Basically i just got served court papers for a car that was paid for.? If anyone tried to find an office for Prestige youd be SOL unless you worked there. The address they say is their business is not true to form. At least when my husband and i drove there we were told they hadnt occupied that building since before covid. We had the car paid ****** plus in 36 months they repoed during covid and sold the car for at least ******. The original loan was for ******? Clearly the math is off if we Supposedly owe ******. and they served me by a private investigator at a homeless shelter. Have they no compassion. i understand i screwed up just by going through them in the first place but really??? WOW i definitely don't understand .The ****** on that 2016 for Escape went out right after we bought it in 2018. Thank goodness we had a warranty but then both front axels went out not more than two months after the ******. ive had cars from 1977 last way longer than that on both those issues. I brought a car from *************** and it was financed by Prestige Financial company. The car was stolen on January 3, 2024. The insurance company deemed the car a total loss in February 3,2024. I notified Prestige and told them the car was stolen and deemed a total loss. The insurance company needed the title to paid Prestige for my car that was stolen. The car was recovered in March and the insurance company had the check to paid off the car and needed the title to give the check to Prestige Financial company. Prestige and **** the dealership who sold me the car neither one had a copy of the title. Prestige is telling me that the title is still being processed with DMV. I tried to talk to the girl who is handles the title and she is never available to talk to me. I left several message and no call back from her. Prestige is calling me to paid the loan payment and I told them to give me the title and the insurance company will paid off what is owed on the car. I refused to pay on a car that was total and the insurance company has the car now. I do not see what is the problem with giving the insurance company the title to the car so they can give them a check on what is owed on the car. I called DMV and was told it take 7 to 10 days to processed a title for a loan company. I do not understand why they cannot give the insurance company the copy of the title. I contacted **** the dealership also with the same problem no copy of the title. Neither **** or Prestige has a copy of the title for the car. I am trying to buy a house and now they reported that I am not paying for the car. My credit score is not good, it was 700 and now it is down to 600 all because the loan company or dealership will not give the insurance company a copy of the title to the car.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

These people lie to you and try to make you seem like they're going to work with you but basically they are just trying to get your money and supposedly all these different vice presidents at different departments have contact ** and harassed ** and even after we opted out of text messages we still receive those and we even had a block people because they said that they were going to continue to contact us through every means necessary even though it's illegal to do it in some contact methods. They finance the car for more than what it was worth and we found out later that this car was in a car accident and had the approved replaced and within the first year we had about $10,000 worth of repairs and we paid $19,000 for the car so we strongly urge you to stay away from these Crooks who tried to Prey Upon people who are in bad financial situations with bad credit.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

The worst ever cheated me on my interest reduction rate stopped it at 2021 bc they stated I didnt have the insurance company verify which is a lie bc I was on the phone w her while she was sending it. I got off the phone and called them they said they received it only to find out they never updated their information so they stopped updating yet collecting more interest at 14% then tried telling me the first time I didnt update, the second time I capped out at 14%; well if I did why does your system state Im ineligible for the 0.5 % until I update my insurance information? Theyre liars and fraudulent in one breath. Pls steer clear of these people. I lost 40% of interest, right now I should be at 6%Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

After calling and canceling my autopay, they still debited my account. They will not refund my money. They are telling me that they need a bank statement showing the payment process is completed. Then they will review it to see if I am eligible for a refund.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I've been with Prestige for about maybe 2 or 3 years. I thought this company would help their customers with situation with their vehicle. Until they repoed our car because of a DUI or no drivers license? We called other ******************** lien holders. They told us that they wouldn't do that if you make a payment plan and to help customers go work through with our financial situation. To solve our problems. We paid our car payment before the date that we were going to pay. I don't see why they repoed our car if it was paid before that date. So I wouldn't recommend this company if you're going to finance your car.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

This company is terrible. They authorized a payment without my consent which caused me to make a double payment. I asked them to cancel it and they said there was nothing they can do. The online portal has not updated showing that my balance should be $0Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

This company is nothing but a rip off my 2013 **** fusion SE motor blew before I even had it a year due to a recall through **** that **** refuses to acknowledge or take care of . **** car back and prestige has done nothing but harass me as often as they can. Emails phone calls text messages all hours and I get a letter after all is said in done saying my loan was twice the amount it was supposed to be with beyond ridiculous interest rates. They should be ashamed of themselves and need to be stopped ! This company should be shut down immediately! As I have many other horrible but similar complaints . With so many of us being in the same boat you would think something would be done to stop these crooks! I didn't want to leave a star at all but am forced to they should have where you can put stars in the negatives!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.
