The two Medtronic insulin pump representatives ********* and ******** have misled me about out-of-pocket expenses and financial assistance. Now it seems they have got through over $11,000 for the insulin pump and dont want to help any longer.. cant seem to get anyone to help me figure out why I am being billed so much for the services and supplies I was told would be covered with financial assistance. Trying to get someone to pull the call record because the call was recorded, but no one can direct me to who I need to call and speak with.

Medtronic has priced product @ $645.35 for a box of 5 diabetic sensors. This price is marked out and a price of $60.00 for a box of 5 was indicated as the current price. I ordered 3 boxes. 2 hours later a person called me and told me the price was no longer valid and I had to run it through my insurance and pay whatever is left. She also indicated that $60.00 was a cash price. I indicated that my debit card was on file and it was ok to charge the $180.00 for three boxes today. She then told me that that price was no longer valid. This is, pure and simple, "BAIT AND SWITCH". The same price of $60.00 is still on the website today 06/24/2025. Medtronic should honor the pricing that is on their website. If they don't like it, I am sure, they have a complete staff of computer nerds, to remove it.

Medtronic has terrible customer service and has no interest in actually helping type 1 diabetics. They only care about their bottom line. If you own a pump that you want to donate, they charge you $500 to donate a device you already paid them ******+ for! Highly unethical and clearly meant to make the ********** diabetics buy a pump even if they cant afford it. Shame on you Medtronic

I wouldn't give them even a 1 but can't leave it blank. I was turned over to collection and my account on hold when I never received a bill. They claimed they emailed me. I have all records showing quite the opposite. We'll I paid the collection company as soon as I learned yet Medtronic still wouldn't release the hold. The collection company also took payment out twice. When I called Medtronic claimed the hold was released yet I still can't order supplies. Shame on you Medtronic for multiple reasons on top of your sky rocket prices. Maybe I and other Diabetics need to boycott you. We rely on these supplies to live so I guess you figure you got us. Do better. There are other companies that provide the same thing for way lower. The medical system is screwed up and ypu just contribute to it.

Medtronic Diabetes (ex. ***************************) has been inflating their Prices for the necessary Medtronic Diabetes Pump Supplies (ex. Guardian Sensors). When we as the Consumer have to pay these prices, for which we know are too high and over inflated, it hits your pocket hard.Example: Guardian Sensor 3 for the Medtronic Mini Med 770G Insulin Pump (5/Box) - Charges are $626.55/Box (or $125.31/Sensor lasting 7-Days)That is $626.55/Box x 12-Months = $7,518.60 Out of Pocket This is only one item, and my complaint with Medtronic is valid. This Company (Medtronic) needs to reevaluate their charges, and stop working with overseas companies who are tasked to contact their accounts to re-order supplies. Please contact Medtronic to stop these unnecessary charges.

As a type 1 diabetic I rely on Medtronic equipment to keep me alive. The equipment is shoddy and has caused me harm by not working properly. If I could switch to another company for my diabetes I would but for some reason ********* would rather use a company that has a bad track record and is known to put profit before patients for whatever reason. My life is at risk here with how shoddy their diabetes equipment is...

Very unprofessional and unorganized business. Doctor knows the sensors are faulty and outdated but still recommends. The technology is poor as I experienced the pump continuing to give me insulin even though my sugar was already low and the screen said delivery suspended yet I have photos showing otherwise. The speed at which insulin is delivered is way to slow and the smart guard feature is not accurate for low or high sugar. This product should be removed from the market as I know my doctor hS other patients who have same issues with minimal 780g system.

My name is *** ******, owner of ********************* painting in *****************. Im here to leave a glowing review for the facility employee ***** ********* out of Gunbarrel . Over the years he has shown time and time again that he goes above and beyond for his company through the most difficult tasks and even for a small business as we are. I hope it doesnt go unnoticed that this certain individual is not only a great team member for the company he works for but also an important key to allowing a local small business grow because of his ************************* to detail. He crosses his Ts and dots his Is and I think it should be well known how good of a job he does for every project he is involved in. Just wanted to drop in and say thank you to Medtronic and more importantly to ***** *********. Without ****************************** we wouldnt be where we are today. Also a huge ring of endorsement for **** ************** ****** as well. These individuals are some of the most passionate & knowledgeable people weve had the opportunity to work with. They have a passion to make Medtronic better day in and day out. They are truly a pillar of what Medtronic stands for. Thank you for reading this & I hope this goes back to them in some way. They absolutely deserve the praise for the all the work they put in. Sincerely, *** ****** W/ ******************* Painting.

Regarding Medtronic Diabetes... if I could give less than 1 star, I would have. Their operation is shameful and wreaks of insurance fraud while Type 1 Diabetics lose out on supplies needed to stay alive. The ****************** (2020-2024) claims that they've lowered the prices of diabetes supplies; however, they've only incentivized companies like Medtronic to play games with ordering supplies to the detriment of their patrons. The larger problem is that there are only a couple of companies who handle these issues, so they essentially have a monopoly on this industry. Sickening!!

I have had so many problems with Medtronic with them not updating my information when needed, them sending my supplies to the wrong address, rude employees. But today was my last straw. I am unemployed and have ******** and unfortunately owe them money for something that I've been telling them for over a year that I do not have. I have told them that I am unable to work because of health issues, hence the ********. Because I owe them money they are now holding my supplies until I pay that money even though ******** pays for them to ship me my supplies. Completely unreasonable. They are acting like I am asking them to send me my supplies for free without any insurance when I actually have insurance. I will never go through this company again I will tell everybody that I know not to go through this company.
