      I have told ******** numerous times I do not want its "Save" advertisements littered on my lawn. Vericast continues to say it won't do it anymore. But, that always proves to be a lie. On 7/23/22, a Save circular was littered on my front porch. 1. I have told ******** not to do this. 2. I have a "no handbill" sign on my door.

      ************************************* previous request to remove his name from the Vericast Marketing mailing list was submitted, but on 9/19/2022 the distributor confirmed that it delivered an advertisement in error on July 23, 2022. The request to remove *********************************** from the ******** Marketing mailing list has been resubmitted.

      I am rejecting this response because: The advertisements won't stop. Next time, it'll be another excuse why they delivered it.  Just stop littering in ********, ******** in general.

      I ordered personal checks through my credit union, Capcom FCU on July 14th, 2022. I immediately got an email from ****** confirming the order, with a promise that they would email me once it shipped. Because the bank ordered it bulk mail, there's no way to track it. Repeat phone calls to the customer service number were futile because no one answers it. I am concerned about the security of my account.The bank and I tried to cancel with the company, but no one answers the number and there's no way to cancel online without a tracking number. This is not reassuring. Over the holiday, someone tried to breach my online and SSA account and I had to shut it down and get a new account number. My routing and account number are in the **********************. I put an indefinite stop on all of ****** sequence numbers with the credit union.

      ************** 7/14/2022 check order shipped on 7/19/2022.  At this time, ************** 7/14/2022 check order has not been returned to Harland Clarke.  On 9/16/2022, a first attempt was made to reach ************** *************) but was unable to leave a message.  Contact was made with CapCom FCU in the hope they could reach out to ************** on our behalf but was advised they could not assist.  On 9/19/2022 and 9/20/2022, two more attempts were made to reach ************** to no avail.

      I ordered checks and a value set-the latter which contained personalized labels and a checkbook cover on 6/30/22 valued at $52.74. A confirmation email stated I will receive my value set on July 11. However, I have not received the checkbook cover. It never came with the labels. Several attempts made to speak with customer service has been unsuccessful as it directs you to the website (mycheckorders.com). The website then directs you to contact the ******************************************************************************* circles never being able to speak with someone to address and resolve my issue.
