    ****, **************, was persistent in trying to figure out the complicated issue. He addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He fixed the problem I called about, and even fixed some that I didn't know about. He was friendly and efficient. I'm very happy with today's experience.

    Horrible company, sold a system they cannot tech in a adequate time. I have been working for a month + to fix my panel and a tech is not local so they have said they have to find one that will make the trip out to fix the panel and cannot give me an update when that will be. So here I am paying for a system with an issue. They have had ME replace the batteries, which I do not feel for what I am paying for this is something I should be doing. If I were any older than I am now I would be even more screwed. How do you say you are providing customer service when you cannot set up a definite appt. to fix a system YOU sell. Horrible service. Stay away from them.

    Well here it is 5/3/23 3:00 pm PT and I still have not heard from them and after my last call I made to them, I am not calling again just to get angry all over again. Still is the worst company to have for security. If anyone is going to get an alarm system for their home make sure the company keeps techs in the area and get a sign document stating so. The panel is still beeping and continually, multiple times a day has to be reset. So over this system and all I want is to be out from under the contract that I shouldn't be held to.

    again it is 5/9/23 and nothing. alarm panel still beeps, no call from Fluent but yet they still deduct payment from my account each month and I have a faulty panel. when does this end,

    Horrible company. My alarm hasnt been plugged up in 15 days and not one time has someone from the company called to ask whats going on as they cant monitor my house. The panel is unattached from the wall and it constantly beeps so I unplugged it. I spoke with rep and was told that I would be charged a tech fee if they came out and fixed the panel. Mind you Ive had the service for 5 years so why would I pay for a problem with their device. Come to find out that they dont even use the panel that I currently have. So its outdated. Again, why would I pay for a service fee???? As soon as my anniversary date comes around I am finished with fluent! They will no longer take my money and give me crappy or no service!

    My system stay on the blink more than operational. Always trying to get me to buy additional products when I know I shouldn't need them. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have signed up for an additional term, now I'm stuck until ****. SMH (SHAKING MY HEAD) I don't have a problem so much with speaking to the reps, it's the company that is horrible.
