On 10/25/2023, my wife ordered 3 Cellular Inflammation tests from the Pompa Program for our family. We paid a total of $291 and were told we'd be given some insight into the results of the test via consultation. My wife has a number of auto immune issues and yet both my test and my son's test came back identical. My guess is that this happens to anyone who takes their "test" because that's their scheme's "hook".
Despite my reservations, we decided to proceed with the consultation. So we sent the pictures of the test to our consultant, I took time off work, and sent our son to a sitter so we could meet with Chad on on 11/11/23. We started the call letting him know our son has autism. He immediately informed us that he couldn't help him because "patients on the spectrum are referred to another part of the business". He promised to make the referral but even as I write this, he still hasn't made the connection. So 1/3 of our paid-for "results" down the drain.
Secondly, the consultation was really a glorified pitch. He went through an entire presentation where he told us we all had cell inflammation and that the only way to get better was to get on their protocols. He threw around buzzwords common in the holistic space, but could never actually tell us any real diagnosis based on the urine test. The only way we could "heal" was to pay an additional $14,000 to gain access to their program for my wife and I and our son would cost extra.. From what I gather, you're paying for their supplements (the names of which were never disclosed) and the salary of the "consultant" who tells you when to take them.
It was pretty clear we had paid $300 to pee in a cup. They didn't provide any additional insight and pitched hard an extremely expensive protocol. Shortly after our appointment, Chad sent us an email asking us to give a 5 star review on Trustpilot. Feels real shady to me. We want our money back because nothing that was promised by the webinar was delivered. Absolute joke.Business Response

I signed up for the Pompa Program due to health issues that I was experiencing. However, the in-home cellular inflammation test ($167) was never evaluated nor requested to be returned for a lab report. I enter the $8000 program with a down payment of $1500. I have since discovered that Dr. ********************** is not a medical doctor. I would like to have a complete refund of the $1667.Business Response

On 11/7/2023, I paid Pompa Program $167 , order # ********, for Cellular Inflammation Testing & Consultation. I had my consultation call on 11/16/23. The call was scheduled for 1 hour. Their website says that a personalized plan will be given based on my test results at the time of the consultation. I kept waiting for her to get to my plan and I started to feel like she was stalling. Then she announced that it is a Christian based company which had nothing to do with it. I started to feel like I was being held hostage so I spoke up and said that I had to go in hopes that she would get to the point. Then I realized that the point was for her to sell me on the program. She finally told me the price of the program and I told her that I needed to think about it as it was a large financial commitment. She tried to get me to sign up right then and there and that didn't feel right. She had requested that we meet again today, 11/17 to finish up. After thinking about it awhile yesterday, I emailed her later that day and asked for more details of the program. She sent me something that was cut and pasted that was just a few sentences. I thought it was odd that there wasn't any materials on the details of the program. This became another red flag for me. Last night I decided to do some research and found that there are many others out there that have had the same experience. I feel that this company is using manipulative tactics to coerce me into signing up for their program. I would like to request a full refund of $167. Thank you.Business Response

On October 31st I purchased a Cellular Inflammation Testing and Consultation from this company. I expected a 1 hour consultation with the doctor but instead was stuck with a 1 hour call with a sales representative who pushed me to spend $8000 and was very aggressive and pushy when I said that I needed time to think about it. The Testing Kit also took well over the 3-5 business days that they promised; it ended up taking over two weeks to arrive. When I did receive the kit I was very disappointed to say the least; it was a very unprofessional/simple inflammation test. I can't believe that this company even exists; they are taking advantage of vulnerable and sick individuals. On top of that they claim that they are a ***************** and speak of them doing god's work. All I have to say is this is an absolute disgrace.Business Response

Dr Pompa's program states that for $167, you will undergo testing for an evaluation of how to treat problems with chelation and immune status.Upon receipt and completion of the home test, it became apparent that the test is not an official lab test, with no outside/third party (lab) processing, and amounts to what looks like a simple pH test. The ensuing phone call/Zoom with the "healthcare" representative, is nothing more than a sales pitch to sell a $7000-$8000 treatment, which needs to be paid with credit card immediately, or you can pay over time at a higher cost. When I asked for any patient testimonials or case studies of how it could improve my condition, the representative was very elusive and quickly wanted to terminate the call. She dodged the questions and it was VERY apparent that this is a SCAM and a way to lock you into "neutraceuticals" and "vitamins" that are very nebulous and there isn't even any clarity on what the "nutraceuticals" are or how they work, etc. This is TOTALLY a pressured gimmick. They state they've treated over ****** patients since CoVid-19, (at $7000 per patient, that's a $70M in revenue!!!)...can ANY doctor treat ****** patients appropriately? Sounds and smells like a SCAM!!!!Even if you only collect $167 for ****** patients, that's a $1.67M scam. This business needs serious investigation and possibly needs to be prosecuted for false advertising. Please refund my $167 immediately.Business Response

