I have 2 of their biometric safes and anyone with a heartbeat can use any finger, toe or elbow to open the safes This isn't safe! I am super upset now that I am out this money and have to toss these out. BTW, ANY CHILD CAN OPEN THE ***** TOO! This product should be RECALLED as it IS NOT SAFE!2A4Life

But I can send you the information here, when a customer is having issues with the safe we always recommend that they reach out to our customer service team for help. One of the first things they will do is send you our instruction video on how to set up the safe. Please go to the time 1:50, that is where it will help you set up the fingerprints. This company has horrible customer service. I bought a gun safe with finger print access. I then reset password and registered finger print on safe. My drunk friend who was passed out on floor woke up and walked over to my new safe and put his finger on it and it opened. I then proceeded to reset finger print again and let my friend try again and it opened again. I asked to an exchange or refund and they told me it was out of the return policy. So how am I supposed to protect my children when even a drunk person can just walk up to it and open it. Now Im out my money and have a boat anchor for sale. So disappointing. Thumbs down and be careful. They should of said no problem and have me new one.???????2A4Life

****************,I was able to find your account and the email with our agents this very issue, however the email you are referring to was over two years ago. From the email it looks like the agent sent you a manual on how to do a factory reset on it and then asked you to reply with if you needed any other help. From our records it looks like you have not responded since, with the order being almost 3 years old and the last email with us being around 2 years old the item is out of its 90 day warranty. Hello *******, I am so sorry to hear that your gun does not fit our product, I have looked into your emails with us and have just found one email exchange. It looks like you emailed us on Saturday the 16th. We sent one email back when we opened again on Monday the 18th about submitting a return claim. It looks like you have not filled out that claim as us yet and I am not seeing any other lines of communication open with us. When we do a return we do not give a percentage of the product back, but all of it. The only charges not refunded to our customers is the shipping charges as they are paid through a 3rd party company, as stated on our policies page on our website. Can I ask you who you were communicating with that gave you that incorrect information? Hello ****,I have looked into your order and it looks like the first time you emailed us about this issue was yesterday evening, our system is showing that the tracking email was sent out when the order shipped out on the 14th. An agent replied 5 hours later about the order and its tracking. In ****** shipping website it is showing that the order was delivered to your address on the 20th of this month. Per the agents request we ask that you reach **** for help with the missing item, if they can not find the item please reach out to us then and we can look into it farther for you and see about a replacement.For our phone number we do have a active one, it is the same one that is found in our ads, emails, **************** page and website. However due to our small size it is just a texting system and voicemail. If you would like to reach us there you can leave a message however we only check there once a day so it is a lot faster to email us in like you. Ordered a belly band conceal carry holster Open the product up, tried it on. It was too large, folded it back up, put it in the packaging. Hello,We are so sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations, I have found your account and it looks like your order was placed and shipped out on 6.10.2023. You emailed us in on 09.30.2023 about wanting a replacement, unfortunately as is does say on our website returns are only good for 30 days after the item has been delivered. When you emailed in the order was over 110 days old and out of the window for returns. We still wanted to help you and offered you a new order with free shipping for 1/2 the price you paid which was $20. Unfortunately that is all that we can do for order this old. But from our records I can see that the shipping back to us and for you with a new item was only $6.00 so it was not that much to get a new item in the correct size. I am absolutely disappointed with this company!!!!I ordered a shoulder holster and it didn't fit correctly so I asked for a full refund. Instead they tried to convince me to exchange this for another product or store credit! I sent email after email stating that I wanted my full refund and no one will get back to me!!!This is absolutely a scam of a company and I will be contacting my bank!!! I ordered a shoulder holster that they had on sale. When it arrived it was so small that it wouldn't fit me. When I requested a refund they tried to bribe me to keep the holster that didn't fit me instead of honoring their advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee by refunding my money!The following is a copy of my correspondence with them:To whom it may concern, By your refusal to honor my request for a refund, I can see that your 100% satisfaction guarantee is just a scam! I am very dissatisfied with the shoulder holster that I purchased from you, and I want a refund. I don't want another piece of junk... I want a refund! You have until the end of business this week (3/17/2023) to refund my money, or else I will have my credit card company claw the money back. The first email we sent to you was our RMA or Return/Replacement merchandise Authorization form, once that email was sent we sent another for confirmation and continuation of the return and have not heard back. We have gone over your emails and have see that you have not responded to the two agents emails about the returns as stated by one of our agents ***** "Kindly send us confirmation to proceed so we can send the return label together with the return instructions right away. Please also be advised that the return label can only be generated once and is only valid for 10 days once it is provided to you." The email was sent on the 15th to you with no confirmation for a return label. We do have 30 day return policy on our items which you are within, however due to a dispute being opened we will need to give all information to our disputes team. I was short a few parts due to delivery issues and reached out to the company and had all issues resolved in a very timely manner. Actually much quicker than I expected!
