    This company is amazing. The prices are great. The quality of the product appears good. The customer service is amazing. They are very quick to respond and they follow through with their promises. Really enjoyed purchasing from them and will be a return customer.

    Great company, order process was quick and easy, product was delivered a day earlier than promised and so far the quality of the goods I have received has been very good. I ordered a shoulder holster which they had on sale at a big discount and with that much of a discount I really wasn't expecting much. What I got was a very good quality holster that I had an opportunity to use yesterday and couldn't be happier. I had it on for almost 2 hours in the car and then another 3 hours walking around and totally forgot I was wearing anything. I carry a Kimber Pro Carry II 45 with 2 mags and not only did it feel light but very secure all day long and I also felt like I had access to it at a split second. This holster is very well made and very well designed and at the price point they are selling it it is a great value.

    I made two separate orders on same day during Black Friday sales. When I received my first order in the mail it says an item from my second order was in the box, it wasnt. The item was supposed to be in the second order. When I received second order a day later the item was not in the that box either. I advised them via email and heard back right away. They did send out item missing and I did receive it today. Green lasers nice, havent used yet, the single gun safe is nice, just trying decide where to mount it. The tactical belt is something I can use at range, but it is not practical for a tactical situation. Mag holders are long ways against belt and have clips that have to be undone. ******* holder on right side of belt, one on left side. Tactically both mag holders should be together and mag base facing up for quick pull out and insertion into weapon. I had no problem with customer service.

    Terrific products. But, great service trumps everything else....AND they really deliver! I have 2 of their biometric safes and they both would not open. We determined that it was the batteries that needed to be replaced. BUT, to get to the batteries you need either a special key to override the opening mechanism or a battery pack that can be plugged in. I had forgotten all of that and contacted them asking for help. They responded immediately and very kindly told me how to proceed. I ended up finding the tools I needed and fixed the problem. BUT....I was very impressed with how speedy their responses were and how helpful they were. I would recommend these guys to anyone....and, like I said earlier, their biometric safe is small, easy to use and holds just the right amount of "stuff".

    Ordered and item was delivered to the wrong address!! Was told I need to contact ***** which you get nothing but automated response. To me 2A for life should attempt to help since their carrier delivered to the wrong address instead of me picking how it would be delivered! Will not order from them again and this is the 2nd order from them for me!

    I purchased a solar light with flagpole it only worked less than 3 months. They do not answer phone They want you to email them I have-not had any email it has been over 24 hours on Thursday 15 September. 2022. It states on website t lasts 8 hours. For $62.95 plus $10/95 shipping. Since they will not address the issue I feel ripped off

    Hello, per our automatic response email it does say that it can take 2-4 business days to reply to our customers. We are a small company and only have 4 customer service agents to reply to all of our emails. Your email was sent on the 14th at 1:18 pm and we replied in just over 2 days on Friday at 5:13 pm. The order you placed was on 4/20/2022 so it is just under 5 months old. Unfortunately as stated on our website that item does only have a 30 day warranty on it. As ****** the agent stated in her email to you we always suggest seeing if the batteries are expired due to how old the order is. After that we offer other suggestions/help and then a discounted rate for a new item. I have not seen any replies to the last email send by ******, so please reply to her email for more help
