I was shopping for load boards for my box truck and came across this company. One day I spoke to a representative and they informed me that I could do a 30 day trial and cancel before the 30 days if I didn't find it useful or if I found it too expensive to my likings. As two weeks went by, I contacted the same representative numerous of times by phone, and got no answer. When I got a hold of someone else, they told me that my representative is the only person that I could contact in order for the membership cancellation so I continued reaching out and still got no answer. I started contacting the other numbers and emails that they had on file, and I kept getting a hold of the tech side, and they informed me of them pushing over the emails to who needs to actually read them in order to move forward in the cancellation process. I still kept receiving no answers from who needed to contact me. Then one day ************************* contacted me providing me with the wrong information about a company that wasn't mine. I replied back to his email and never received another one. This problem has been going on for MONTHS with no responses from those of which needed to cancel the account. I reached back out the other day, and that's when I got Ms. ***************************** help and she was informative and told me she's going to send me an email and to respond to it and we could go on from there. ************************* responded to that cancellation email again with wrong information, and also someone's name attached to my company that has nothing to do with my company. The sales person misled me in the services in which the company could provide. She also stated that I will be able to see rates for loads prior to booking. This was not true. Most of the brokers do not work with new authorities but she ensured me that I would have no problems booking business. The sales representative manipulated the load board view when showing us load availability in our area but leaving expired jobs listed. There is also a major issue of double brokering, which breaches our contract. We have contacted the merchant multiple times to resolve and they just transfer you and place you on hold for extended periods of time. One rep even stated they "didnt have time for this, to call back" and disconnected the call on me. The shippers have requested that we do 5 jobs before they will give us a job which is not even plausible. We also have sent over 200 emails and gotten no response at all from any brokers. We have contacted sylectus multiple times to resolve, but have been unable to get anyone to speak with us or cancel this. No services have been rendered and the merchant refusing to cooperate to resolve/cancel this. The sales rep lied about load availability and double brokering. I have also included screenshots of the double brokering which the merchant keeps denying. NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED OR UTILIZED. We called within 2 days of having the service to cancel after realizing we were mislead by the sales rep and they refused to assist us, only providing email templates. WE have tried this as well with no resolution. This merchant practices deceptive sales processes.Initial Complaint

Date transaction 10/27/2023 pay $199.00 business committee to Provide all types loads for trucks. But person they said supposed to explain how the load *********** didn't plains it, I requested it for cancelled the account and refund it the $199.00 because I never used the load board. I spoke with ********* & explained it but she said that I signed up for 12 months contract. What I signed up was for first payment at no time I told I was signing it for 12 months contract. The load board is complicated to understand it and the people that supposed to help they don't even explain how to use or navigate in the load board. I haven't even had this **************** not even a month and I asked for my refund the sales person said she had 500 loads coming out of Southern ********** and up until this date I have not gotten one load also I have gotten a local contract with a company so u called and emailed explaining to cancel my account because I will not be using Sylectus since I already got a contract. But instead they said I cannot cancel but I must pay the $299.00 monthly for something I won't use is unfair and wrong on so many levels like I said I haven't even used it once and it's been under a month and these thieves won't close my account. Don't refund me my initial $199.00 but closed and terminate my account I won't be using it when I now have a local contract. I may have to get a lawyer. Please the BBB has to be able to do something about these people they are just stealing money from me.Initial Complaint

