    I am a repeat and very loyal 2A4LIFE customer. I had never encountered any "issues" concerning ordering, shipping or delivery of products ordered from 2A4Life. That changed with my last order. I had an issue, which ended up being a very minor frustration, that was taken care of by ***** (in customer support) very quickly and succinctly! 2A4LIFE's care for ANY customer (not just "loyal" or "repeat" customers like myself) is top-notch! My "issue" was addressed with an online "chat" and follow-up emails, which were quite detailed and formal enough to know that there was a true concern for resolving my frustration. This communication, while formal, was also quite friendly. As I said earlier, I am a repeat customer and was quite pleased to know that 2A4LIFE cares to keep me as one. Their products and offers speak for themselves, but there is a peace of mind added to the online experience when one knows the company genuinely cares for their "anonymous" customers! Thank you ***** and 2A4LIFE for easing my ordering frustration, splitting delivery to two addresses and "holding" delivery until we returned from an extended vacation. (I have ordered and received: 6 biometric gun safes, the ********* flag pole kit with flag, and, 2 mounted speed safes - ALL with NO PROBLEMS)

    This company gave me a discount code for a 50% off a flag pole when i hit to pay the discount didn't show I canceled my order at once & was charged a $5 fee for nothing DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

    Hello, We understand that sometimes the orders can go through before the discount is added, but after looking over your chat we have not been able to see where you asked for the discount. We are always willing to put the discount to the orders when our customers ask. You only asked for the order to be canceled, which we immediately did. As stated by our agent in the agent and on our website, the fee is a charge that Shopify the online transaction company charges to process the refund.     Almost 4 weeks later and my order is still in processing. **************** is unable to provide and updated estimated delivery date. Got the same response both times I've followed up to figure out why there is a delay. Would not recommend buying from this company.

    the 2A4Life Bio Safe is a piece of ****, I ordered two of them, they will not work and when I contact them to return the crappy bio safe them are giving me the run around saying i have to video of the problem then I have to fill out a form, that will not let me chose a refund option only replacement. I wouldn't buy anything from them and will NEVER order anything from them again.

    Hello, as was stated in the email sent to the customer. They just need to put in the notes section that the order is for a refund not a replacement and we will refund the order. We have sent the customer our RMA form (return merchandise authorization form) with ************************************************************************************ fact broken. Once the customer replies to our multiple emails with the completed RMA and video we will be more then happy to fully refund his items.
