    I have a remote shop with a second keypad. That keypad stopped working. I called tech help and spent two hours on the phone with a tech trying to reprogram the keypad. He finally said my keypad was obsolete and needed to be replaced. I asked for a service tech. He said **** is a remote area and the scheduler would call me sometime in the future. So my shop is unprotected. I went to the internet and downloaded a installer manual. I found we were not programming the keypad properly. I reprogrammed it myself and everything works great now. Two more years and I will dump these clowns In Writing!

    She was great. She took care of my needs, and I sent a picture of the problem which was taken care of. She was very patient and help me step-by-step to restore my system. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you.

    ***** was great! He mitigated my problem. Cut through everything. And made everything 100%. My mother is safe. My animal and possessions are safe. We are safe with Fluent. He totally took care of my needs. Fulfilled Fluents promise to me. And I am satisfied.Give this man a raise. He deserves it.

    I have a doorbell camera and exterior camera. The exterior camera hasnt been capturing movement. The customer associate that I talked to help me figure out why it didnt work.

    I believe Fluent Home, LLC could not care less about the suffering they cause others. In many states, elder abuse and taking financial advantage of the elderly and in-firmed is a serious felony. My situation is based around an amount of less than $300 and that is after paying almost $2,000 without incident. NEVER did Fluent have to call me for payment, NEVER did they have to deal with me other than to accept my monthly payments of $45 for 3+ years. I actually paid $55 per month and accumulated a credit balance of close to $300. Fluent is so greed based that they reduced my $300 to $100 and then they thought it would be entertaining to bounce the check.Don't do it; DO NOT even speak with them. They are predatory and if you have any medical issues you become very attractive to them and I believe they will attempt to disenfranchise you. Also, I NEVER give a company direct access to my bank accounts. If they want my business they will accept my payment(s) from me and not take it. This is a benefit of a sterling credit score. Anyone reading this; PLEASE use extreme caution if you still feel compelled to invite Fluent Home, LLC into your life or home. -0 stars!!!

    This is Fluent's canned response. The number only goes to the customer service department and nobody knows the review even exists. Fluent is dishonest and IMO corrupt. They are greedy b******* and need to be taught a ******* IF you are trying to work for them; DON'T. IF you are considering using their service; DON'T. They lie, cheat and steal. If you are vulnerable; elderly, infirmed, disabled, etc... they WILL take advantage of you, they WILL steal from you and they WILL con you into signing your money away. The pittance they owe me and decided to steal, is going to cost them **** fold. The campaign has already begun and they don't even know it yet! Big Fun...

    We finally got got a technician who gave clear instructions. He helped us solve a problem we had tried three other times to solve over the last two weeks. The only complaint we had this time was the length of the wait time to talk to a technician.