Like I had explained in emails to *****(account manager). I did explain to *******(sales rep) this from the beginning, what kind of equipment I have, what I can haul, where I haul can it and he promised me a "HOLY GRAIL" of all load boards'. Yet this so called loadboard did not deliver, it is nothing like a real loadboard. To me this is less of a load board and more of a "tinder" for carriers and brokers. Real loadboards are DA** TruckStop, 123loadboard, UBER, Convoy... list keeps going. I'm over here being told to reach out to brokers and build relationships, building relationships. I don't have time for that, nor was I informed of that during the sales call.I understand there is no trial offer, but there was not even a demo given nor was it disclosed I would have to make cold calls and send marketing emails. This load board was presented and sold to me as a loadboard that I can sign on, set my filters for a CA to CA 53' dryvan and start booking, as ******* ran those filters during our first call. He told me there were still so many posted loads CA to CA available regardless of how late it was already in the day and the week, what he did not mention was, those posted loads were for straight trucks, small vehicles, sprinter vans etc.... that's called withholding information, false advertisement.I followed the instructions you sent me to the ** sent hundreds of emails to brokersI have not seen any results. A contract is void if the services promised are not rendered and your loadboard did not perform as advertised. So, this company is in the business of extorting money ($6000.00). Freight volume is already low as it is, I'm loosing my livelihood due to falling freight rates, and rising fuel cost. I'm an owner operator with single income and raising a family. I don't have extra $500.00 to throw away every month just because you feel you've got me binded in a contract. Deactivate this account ASAP! 1/23 I signed the $500 Sylectus contract after speaking to their sales rep ************** who had me download a link to a ********* team meeting where I was able to see his screen of the alleged current Sylectus LB where he gave a alleged live tour by showing me dozens of loads in my area for a 26 BT. During the tour I specifically explained to him that I only have a IPhone & asked him did they have an app like *** cause I priorly DL their App but it was not working. He said that the app was not for their LB & that I had to first pay for the year subscription then Id receive a DL link after. After I signed the contract I only received a link to their web LB, but didnt get a link to their alleged app as promised. While attempting to personally tour the site from my IPhone Its hard to navigate the LB using the web because the screen jumps around, & freezes while attempting to fill in specifications. I noticed that the plethora of loads ***** was showing me for my truck in my area had suddenly disappeared from their LB, The same day at 11:41 pm I emailed ***** calling him out on his lies asking to cancel the contract based on the grounds that he had fed misleading info in order to get me to sign their contract A few days later a Sylectus representative contacted me denying my cancellation request. ***** had also failed to inform me that their brokers require you to have 6 Months- 1yr authority in order to book loads. My authority is 9 months old & Ive had Sylectus for about 37 days but as of today I havent been able to book not 1 load from their LB but have booked a dozen from the *** LB . I havent even received a reply from their so-called brokers on their website. Most of the Sylectus loads are duplicates of *** loads, & the ones thats not when I bid I never get a reply which lead me to believe that theyre phony loads. Sylectus is running scams on vulnerable new authority drivers and need to be shut down. I want all my money back and out of this bogus contractInitial Complaint

I started this service in June because someone in the department assured me of better loads with their company. After joining the company there were no training provided to use the system until a month later. In order to use the system training is required for you to be able to accept loads. Now that the training is completed we are still not receiving any loads. This company charges $500 a month, how am I to pay this without receiving any loads to to even make the payments. I've called multiple people to help with this issue but they keep sending me to my account manager in which I still have not spoken with him/her yet. I signed the contract on 8/16/23. However, Sylectus account manager did not disclose the requirement that I needed to have a DOT authority in place for a minimum of 6 months before the brokers would work with me. This policy requirement was not included in the contract, and I was not made aware of it until after I signed the contract. As a result of this, I have not been able to use the services that I paid for under the contract. Therefore, I am requesting to be fully released from the contract.During the sales call with the Omnitracs sales rep on 8/16/23, he was fully aware that I had not had my MC authority for more than a couple weeks. I have since learned that it is a well known fact (and that my Sylectus account rep was aware of this) that brokers don't work with new carriers that have their authority for less than 6 months (some have a 9 month policy and others even require a 12 month authority). Under these false pretenses to have me think that I could obtain work from the Omnitracs Sylectus load board I signed a 12 month ($299/month) contract with them. I was never sent to their training session, or training videos as promised and have received no further contact from the sales REP. I have made several phone calls asking to speak with someone in management. Each time I am told that my message would be passed on to upper management. Please be advised that this is not a case of request for early termination as there have been numerous other word for word identical cases filed against Sylectus account manager and already reported to the Better Business Bureau.
