This company has terrible service. Last year my diabetes doctor prescribed an insulin pump. I received a call from their customer service representative who asked a lot of questions and then put me on hold. A few days later, I received an insulin injection, inpen. There was no instructions and no call. We had no idea how to use it and we didn't need it because I had other insulins. Then, we received a bill for $35 out of nowhere and asked me to pay them. I called him to ask if we could return the inpen since we didn't need it and we wouldn't pay for a drug I didn't need. But he said on the phone, don't return it, don't pay $35, and the insulin pump will be shipped to your home right away. So I believed him. Later, I received a whole box of insulin pumps, but no one asked about them anymore. No one from their company taught me how to use them. It's been a year now and they're still gathering dust. But I still get reminders asking me to pay $35. I called customer service and a lady answered the phone and said she couldn't solve the problem and couldn't let us return the product. I asked her what to do with these things? She said to throw them in the trash. Oh my god! These insulin pumps must be expensive, and she told me to throw them away. Then she said to ask the person in charge to call me, but I didn't receive a call, but a letter demanding payment. It's disappointing! I advise everyone to be careful of this company and don't be fooled.

Medtronics insulin pumps is trash someone needs to file a class action lawsuit against these clowns. Somebody needs to get a hold of them before someone dies using their garbage they call a pump.

I have a multitude of issues stemming back almost 13 years. The most recent issues are with them accessing my account and my personal information inside my account and deleting my insurance companies info that was just added by another rep on 1/26/24 and my pharmacy information. They also deleted my kids diabetes supplies order after calling me to verify the insurance information on 1/26/24. The customer service is absolutely horrible. NO ONE calls you back or responds to emails after THEY ask for information. It is very stressful and concerning. I have had bills billed to the wrong insurance and out of order. This is too much of a headache for parents. I have been completely overbilled and had to have them redo MANY claims. If you can choose someone else, I say make the switch, It has been 4 hours since I called them and asked for my issue to be escalated due to being out of diabetes pump supplies and I have gotten a response. The company has great products but their customer service and CARE for others is horrible.

I have been extremely blessed to use Medtronic MiniMed pumps and supplies for decades now and I have always been very thankful for their customer support, service and assistance. Yes, medical care is still practicing and I will admit there are times of hard struggles with pump use, and general diabetes care. But I really appreciate the tools Ive been able to use and the services of Medtronic Diabetes.

Extremely dishonest company. After coordinating with their rep for my husbands pump and supplies we were given one price. We placed a new order for supplies and the price DOUBLED! We called because clearly this must be an error, only to be told that they are not responsible for what ******* may have told us regarding price and basically that we were s*** out of luck. They are a scam and its disgusting that they act like an MLM when its peoples lives

Medtronic Diabetes products are unreliable. I have had countless sensor failures, customer service takes a week to send a replacement sensor, meanwhile I'm at risk for hypoglycemia, and hyperglycemia due to not getting enough or too much insulin without glucose levels being constantly monitored. There has been a recall on the battery cap and my cap needs replacing. My pump has stopped dispensing insulin driving my blood sugars to greatly increase. **************** has me on hold for ********************************************************************************** 3 business days, in the meantime, call 911 if I experience a medical emergency. No insulin delivery leads to diabetic ketoacidosis which can lead to coma and/or death. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed with this comany and am in the process to get a better insulin therapy option.

I seriously do not understand how something that is essentially vital to my everyday life can cost so much money but medtronic puts clearly none of that money into making sure that their apps are updated just as quickly as ios/andriod operating systems update. I work in tech, I use my phone all day long and it's so frustrating for this app to not be supported for months and months on end. I can not turn off my auto system updates because I work in tech. F****** fix it. I have never considered switching insulin pumps but Tandem is looking better and better. Customers pay you thousands of dollars every year for s*** that doesn't work. Awesome.

Medtronic is terrible - DO NOT buy into this junk...They bought out accuchek and all the terrible features. Their stuff maybe works half the time and they have zero support. *** also waited too long to do any training so now this junk cannot be returned, so I am stuck paying a lot of money for a useless device that barely works. They also cause me to waste two sensors and sent this gigantic 32" tube which is tangly and super wasteful. This stuff is nothing but a massive cost and headache! This is the third time contacting your support... No answer or callback, pitiful...I guarantee you there will not be any payments made on this! You don't deliver, I don't pay.

Spinal cord stimulator fail third implant. Unable to reach customer service to advise them of damage of my charging unit. Suffering in pain without my stim. Medtronic won't answer the phone. This is the service disabled veteran do not expect shame on Medtronic for failing it's patients.

After 25 years of using an insulin pump produced by Medtronic, i am sad to say that I no longer have confidence in the company in any way. Between recalls (they still havent replaced my dangerously defective unit over a year after I requested one), terrible customer service (long hold times, promises for call backs that never materialize - even from supervisors - and outright lies about order statuses and incorrectly added items) and company policies around emergency pump supplies that could land me in the hospital (they only allow the standard version of their reservoirs to be shipped for emergency purposes, but then wont send it because my prescription is for the new extended use onewhich has identical function), Medtronic has become one of the worst medical supply companies Ive ever dealt with. Its a shame, because they used to be wonderful to deal with. Recently, I was on hold for a supervisor to solve a serious supply issue (their fault), and the supervisor refused to come on the phone with me because it was getting too close to the end of their shift (10 minutes). They then stopped responding to the representative trying to assist me after my 3rd phone call in 7 days and a total of 3.5 hours on the phone. If you are considering using an insulin pump, I cannot more strongly recommend using one of their competitors models instead. If I could rate them at less than 1 star I would.
