days to see if it was just a minor glitch. Days after, the white dots turned into multiple colors with the display dimming on, and off, with an instance of it getting hot. I had no high-processing applications there running. I contacted customer service and told them something was wrong , showed them videos and photo of the issue and that I needed an exchange; they begged me to troubleshoot the laptop virtually and only updated the driver, but the issue was still there afterward. This person went in and opened a return case, blocking me from doing the return myself. I have spoken to at least 15 persons, and none did anything. They rejected the return saying because THEIR care team did the troubleshooting, it can't be returned. This is pure stupidity. They spam your email ,talking about they are escalating the matter and dragging the process out, so your return window closes, and you have to keep their defective items. WILL NEVER BUY FROM DELL AGAIN. Check their ******** page afterward to realize that so many are having the same problem with them. Laptop never got exchange.

      Not sure how a company with a 1 rating and 481 reviews can still have an A plus rating from The BBB. Makes me think I should be giving 1 star to the BBB and not to Dell. Needless to say we purchased a Dell laptop G15 Special Edition 5521 but never gave it to an employee until 18 months later. It wouldn't turn on and Dell wanted to charge us for repairs as their warranty starts when it ships not when it is first used or registered. We certianly won't be buying laptops in advance of need ever again, and probably not from Dell.

      I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of dell laptop and the service provided under your limited one year warranty. I purchased a Inspiron 16 2 in 1 in 2023, and it has stopped powering on, just over a year later. This device was purchased for personal use, and I have not used it frequently. This is unacceptable for a product of this price and reputation, as I expected better durability and reliability. A product of this nature should not fail so quickly. When I reached out to technical support, I found the process frustratingly inefficient. The assistance in ***** provided felt more like a waste of time rather than a solution to the issue. To make matters worse, the responses seemed more focused on generating additional costs for the customer than addressing the problem effectively. Dell needs to reconsider its quality control and warranty policies to ensure its products meet customer expectations and provide reliable after sale support.

      Bought a Dell laptop and they have no idea where the shipment. The excuse is bad weather and Canada Post strike which is already over and they are shipping via *********. No explanation provided for why they don't know where is the laptop. Will not be shopping from them again. Poor customer service.

      Bought a brand new Aurora R16 and started noticing graphical glitches. I have been in contact with technical support for at least a month now and sent in my computer to the diagnostics lab for repair. Received a "repaired" computer with the issues still present. They refused all requests for a replacement or refund. Attempts to contact customer resulted in a copy and **** message about contacting technical support and immediately closed my file without understanding my issue.Summary: Received defective product. Technical support and hardware replacement did not resolve issues. Customer support does not actually care about customers.
