      I had contacted the ***************************** about the issue first. They were unable to get the company to respond. They told me there was nothing they could do because of that and considered the matter closed. If I had known the ramifications then I would have contacted your company instead of dealing with them. Now I have found out when trying to get apartment that I cannot. I had told the apartment complex at the end of my lease that I would not be renewing. The day my lease ended I went to office to turn in keys and they told me they had no idea I was leaving and I had to stay for 2 more months if I was giving them notice now. I told them I had given notice and it just went back and forth. Then manager said she would speak to her manager and she would straighten it out. I did not here from her about the matter until I received something in the mail saying I owed them the 2 months which is when I contacted the **** Now I find that I cannot get Apt. because of my credit report

      Tuesday June 27th, 2023 5:00P.M. Have had no ac for 5 days. My daughter's room remains a steady 93 degrees and our room 85 degrees. 5 days ago we gave birth to a newborn and have ***** returned this Tuesday to no A.C.. No one has contacted us or updated us on when we may have A.C., and now using our own money we cannot endlessly spend money at a hotel with no updates. We have now been given the choice by *************** a.k.a. ************ Creek to risk our 5 DAY Olds life to heat stroke as newborns can only withstand a certain amount of time of ********** degrees. This is documentation that we have received no response to emails, no call today with an update, and no A.C.. documenting the eczema flare up this will cause my 2 year old sleeping in 90 degree weather. I posted a review about the ac after sending multiple emails and speaking with you and your maintenance team about my ac and my dishwasher. This was posted 2 weeks ago and your office replied asking I reach out so "we can take care of these issues" However, instead of taking care of the issue I was pushed off and no one ever fixed the ac or updated the freon. I constantly updated you and reached out to your office to inform I will be in labor soon and will be bringing a newborn home... unfortunately no matter how much I reached out about these two very specific issues, I was ignored and pushed back while watching your team install multiple new ACs to other newer units.

      I received my final account statement on 06/02/2023. Within the document there were errors and charges I do not believe apply.To start with it states my move out date was 06/01/2023, however my keys were turned in 05/25/2023. The charges that are suspicious of swindling me as a resident:The sewer charge is $134.62 for the dates of 03/09/2023-06/01/2023 and it has never been that high when I was a resident. ****** stated that was due to not being billed for the first two months of water usage. I called the *************** and they have no knowledge of that process, the *************** bills the apartment complex not the resident.There is a gas charge for $27.13 for the dates of 04/01/2023-06/01/2023.The additional charges of $400. Clean kitchen appliances $100, the dishwasher never worked and service orders were sent I shouldn't be charged to clean something I never used. The stove was as clean as when I moved in. The refrigerator wasn't worth a $100 charge. Heavy clean charge of $150 is absurd as the heavy cleaning that was needed was due to the ***** infestation. I have spent more than $150 just to battle a situation that wasnt rooted in my unit.The shampoo carpet of $150, what proof is there that it was shampooed before I moved in, as I moved into **** from **** within days of that resident moving out.No stains were in the carpet. All the additional charges that were put on me are things that are the responsibility of the apartment complex to do before the next tenant moves in.Starting from unit **** to **** there have been multiple problems. It kept flooding in unit **** and it took months to get new flooring put in. In **** I had to request multiple times for a cracked window to be replaced.A $459.34 charge is unfair and seemingly a practice to not return the initial deposit and get money off of me as a former resident.

      I lived at *********** in *********. 649 was charged to my credit report. When I moved out they stated they had to pay someone to professionally clean my apartment although I paid 400 dollars for a professional to detail my apartment. I had the head of maintenance ***** do a walkthrough and he stated that it looked great. When I asked for proof of them actually hiring a cleaning crew they never responded. When I asked for pictures they sent me the front door they are responsible to pressure wash, a toilet paper roll, blinds covered by a pet deposit and a **** on the wall that was noted on my original walkthrough. I questioned these charges and they never responded. I emailed the lynd company last August and they never responded. I paid over **** and two months rent to break my lease. My security deposit was never refunded and neither was my pet deposit. These charges are fraudulent and I need someone to address it.

      I was a previous tenant at this location. I moved out September of 2022. End of April 2022 I put my rent check in the overnight box to be processed for May 1 rental payment. On or about the 6th of may 2022, I called the office and spoke with ******** who said that it wasnt received, I along with many other tenants used this box for rent as it states on the box at their office. She asked me the check number and amount , I told her and then said I would come up and use a card as I assumed they were trying to accrue late charges due to it being a new property manager. I went up and paid using my now deceased fianc debit card with the understanding that the check would be destroyed when it was received. A year and 12days later May 12,2023 that check was processed through my bank giving me a 0 balance and overdraft fee! Of course this thief occurred over the weekend and ************ answering service where I actually spoke to the person I paid in person a year prior. Because of this thief no one called me back Monday and I had to go up to the office where I explained not only did I pay my rent on time I would over pay! Unfortunately the debit payment was never put in but the check was which Im not sure how you put in a check system without and then cashing a year and 12 days later. Because I know without paying rent for a month I would have had the eviction process started as would any tenant . As the property manager smiled and laughed at the thief I am left with the circumstances of it, Which means they stole the debit payment! Due to the fact my fianc accounts are closed and deaden because of his death I dont have access to them. I want my money back! I want charges to made on whom ever in stealing in that office. I not sure what type of practice this is or how this is even legal which I have contacted an attorney and police to get more information. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE! Thank you!

