      I have had pretty decent luck with HEB home delivery for groceries. It is very convenient. However, the last couple deliveries have been riddled with problems and incompetence, so I may not order from HEB delivery again.I often receive eggs with multiple broken eggs in the package. This happens 60% of the time, more often than not. Also, I contacted customer service after receiving a bag of Premium Seedless Grapes ($6.00 package) that only had a few grapes left in the bottom of the bag. I guess the delivery driver was hungry. I cant imagine an in-store-shopper would have bagged those grapes, so Im convinced the driver took them. HEB need to figure out how to send the groceries in paper bags with a sticker sealing the bag. And finally, I ordered groceries delivered at 7:30am this morning. I got notification of delivery and went outside to find nothing. I contacted CS and they sent out a replacement order just to re-deliver it to the same wrong address again. So, contacted CS again just to get the excuse that there is an house in my neighborhood on another street with the same number, and that is the confusion. Well, that is an insult to my intelligence. You can put my address into any map app a million times and it will NEVER take you to a house with the same number on another street. Will never happen. So, that is my experience with HEB grocery home delivery. Seem like Favor has incompetent drivers. So, just to wrap upI was supposed to get groceries at 7:30am today, if/when I get them, I will have wasted 5 hours of my time (from time of original scheduled delivery). Unacceptable, HEB just lost a customer as far as this service goes

      HEB Westheimer @Kirkwood Pharmacy *****. I've been a customer since 2012. Pharmacy tech "****' has a very bad attitude. **** does not need to be assisting customers at all. **** looks at me with a "demon look". **** has this nasty attitude with me everytime I come there. This incident has happened about 4 times. I decided to switch to ******'s Pharmacy. The staff at ******* has good customer service skills. I spoke with one of the Pharmacist about the situation. Pharmacist didn't give a **** about my complaint. I will address this issue to corporate soon.

      Constant Heb gift card issues for almost every sale, customer service rarely respond to your emails. They force you to call.

      HEB allows people to bring in their dogs for "support" purposes. Today I went to the store on ******* and ******* and over in the milk department I could smell like a dog urinated somewhere. My wife has allergies to pets and by the time we made it to the cat food section the smell was really bad. Smelled like PetsMart, sorry. Also at that HEB they have "fresh food" preparation. Crazy..! Dogs need to remain outside of HEB. I'm not going to shop there anymore.

      Today I stop by HEB supermarket in pharr Tx, stop by the deli and order 1/2 a chicken well they are giving 2 1/4 legs instead of the breast wing and 1/4 leg that make up a 1/2 chicken right ? Well noo I think thats false advertising

      HEB could do so much more to help the survival of the bar ********* BBQ We are regular customers! You have a great team of young bartenders that you continue to cut their hours! We understand the Store Director is concerned why the customers have consistently left?! We moved down to Market Street! They offer a variety of domestic beers (even though they dont offer liquor) Your closed coffee equipment continues to sit there since closing in January. This could easily be put on a ******************************** in racking in the backroom. Expand the bar & offer more drafts than just TX Drafts are often out (yes Lone Star). Were aware of the brewery issue! Why not put something else in its place. Youre going to eventually lose some great employees because of corporates lack of knowledge with Liquor Category Managers!! Youre not being competitive with the Lubbock market! TX BBQ has some really good food but constantly discontinue items. Is this corporate person listening to what the customers like (?) Too much work to put parmesan on the tenders or offer blue cheese dip (because any place that offers wings, offers blue cheese (but not HEB) And wings discontinued also The constant change sends customers elsewhere! Your floral department hasnt been the same since your whole staff left the first of the year or holiday season! pretty sad !! Someone should consistently water outside! Cant imagine what your shrink must be! We realize remodeling & items need resetting but taking several weeks is not the norm! Its nice you put young adults i. the middle to assist but they should stay off their phones for personal reasons & know where items are at! Recently a young lady sent me to 3 aisles for ****** malt mix before looking it up on her phone to find it in the baking aisle! Weird placing! Shouldnt it be placed with ice cream toppings (?) Sorry there are so many frustrations but you probably need a stronger management team at this store!

      I bought Lubys fried fish. When I opened the box, the plastic was opened and two were missing. Indicating someone bought, tried and returned. Worse yet, is that HEB returned it to the freezer.

      HEB at ***************** is such a disappointment. I have been going to this store for over 20 years and today was the last straw. While I was shopping with my daughter, my daughter went to go get some bath products and 10 minutes later she comes back with a look of DISTRAUGHT on her face. I asked her what happened, she was on the verge of tears. She explained that someone from HEB was following her and approached her to ask if she was shoplifting, I said WHAT? She explained to me that her hands were full and she was trying to find where I was so she could place her stuff in the basket. I asked her to please go and point that person out. We walked towards the toothpaste section when she said, that is the person, her name is ********. I asked her, are you the person who is accusing my daughter of shoplifting? Her response was, I don't know what you are referring to. I then pointed towards my daughter who was waiting in the open area near the suntan products and she said yes that is her. I told her I would be reporting her to her Manager, needless to say after this occurred, our family will no longer be shopping here. I have never ever been more disappointed in this store.

      The last several months, the HEB curbside in Fairfield has been the worst. Tried to talk to Corporate ******************** waste of time. Nothing but issues with this place, has got to the point the last 2 times I have called corporate, to try to rectify the issues, second time I called the young boy was not understanding what I was trying to tell him, and made excuses for me spending 10 extra minutes in the parking lot for them to get the apples they failed to complete in my order. Also ordered 4 ******** Pears - didn't get them either. I don't do substitutes so I have no doubt, another mess up on HEB. I have chose to quit with HEB's in this area. Too much drama every time I place an order. **************** here is horrible!

      I used delivery for the first time. I am 77. I asked for Muscle Rub and I got ************* instead and got no receipt. I took it back and I showed them my transaction from my **** of America account. I really was cheated. They wanted me out of the ********. The amount was *****. I got a ***** gift card and 4.75 going to my account. Could you please tell me how that amount to *****?
