      The sent me the wrong supplies. When I called to get the right supplies they disconnected me from the phone after they found out I was complaining. Then when I finally got someone on the phone 30 minutes of holding later I was told that they could not correct the order even though I would not be able to continue my insulin therapy. I am a Type 1 diabetic. After 20 minute hold to speak to a supervisor I was told if I didn't return all the supplies before they would bill me for everything directly. Another 20 minute hold for another supervisor who said I requested the wrong supplies but they would correct my mistake.

      If I could give them a 0 I would. Their products are garbage and Ive almost been hospitalized a few times due to their malfunctions. The customer service staff is very nice and professional, but unfortunately, their product is terrible. Do not buy from them.

      Awful customer service and lack of transparency. Cannot wait to switch to a different insulin pump. Billing and customer service is sub par at best. Takes forever to get supplies tan throughly their pharmacy review that will only end up not filling the entire order. I have been a type 1 diabetic now for over 12 years and Medtronic only continues to get worse as far as all aspects of the business. Even the pump products they do sell are so far lacking behind other insulin pump companies in the areas of consistency, calibrations, and sensor accuracy. Even calling a representative to get some help with any supply order is impossible, and what should be a 5 minute max ************ takes 30 minutes with a lot of bear with me, it will be just a second. It is honestly astounding how much of a decline I have seen with Medtronic and their insulin pumps in the last 10 years as a customer. Would not recommend to any diabetic ESPECIALLY a young just diagnosed type 1 requiring an insulin pump.