      I have lived at The Mayflower in ************** which is owned by The Lynd Company for 6 months now. During this time I have had nothing but a horrible experience. The first day we moved in on January 4th we had roaches. It is now May 6th and I have asked multiple times to get pest control in here and still no pest control. The common areas are disgusting and unmaintained. The pool is full of sand and the "clubhouse" has broken everything and smells like an old musty bar. The elevators are disgusting, the hallways are disgusting. It's as if the people working here don't care about the tenants and just care about my $1800 rent check. We had our car towed from the parking lot and instead of the company trying to fix the mistake they made us pay for it and said "sorry". Our packages are constantly stolen because the mail room is in such disarray and apparently that is also our fault. We have 4 elevators here and only 2 have worked since we have moved in. The apartment itself is in bad shape. The floors are broken and when we moved in the unit wasn't even cleaned. For the price I have been paying to live here the facilities, experience, and customer service has all been a failure. I am currently trying to get out of my lease so I can put this horrible place behind me. Every ******* I have spoken to here hates it as well. No one enjoys living here and it is 100% the management and front office employees fault.

      I moved out of town from ******** to ******* *****. Upon me moving I had my first ******* ***** apartment located at ******************************* I live in apartment ****. I moved in November and moved out in *****. Previous to me moving out in ***** I started receiving an infestation of tree roaches in my apartment, due to the neighbor above me, the trash chute next to my apartment, as well as the untidiness with neighbors and management. I gave management the end of February going into the whole month of March to utilize their pest control service in order for the situation to stop however, it continue to get worse. I unfortunately have a health concern problem with asthma, and so I should not be around any type of insect that can trigger/affect me in anyway that results in death. As these are roaches are the size of your thumb , they started to get inside of my personal belongings as well as my furniture and everything that I paid for. As again I am out of state resident who moved to ******** for job relocation everything that I bought was new and so for tree roaches infesting my bed, couch, my clothes, as well as my health the concern should be top priority. It seems to me as if Orleans changes the management every month because of how bad their management is. They gave me the runaround talking to the supervisor that was there, and will not give me a direct point of contact. After showing evidence of how bad the apartment was, they decided to waive the early termination penalty fee. However, they try to still make me pay for two months worth of rent ***** and May, for what I dont understand what reason of being. I decided to use Jetty deposit as my security deposit insurance company towards every month. As it has only been 3 to 4 months I would like to get a refund , for the months that was paid for, I would like Jetty to drop me out of paying for any more installment for this building that I will not be living in. I also expect this to not be on my credit

      Parties at the pool with residents bringing in multiple guests and speakers to play music loudly. This goes on during weekdays and weekends past midnight. (Pictures have been emailed in and police have been called in- several times). The area is being treated like a public park or their backyard, this is an apartment complex! Charcoal grills being brought in and large flames of fire causing big clouds of smoke making this a danger for residents (pictures have also been taken and emailed to property manager). When I reported this, immediately I was sent an email regarding my renters insurance, which Ive had the entire time Ive been leasing. Drugs and drug dealing in the pool area. This has also been reported and police called. No shame and no respect for residents and the property, same goes with alcohol and alcohol bottles (large glass bottles). Parking garage and parking in handicap and reserved spots. Recently my parents were visiting and they have a veteran handicap license plate and theres cars parked in handicap that do not have the decal or license plate. When I reported this I was told that people know where to park and if they park there they can include reserved spots. Dogs run around the parking garage and property without a leash. Dog f**** are all over the property including the hallways, stairs and not being picked up throughout the property-its quite disgusting! Trash, it is still an issue at the trash chutes even with the colorful signs. I have taken pictures and emailed them, but according to the office staff they send warnings, yet the signs say violators will be fined. Those warnings have done absolutely nothing because the trash chutes always have a collection of trash and people cleaning out their apartments and dumping all kinds of electronics, furniture, home items, etc. There used to be a courtesy office from Williamson County Sheriff and he was run off by lack of management and the residents that are being allowed to live here.

      I am paying 1600$ a month in rent and for over one month everyday the water is shut off from around 8 am until around 4:45 pm everyday I CANNOT WASH MY HANDS TAKE A SHOWER OR FLUSH THE TOILET WETHER I GO NUMBER ONE OR TWO THIS IS NOT LIVABLE CONDITIONS WITH SMALL BABIES THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT GETTING ANY DISCIPLINE

      I moved out April 2022 and I have been trying for almost a year to pay the ************ owe I have called the company customer service number numerous of times sent email reached out via social media called the property nobody help or answers and its keep me from living in another apartment complex
