      Ordered 160 checks, in March 2024. My bank is ************************ total was $114. I only received 80 checks. contacted Harland Clarke and did not get a response.

      Opened an account a few months ago and decided to order checks. My credit union said I needed to order through Harland and Clarke as it's my first check order. I ordered on 2/2/24 and almost 2 months later I have not received the checks. So I call their automated number, several times by the way, and it asks for my account information and then hangs up on me once I have provided it. I go to their website which the automated phone system mentions right before it hangs up on me and I see my checks are supposed to be delivered on April 16th. Really? Two and a half months just to get some checks? And on top of that, you cannot get to a human being through their phone service to save your life. Worse company I have dealt with in quite a while and their 1.09 out of 5 rating is too high in my opinion. If I have to order checks from them again I will close my ************ account with CUTX and take my business elsewhere. I gave it a One star because it won't accept Zero stars.

      Ordered checks got 40 checks cost $31 was told my bank has the expedited shipping as a standard so they charge me 1065 shipping was told this time they would back that off they didn't I don't trust them I will not order my banking checks from them again I will go to my bank I had a good talk with my bank and that's where I'll go it should have only cost me $3 to ship if I would have went with them

      Said they delivered my checks and they never came will never deal with this company again on top of that you can not even speak to a live person stay away from this company for you checking needs.

      Ordered my checks from them and got a notification that they had been delivered, but they were not delivered. When I contacted Harland Clarke via email ("Your satisfaction is our top concern. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please contact our customer service representatives...") they told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to contact my bank.

      Thank you for advising of Mr. ***************************** concern.  In our review, ********************** order shipped on February 1st with trackable delivery. We confirmed the order was delivered to his address on February 6th.  Since ****************** did not receive this order, we engaged his financial institution to confirm a stop payment has been placed on the missing check order and to assist with any other precautionary measures they may recommend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused ****************** and appreciate the opportunity to respond to his concerns.

      As of right now, not impressed. Went through ******* to order checks at my father's recommendation after deluxe check insisted I go directly to the bank to order and wouldn't let me do it on line. Why, I do not know, when we've had pandemics and lock downs and talking to anyone directly is just plain hard. ******* added like 15 bucks plus in service charges that evidently my dad was oblivious to and I see you guys fulfill the order for *******. I paid 6 bucks for expedited processing and like 3 books of checks, no other extras. I got a single email you shipped them on 1/22/24 after you confirmed I ordered 1/19. It's been a week and I still don't have my checks. The expected delivery date says 2/5 on initial order. If you are in ***** where are my checks if you shipped them 1/22? Nothing takes over a week to get to my house in ******** from either coast using standard mail. ***** is literally next door. They'd better show up this week. Just unacceptable and unexplainable, and you want to charge extra to get tracking number for the package? Looking like you didn't ship them when you claim to have, and if you didn't and postmark says as much you're refunding that 6 dollar expedited order fee and I'm reporting HC for fraud. That simple guys. Hope you are not as dishonest as it appears judging from these reviews.

      ******* Checks would like to address Mr. ********** comments regarding the delivery of his order.  Our records indicate that he ordered online choosing our production rush with non-trackable delivery.  The order was placed Friday, 1/19/24 at 2:39 pm and shipped on Monday, 1/22/24 via USPS.  Although, the rush on the production was successful, the non-trackable delivery option meant we could not identify where in transit his package was at the date of his complaint.  We processed a credit for $23.43 which included delivery and the production rush charge he mentioned of $5.95.  We emailed him regarding the refund as well as left a message on his voicemail.  **********************, called ******* Checks on 2/6/24 stating he had received his order but needed 2 registers to be sent.  We shipped those on 2/8/24.  At ******* Checks, our customers satisfaction with our products and services are important and we appreciate him taking the time to voice his concerns for us to identify improvement opportunities.

      This is the worst company to use if you want to get your checks in a reasonable time. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have checks even though their status says they were delivered a week ago. When my credit union got hold of them now they say the checks are not processed yet. When I tried to use their automated system you can't get hold of anyone, and the only option is to pay $36.00 for one book of checks that were supposed to be free. I'm going to urge my credit union to drop this company

      Attempted to order Checks through *********** 360 for my checking account, two different times in 2023. Was charged both times for the order of 50 checks. Never received tracking information, and certainly never received my checkbooks. I am placing a complaint through ***********, and hoping to receive checks to use with my Checking Account.

      Thank you for advising of ****** Heart's review. *********** 360 prefers to service customer's needs directly at their Ph# ************ saying 'REPRESENTATIVE' then 'SERVICE MY ACCOUNT' to reach the correct department. We do see an order was produced and shipped in July and September 2023 as were placed by *********** 360. Unfortunately, neither have returned to Harland Clarke and would be considered lost in the mail. It would be proper to report the missing numbers to the financial institution to determine appropriate security measures for the account. We apologize for any inconvenience they may have encountered and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

      Could it be any worse. $36.84 for 80 checks. A great opportunity to not do business with a terrible company. They should be ashamed all the way to the bank.

After further research was conducted it has been confirmed that Mr.***** was billed accordingly based on the type of account he has, along with the product and shipping option he chose when he placed the order.
