      I don't trust Amp Smart ! The one thing Amp Smart excellent at is collecting my money. The first issue is that I HAVE NEVER HAD ****** CAMERAS WORKING AT THE SAME TIME ! Amp Smart wants me to pay $99 up front, when they say a technician can show for more than a month ! The fact that a technician can't show up for more than a month from the day I requested one, is evidence of how inferior their product is. Originally enrolled with ********, then later I find out that Titanium was taken over by Amp Smart. How do I know that after I pay $99, Amp Smart might be taken over by some other substandard outfit ?

      **************** horrible. My issue was not resolved instead they try to sale me a extension on my contract to get a technician out.Also management is always in a meeting and never return calls that's if they even receive the messages. Don't waste your time and energy

      ******** customer service- scamming business; would give no stars if possible. I tried to call and ask a question and was told that a manager would have to get back to me- never heard back from them. I mailed my cancellation letter (after being with them for 5 horrible years) to the address found on the contract and a month letter it was mailed back to me with a "return to sender". I did not have a functioning smoke detector for almost a year, sensors on doors stopped working as well as cameras were poor quality. I had another reputable security company come out and they informed me that my address never even had a monitoring permit taken out. It was 5 years of feeling like my family wasn't truly safe while we had to wait for the contract be up. Due to never hearing back from them, I had someone else come out and replace my security system and two months later and NO ONE from *** has yet to reach out, even after the panel had been disconnected....... their customer service is none existent and they have NO care for their customers- all they care about is just the money that they receive.

      Been counting down to completion of contract (5yrs) with several increases in cost only to be berated, badgered and humiliated over the phone about what "I" can afford. Visited my bank to initiate account closure to prevent drafts after auto renewal of contract. Something I've read in other reviews. Is that even legal? Was told supervisor was in a meeting and would call back.(days) Waiting in phone queue only to be told no one is available. Messages left, requests for calls. Mailed a letter to terminate. We'll see?

      We have been trying to close our account for 2 months and no luck. We have called and called and left message after message. When they do call us back they tell us that there is no one available to close out our account and call back later. By now our bill is now over $100.00 and we already have a different alarm company.

      I was a happy customer for years until I had to have the account transferred from my husband's name into my name. After having to establish the account in my name TWICE, they still had a hard time finding the account but no trouble finding the closed account under my husband's name. Was told twice a technician would either come out or contact me - neither happened. Final straw is when after I "cancelled" the account that never even got set up, there was an automatic withdrawal from my bank account. My bank and eventually *** confirmed that withdrawal came from the closed account. I had to have my bank put a stop pay on *** so no other transactions could be done. Do not do business with this company. 0 stars

      Salesman misrepresented this contract. Company will not listen to customer complaints. My strong advice is do not use this company for your security services. You will not be able to cancel the service without significant charges. Its very frustrating dealing with customer service department.

      THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS I called and cancelled in February 2023 and they said they also needed a letter of cancellation. They said they never received my written letter of cancelation. They continued charging my credit card $99 a month and my husband hadn't noticed until my card expired and we got a collections threat from them. We haven't had their equipment for almost 2 years and they never even contacted us to see why we were "offline!"They sign you up with ease but make it hard to cancel. They are robbing people blind and even took a cancellation fee at the end. I am DISGUSTED that these kind of people are in business.

      ***** was patient and understood that I am slow moving from one spot to the other to reset my camera, smoke detector and health alert. When we were disconnected. I was called back promptly. I was also informed that in the event of a disconnection of the call. he would call me back. All of this made getting my system back on line a breeze. simple step by step. I move smoothly from one section to the other. I went from general customer serve to technical, to scheduling to to added a authorized user. I talk with ***** of the technical section. ****** with extending my service for another three years and ***** for scheduling my installation date and time.