I watched these videos from facebook ad. I paid $167 for the tests at the end. Got the texts and emails over and over about not missing the appointment and that I still need to fill out forms. I have tried to contact and ask for help and nothing. There’s been no talk of what actually happpens and how to detox just a bunch of “buy here” and we will tell you after. But there’s no communication after. I don’t feel like wasting my time in their appointments if they send tests that aren’t even in sterile containers. It’s not trustworthy at all. To use the name of God while he’s trying to rip people off… not what I’d want to answer for in the end.Business Response

On October 24th 2023 I saw an advertisement on ******** about the Pompa Program. It seemed to speak to me as I have been dealing with some health issues and looking for a solution. To get more information on the program and what to do to heal yourself, I was directed to watch a seminar. At the end of the recording, there's a discount offer of $167 for Thyroid inflammation testing and Consultation. This would include an at-home cellular health testing kit, your cellular health analysis and report findings, and a neurotoxicity assessment. I paid the $167 (order ID ********* and received my kit a couple days later. The kit only had instructions on how to complete the test but had no more information about what the test entails. Then I was told to set up a meeting with one of their specialists to discuss the findings of your test and how to "get your life back". My husband and I met with ***** on November 1st to go over everything. He was very kind, but we didn't get much more information than what was already discussed in the seminar. Although we ended the conversation feeling heard and hopeful, we were then told that there were a limited number of spots in the program and out of 400 of those spots, I was a good candidate. But the catch was that the program would cost approximately $6000-$8000 for 5 months, depending on whether we chose to pay a down payment on the spot. At that moment, I shut down. My husband could visibly tell that I was upset and ended the conversation by politely by saying no. We went into that meeting hoping for answers, and instead were pitched the program with additional costs. Nowhere in any of the literature and communication was there note of the program being thousands of dollars. It all just felt wrong, and I'd hate for anyone else to go through that disappointment. The program very well could help people, but I think it's important to go into the process knowing the cost.Business Response

Transaction was 8-4-23 paid $6920.90 was given partial refund of $2354.90 and seeking full refund missing $4566.I had a severe reaction to supplements by 3rd attempt only 1 pill ( OF 13 RECOMMENDED PER DAY) taken from each bottle except I tried 3 times ( 1 pill) from the morning bottle on 3 different days and reaction became worse. My tongue and throat swelled up and had to take benadryl or would have went to the ER.I could not do the diet he recommended as I could not digest the fat intake and made me sick at just a small portion of what was recommended. I did pre-warn them of my sensitivity to most foods but they insisted they could help me.( anyone) I knew I could not continue the program as I physically could not do the diet nor digest or consume the supplements due to severe allergic reaction and told them not to ship the next months supplements. They came but were shipped back and part of the refund. I put in notice with my 2 care guides by the 2nd week and notified for a refund at day 20, well within 30days.Dr Pompa has kept $4566 I cannot use nor ever use his program or any information he provided in videos or online and would like a FULL REFUND.Business Response

