    Technician was courteous, professional and instructional. Did his job rather quickly. The only complaint I would point outchange the music when customer is put on hold!! Its a monotonous loop!

    They were great at getting ** hooked in with some catchphrase and deal of offering to pay off my previous security system. Then I ended Up being billed $800 unexpectedly because fluent wouldnt follow through. Then come to find out I was Locked into a 5 year contract and would have to pay 80% of the remaining time to get out of it. So I stayed. Then I was Planning to move, and had to negotiate a new price to keep the service, their negotiation was another 5 year contract. Catch this time is that they dont have a signature from me on this contract bc despite my multiple requests at the time, they could not provide me with a new contract to acknowledge. Fast forward to moving day, they wont let me cancel ** my recorded call for sed contract is binding. And yet have not documented or offered any settlement. Still continue to call and email daily on a panel not responding in a home I no Longer own that I have On recorded lines, cancelled the service for. I didnt change my bank account ** Im a good person, but Im on the edge!
