H-E-B warehouse is discriminatory towards LGBTQIA and disabled community. They have purposely piled on extensive workloads in order to make you hurt more and work towards workers comp then terminate you two days after. I would mention exact names but I will just mention what has been said ********** teaches us that being way is wrong and... evil. A work of the devil. But I still try to see the good in everyone even if it's hard sometimes to see past the day thing"

HEB doesn't care about their customers. They never investigate customer complaints on this web site or any OTHER internet based web sites. If you complain, Management talks down to you and lectures you like a 5 year old child. Im sure they think in the markets they serve, if you dominant, who cares how our customers feel. We are Billionaires and you are not an important part of our business plan. The Butts family should be ashamed and **************** STARTS AT THE TOP.

HEB is a monopoly that doesnt care about their elderly customers on ******** and ********. They charge to deliver meds and keep increasing the price. Rude, crude and socially unfit employees. Ordered food online got the wrong items, hours later they deliver right items for a hefty fee of ***** to a 65 yr old woman on social security.

H E B doesnt care about its customers, just selling their products. I am so tired of them trying to force users to fill their pockets. They need competition in the ********** area. We need Krogers out here.

Tuesday July 09, 2024 my son and I went to HEB to charge our phones. Both of our phones were %20 and below and we share one charger. We both entered the establishment where gardening and produce is located. This was roughly around 9am or a little after. My son and I proceeded to charge our phones where the motor carts were located. I did ask one of the cart associates where along the wall ( where the motor carts were parked) could I charge my phone. The one available outlet that wasn't covered didn't work. Once the associate directed where along the wall me and my child went through roughly each outlet until we found on that worked. We were not the only individuals there trying to charge our phones. Some left and some went inside the store. During that time a male cart associate approached and one other person providing us with water. I allowed my son to charge his phone first and it took over 30mins just for his phone to get up to %40. While my child was charging his phone he at the time was watching media, ex. ******** tiktok etc...During that moment I wasn't aware having the phone on and watching videos would to pass the time would help slow the process. At home I can do all the above and my phone will fully charge in less than ***** minutes. Eventually a gentlemen approached me and son ( didn't realize he was a manager right off the back), he pardon himself to charge the motor carts. The same man came back and directed us to a charge station he set up in front of garden. The charge once we moved was still extremely slow. As time passed security came by and checked in as well as various managers and shoppers to charge their phone. As time passed my son's phone was still low and it was passed an hour. Another individual needed to charge their phone, and mind you theres plenty of ports available along the strip. Out of everyone there, she singled me out, told me to get up and give someone else a chance to charge their phone. Mind you my son is still charging his

Be aware ! HEB Fuel , 1211 E Frontage Road in Alamo, Tx will provide a receipt without card information printed on it. They will charge more. So if there’s a dispute, they will deny refund. It may take 3 months for dispute to be settled.
Check your receipts!! To confirm credit card info on it !!!

I am writing to make a complaint about a gentleman with blond hair and a blue polo from the ********* location. After checking out this morning, I was followed half way to my car and asked if I had purchased a watermelon that was in my cart. After telling him I had he asked for my receipt. I gave him my receipt and pointed out the item. No explanation from this gentleman as to why or anything of that nature. There were several other people leaving the store as I was that did not get asked for a receipt and I am not used to this location having door checkers, or as I have stated before, following me half way to my car. Mind you, our basket was filled with other items, yet this is the only one you ask about? I have shopped at this location for decades and never had this happen to me and am not sure if this was motivated by race or if he was a part of loss prevention. Again this struck me as very odd as this person had just been stocking produce.Edited to add: I called the store to inquire/file a complaint about this and was shrugged off. Wasn't even asked my name.

support is useless. unable to order for curbside pickup. I've placed an order, attempted to pay, tried 4 different card and received the error message "please enter a valid card number". Called 5 times, told my zip code was wrong and to call the institutions. I did call and they all advised billing address/zip code is correct and not have received any authorization requests for a charge. I'm retired from Delta Air Lines as a delta.com manager and understand these things happen, but there are ways to correct problems technically for online orders, error messages, etc. I'm now handicapped which is why I now prefer curbside. I assume they my no longer care about my $200 plus payments to get the high quality foods and groceries I like and need. All of my forms of payment e H-E-B In the past were never an issue. I would drive 20 to 30 miles to shop with ice chests to purchase the healthy and unique items they have to offer. Now I can order everything via Instacart, but I lose savings offered by coupons and sales, but I don't receive the benefits offered by my debit and credit card. And don't try to email them, the email addresses shown for assistance are no longer valid.
