      My card has been compromised I've been trying to reach someone for two days now they transfer me to the dispute department I held on for an hour and a half with know one coming to the phone, I'm also on hold now as we speak I was transferred to security and it has been 20 mins so far with know CSR this is the crapiest card service ever I need help

      They wont answer their calls, I have tried 3 times today, go Through all their steps, press 0 for a representative and it says less the 1 minute wait time, phone rings once sounds like its picked up and laid down, nobody ever answers the phone, then you have to try again, and same result, o made my payment by debit card and its supposed to be immediate payment and show on the account, that was 2 days ago, they are not even showing it was made, but my bank says they received it.

      Zero stars wow what a ******** a** credit card company. I'm here trying to build my credit. I just received this card not to long ago and used it a couple times and they placed a fraud hold on it! I been calling for 2 days straight and waiting on hold numerous of times for over an hour and they hang up on me! It's beyond sickening. I wish I never got this card from Merrick bank. They are unprofessional and rude! And charge you 72 dollars and put a block on my card. Wtf kinda s*** is this. Excuse my French but I am so beyond aggravated this is not right!!!! I want to be able to use my card when and where I want especially if I'm paying for it monthly some bs!!!!!! They don't help me.

      Was told payments were on time but when I checked my credit report it was reported late and dropped my credit score by 128 points called customer service twice told two different things was told I was on time and in good standing also was told TWO DIFFERENT DUE DATES!!!AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!WILL PAY THIS CARD OFF AND NEVER USE IT AGAIN!!!!!!

      This isnt the first time Ive not been able to use my card. The bank keeps declining my purchases with no explanation. I received a call to contact fraud prevention and I did. Went through their whole process only to be declined again. I called customer support and was told she didnt know why my card was declined and I should be able to use it. However I cant use it and thats the problem.

      .. just closed my account due to a $4 a month payment they charged me .. Rediculiuos.. i have plenty of cards with No fee i don't need this terrible bank..

      Every time to make a payment they cancel it. After sending a email saying one time payment made. They want people to be late, They want to **** people off and there is nothing we can do about it unless we want to go in the - on the CC scores. Merrick Bank needs to be shut down

      Awful company. I have 750 credit score with never a payment missed in my lifetime and their giving me loan shark rates. Refinanced with a reputable company at almost 1/2 the rate.

      If I could give them negative 100 stars that would be generous. I make a payment and it gets returned, they say because I had no money in my bank account. There was plenty of money. I called my bank they said Merrick declined it. This has happened 4 times. Merrick still tags on the late payment fee after I had to call all over to find out what happened. Worst credit card company ever... **************** is the worst. **** and think they are the mafia or something.
