    I called with an issue with my control panel not holding a charge on the back up battery. I was told Id be sent a replacement battery at no charge. However, I did have an issue with the amount of the shipping fee. The customer rep was quite understanding and he worked with me to come to a compromise. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions without hesitation. I just have to say, I just love the customer service this company gives its customers. Unlike a lot of companies these days, this company wants its customers to be happy and works to make sure they are. Thank you Fluent!!

    My service rep was very knowledgeable as well as very patient. He walked me through how to set up my doorbell camera, and even passed on a couple of suggestions with regard to ease of use of the Fluent app.