Hi ****, we apologize for any confusion and understand your concerns regarding the refund. As per the contract you entered into on August 3, 2023, the refund terms are outlined in Appendix A - Payment and Refund Terms.
Based on these terms, the refund provided was calculated according to the portion of the program that was used or received up until the date of termination. The specific fees associated with each aspect of the program have been itemized in the contract for transparency. A recap of the services rendered and the amount retained per the signed contract was emailed to you on 9/12.
We understand that contracts can have their terms and conditions, and we empathize with any disappointment you may be feeling. It is important to note that ample time was given for you and your husband to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before consciously entering into the contract. Our program has successfully transformed the lives of numerous clients, enabling them to heal and lead healthier lives. We are deeply saddened to hear of your experience.
We want to emphasize the importance of one specific section in the contract provided by Pompa, which is the Disclaimer, Consent, and Indemnification section. This section contains vital language that encourages clients to seek advice and guidance from their physicians before participating in the program. We strongly advise clients to prioritize their health and well-being by consulting with a healthcare professional who knows their medical history and can provide personalized advice. The purpose of this section is to ensure that clients have a comprehensive understanding of the potential risks and benefits associated with the program and to encourage open communication with their healthcare providers. It is crucial that clients take this recommendation seriously and make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances and medical needs. By including this section in the contract, our intention is to protect the well-being of our clients and promote a collaborative approach to their health journey. We want to empower clients to make educated choices that align with their specific health requirements and receive appropriate medical guidance throughout the program.
During your participation in our program, we understand that you mentioned having a sensitivity to vitamins. However, you did not mention specific information regarding which vitamins caused the sensitivity or the type of reactions you have experienced. We want to assure you that our staff prioritizes your health and well-being, which is why we offered an alternative line of nutraceuticals in liquid form for your consideration. This alternative option was discussed with you during the initial consultation call, the onboarding call, and the first session with your coach, before the supplements were shipped.
We take all allergies and sensitivities seriously, and we want to ensure that we provide the best possible care for our clients. Our intent was to offer alternatives that could cater to your needs. However, after conducting a thorough investigation, we have not found any record of you discussing specific allergies or requesting a list of ingredients for the nutraceuticals. Please understand that we aim to accommodate all allergies and sensitivities, but without the necessary information, it becomes challenging to provide tailored solutions.
After reviewing the recorded meeting on 8/14, your health advisor discussed various aspects of your diet and allergies. Regarding your diet, you mentioned being grain-free, having high cholesterol, and occasionally indulging in sugars and carbohydrates. When it comes to allergies, you explained that they primarily manifest as swelling and sickness, making it challenging for you to eat. Cooked vegetables and meat are your go-to choices due to the condition of your stomach. The health advisor suggested looking for dairy-free and ******************** when it comes to food selections. You mentioned experiencing difficulties digesting fat, and the health advisor informed you about the possibility of symptoms surfacing during the detox process and offered additional supplements for support. Your advisor commended your efforts with your diet and emphasized the importance of sticking to high-quality ingredients while cutting out sugars. She suggested a gall bladder support option available at local health food stores and acknowledged your fat digestion issues. To summarize, the health advisor recommended removing sugars and grains from your diet, emphasizing the consumption of high-quality, grass-fed meats, organic,pasture-raised animal products, and wild-caught fish as tolerated, along with organic produce. She confirmed at the end of the call that you will not be adding more fats but rather eliminating sugars.
Regarding the second shipment of supplements, we would like to clarify the timeline as discussed during the consultation call on 8/3. It was explained that the first box of supplements would be shipped within 2-3 days after enrollment, and the second shipment would follow approximately ******************************* your case, the first shipment was sent on 8/7, and the second shipment was sent on 8/28. Our records show that you notified us of your cancellation on 8/29, just one day after the second shipment was sent.Consequently, you were given the opportunity to return the second shipment, therefore avoiding incurring any charges associated with it. Additionally, we want to highlight that we refunded the standard 20% restocking fee as an additional gesture.
On September 13, 2023, we offered a settlement agreement to you that involved an additional amount of $2,600 that would be refunded to you, which was beyond the terms outlined in your contract. This was in addition to the refund of $2,354.90 that was already issued according to the terms of the contract. However, we understand that you chose not to accept this offer.
In your complaint, you mention that you were within a ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* the signed contract. The contract itself serves as the comprehensive document that clearly outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties involved. These terms and conditions were carefully designed to provide clarity and guidance throughout our partnership, ensuring a mutually beneficial and lawful relationship. It is crucial to refer to the specific terms stated in the contract as they form the basis of our agreement and are based on the services rendered.
We understand that you may still be dissatisfied with the outcome, but we want to assure you that we have thoroughly reviewed your case and explored all possible options. We want to emphasize that we have taken your concerns seriously and have invested significant effort into exploring all possible avenues for additional resolutions. Regrettably, despite our best efforts, these proposed solutions were ultimately rejected. Unfortunately, based on the terms and conditions outlined in the contract, we have determined that there is no further action or resolution that we can provide at this time. We appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.Initial Complaint

November 10 2023 I spoke with Abby A******* on a ZOOM call about Dr. Pompa program but all she did was talk in circles! She never gave me any information about the products and she mentioned their 5 month detox would cost $7,000 and ask me if getting healthy would be worth it.
This is a total scam.
Abby talked in circles about inflammation in the body but never gave me information on their products. It was like she was skirting the issues that would get them into Federal Law.

The whole thing is very deceptive.
I watched a long video listing all issues I currently am living with and was lead to believe that 167$ would show how to get better. No where in this video was it mentionner that the program would end up costing thousands of dollars.
It is a far cry from what is being advertised. If the goal really was to help as many people as possible….. why not just provide the service that was sold for 167$ ??
This is a first class scam preying on people’s ailments to empty their bank account.Business Response
