      Bought a brand new Aurora R16 and started noticing graphical glitches. I have been in contact with technical support for at least a month now and sent in my computer to the diagnostics lab for repair. Received a "repaired" computer with the issues still present. They refused all requests for a replacement or refund. Attempts to contact customer resulted in a copy and **** message about contacting technical support and immediately closed my file without understanding my issue.Summary: Received defective product. Technical support and hardware replacement did not resolve issues. Customer support does not actually care about customers.

      I would like to make clear, but Im not talking about the products but I didnt find another way of letting DELL people to know about this. The financial solution they are using which doesnt belong to DELL, but they are provided financial services to DELL in this case is ***** Financial, making DELL Losing cells Im making them look bad people need to understand is not DELLs Fault. I try to make a purchase two times and I chose the option of the DELL pay which I apply for it and two times went down. They are not letting you know that you have to wait to be approval. You have to send documents for verification and it might take 30 days and on top of that dont have good communication with whos applying. The applicant has to find a way to get in touch with ***** Finantial, which might take days and in the waiting time you lose the sale going on or you just lose the sale. So please be advised that in order for you to use pay you have to apply wait for them to be approved so you can make your purchase with pay. When I bought my house they applying for the loan was easier And within four years purchasing two cars with $30,000 was easier. Bread Finantial with a high school credit, proof of documents and interest will not approve you easily for $1000 ??. Im purchasing somewhere else. Sorry DELL S

      I bought a laptop from dell less then a year and a half ago. The board apparently is already shot and needing replaced. I called to get Dell to fix there product and they want to charge me to repair it. Under no circumstance should a product less then a year in a half old not only fail and need a major repair like that. But you would think a big company like Dell would stand behind their product. I called customer service and they were rude and un willing to help me. Their call center is in ***** and the "Supervisor" was impossible to hear with everything going on in the background. I kept telling him I can not understand what he was saying and asked if he would get another headset and he basically told me where I can shove it. Im so irritated with Dell and the lack of customer service and also lack of them being willing to stand behind their product. I will never buy a Dell again. So disappointing. Dell has lost the plot.

      I have recently purchased an Alienware m18 r1 and they completely ruined it. The got rid of all of my files, my operating system, and my lifetime subscription to ***************** They fried it so bad that it doesnt even turn on anymore, which I needed for my college finals. They refuse to pay for any fixes even though it was under a 4 year warranty and premium service and are fighting against replacing the computer. They keep delaying servicing the computer and now I have missed most of my college finals because of this. I have been in contact with them for 6 weeks regarding these issues and they refuse to help. Had I known this company was this much of a piece of junk I would not have bought anything from them. This laptop cost me over 3000$ and they have done nothing but try to take more money without respecting the signed warranty agreement.

      I purchased an Alienware monitor and it was marked delivered, but the package was not actually delivered. The *** tracking said "delivered on front door step" which I don't have! It's a condominium complex with a concierge. Dell refuses to replace it and said "denied" because *** says it was delivered. I called *** and they say I have to contact Dell. This is the absolute WORST customer service. Rather just buy from ****** which they actually care about their customers. The delivery guy possibly stole this package or delivered it somewhere else. I live in ******** where no packages get left on a "front door step". The fact that Dell wont investigate it and send me a replacement is telling about their business. BUYER BEWARE

      I purchased a laptop from Dell. Their shipping carrier, *******, stole my package. I've put in service requests to get help from Dell. Dell doesn't have phone customer service so you have to use chat or submit something online. I have done both and they have marked each status as complete without ever contacting me again.

      On February 22, 2023, I purchased a new Dell Latitude 7210 tablet, along with a one-year Allstate protection plan. This device was purchased for personal use, and I have not used it frequently. Recently, when I attempted to use the tablet, I discovered that the touchscreen functionality was non-operational, although the Dell pen remained functional with the device. I reset the tablet to its factory settings and updated the HID drivers, but these actions did not resolve the problem. Upon researching online, I found that this issue appears to be prevalent among users of this particular model.I purchased this tablet less than 1 1/2 years ago and did not anticipate encountering problems so soon. Had I known that this would be an issue, I would have opted for a different brand of tablet.The warranty has now expired. I have consulted three different computer repair shops, but they have been unable to resolve the problem.

      I purchased an XPS 13 (9520) laptop on May 23, 2023. By April 2024, it began restarting unexpectedly, and our IT team diagnosed it as a failing motherboard. We submitted a service request in early May 2024, and were informed that the motherboard was backordered but would be provided as soon as available.Despite our repeated follow-ups, we were recently told that a hack had caused the loss of several thousand service requests, including ours. Although we have email proof of our request, we were informed that nothing could be done as the laptop is now out of warranty. Consequently, they will not honor the warranty repair, backordered or not.

      Dell **************** complaint. I ordered monitor, dell blocked payment not bank. After 4 hours Dell was supposed to cancel entirely and NOT run my card again as I was fed up with the process and spent hours on the phone. Payment was denied on Dells side. I was told it would be cancelled, and had to speak to one last person who would make sure my card was not ran again and cancel the order. Instead the person on last chat ignored all instructions and ran my card instead of cancelling. **** released their block after he was told not to. Then tried to act like it wasn't him. Now my holiday money is held up in a 5-10 day pending and I am going to miss the black Friday sales and cyber sales. I live pay check to pay check and saved for this present for my family. Thanks to this horrible customer service and process I no longer wanted anything to do with Dell and was going to buy from different store. Instead, they recharged my card after they were not supposed to. I had to call customer service again and the last person says they will take care of it and remove pending. I don't believe it will happen but will see.
