I won't give Prestige any stars. 9 years,7 mo. Later car had Bad CVT transmission , almost killed me on freeway at 8:30 at night coming home on freeway lost acceleration was about 5 feet from getting crushed between 2 semitrucks rolled car into bed of rocks and **** of a bridge! Bought car for ****** with ******/month payments even after incident it sat in my garage for 6 months with bad CVT transmission . The quoting price for new CVT transmission in 2017 was ***** dollars. Couldn't get a fix it loan car was only worth ****** at that point in time. Argued with Prestige almost every day with details ! Was included with many others in law suits against ****** central 2015 bad CVT transmission . This is the most disgraceful company I've ever dealt with. Oh and while I was fighting with Prestige to come get the car , My neighbors have video cameras and when we were not home some guy was walking in our back yard and our house. He did not get to far in house I have 4 German Shepards! They invade customer property and land!!! BEWARE!! OH yeah this just 2 days ago I get a letter they are going to garnish my waged 9 years,7 months later!! I'm getting a Lawyer !! They sell BAD CARS TO GOOD PEOPLE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS VERY BAD COMPANY!! SAVE YOURSELF DONT GET A CAR WITH A LOAN FROM PRESTIGE FINANCIAL COMPANY!!

Prestige Financial has the most disgusting attitude Ever!!! They Never want to help you out especially if you have a financial situation. Those people who work there are so nasty and rude always thinking they are better than you because you have to make arrangements to make a car payment. They continue to harass me and make threats and don't care about the customers situation.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I bought a 2015 **** ***** hybrid in December 2023 and have had nothing but problems ever since.The car isn't worth what they are charging and I hate it. The car is only worth 4900 and Prestige also doesn't report payments at all.This is the worst car and company I have ever had. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is a car from ****.I would put this car off on an enemy.They don't care about their customers and cannot have any decency or morals the way they treat people and basically have them riding in death vehicles.I would be safer running blindfolded in traffic than this raggedy car.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

1 star is 100 too many. This company is horrible. Financed a car through them for $12,000 in 2016, made payments on time for over 2 years and the loan balance barely moved. By 2018 the balance was barely down to $11,000.... with $400 a month payments.... went through a difficult time and got on a payment arrangement with them in 2018 for a lower payment for 6 months... they decided they didn't want to honor that after 2 months and told me pay the $400 a month or they'd repo the car.... I couldn't afford it at the time so they repoed it and sold it at auction. They got over $6,000 for it at auction and yet somehow still came back and garnished me for $10,000. They took the last payment, i got the release of garnishment from the court and thought i was done. I called and asked if they could remove it from my credit report or at least update it showing it was satisfied and not a charge off and they refused and told me I still owe them $309.... how do I owe them another $309 when they garnished me what they reported to the courts...???? Never work with this company they are crooks and scammers. Horrible place! Worst ever.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

This company acts like loan sharks. I purchased a 2013 vehicle in 2015 and returned to them in 2018 after finding out the daily interest fees and my balance being the same after paying for 3+ years. Now they have filed a claim against me to garnish me for $25,000!!!! Yes you read that right. Just under the 6 year statue of limitations on the debt. Crooks and horrible, greedy people !!!!!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

They're crooks and very nasty people. Tried ro give car back because I couldn't sell it or afford anymore. Wasn't good enough for them end up giving to my daughter who couldn't really afford but I was helping until I couldn't. Long story short now I'm being sued for a repossessed car which they sold and got more than what the car was worth and still suing me.***** take the wheelPrestige Financial Services, Inc.

29 years in business and we are scamming people. They repossessed the vehicle and sold it. I ended up with a $4000 bill that is now $8000 still rising and I dont have the vehicle. Havent for almost 2yrs now. 1. I need contact to get this resolved. 2. The reporting of price needs to be corrected. If its charged off why am I gaining imaginary interest? Also, with all the complaints BBB they should not hold a A+ rating. It should be a D. Horrible customer service and true scam artist.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

When my hubby bought his Jeep @ ****************** his vehicle was financed through Prestige & honestly he was over charged $22,000 for 2017 Jeep Compass. He tried to refinance it with his own bank & the manager told him he was overcharged & he would need to pay 1 year lump sum in advance to bring the amount down where he could be able to ************** didn't have the money to do so. Anyway, my hubby purchased ************* just in case something bad would happen & he filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Well, something bad happened. He had full coverage on his vehicle & the car insurance paid the car & also the *************. However, Now they're saying he still owes almost $3000 and change for late fees & etc. Well, that's why he purchased the *************. Between his car ************************* it should have paid everything. Well, if The BBB can't help then I'm contacting The Attorney General because something doesn't add up. When my hubby buys another vehicle we won't be doing business with this company.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

Prestige Financial lies to you. In my case, they say they won't penalize you and report you to the credit bureau if you are a few days behind. They not only reported it. They kept calling and texting me. Look at their rating. Average 1.7 out of 5 stars? Haha they are c*** Do your self a favor, kick yourself in the nuts and take that pain. That pain is less then what Prestige Financial is causing me. If you are female, we'll you fill in the blank. RUN AND DONT USE THEMPrestige Financial Services, Inc.
