    They will not stop taking money out of my Senior friends account even two years after she was diagnosed with dementia and moved to a nursing home.I called sent emails and even talked to their terrible customer service reps.This company is ripping off seniors and it needs to stop.She is deceased and they still try to draw out her account.How do you get these people to stop????????

    My only problem was the length of time it took to answer my call. The first time I called I waited 40 minutes on hold and then hung up. The second time I called they answered in less than five minutes.

    If i could give 0 stars I would! I have had several home security systems in my homes over the years and Fluent is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. Not only did they not monitor my system after we moved to an area they did not cover, I was never informed that my system was never monitored for 2 years. It wasn't brought to my attention that we now live in an area thier network does not cover, until I called trying to get the system working. And yet, we still had to buy out our contract after several attempts to connect the system to their faulty network had failed. Fine. We bought out the contract and were assure that we wouldn't be billed again and that our account was closed. Well to no one's surprise, we were billed again. When I called to have it refunded I was met with rude, impatient and impolite customer support. I was hoping to be reassured that I wouldn't continued being billed for a service and system that has been useless to me for 2 years. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for home security needs. This company is a joke.

    I had a sensor issue that triggered the alarm and it turned out to be a problem with the sensor. An Agent called and requested photos of the sensor and pointed out the issue. She stayed with me as I corrected it and explained how it worked. Very helpful and cordial throughout the process. The explanation helps us understand how the system works.

    Nate helped me with a problem with my panel today. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He gladly walked me through all my window and door alarms to make sure they were all working. I switched to Fluent from ADT about 4 years ago. Yes, ADT is a little easier to get in contact with, much less wait. But once you call Fluent, expect to wait a few minutes, I found all the techs more than helpful. And ADT does have more advertising, but the bang for your buck is amazing. All the same services, and the alarms from both companies go the same destination.... police or fire. I was able to cover about 10 more windows with Fluent, and two carbon monoxide detectors with one smoke detector. I will have another smoke detector installed; the initial visit to install the detector will cost a few bucks, but my monthly bill will remain the same, and very reasonable at that!! If you have the patience, this company is worth it!! And again, Nate couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating... an excellent rep for this company....
