      I had a consultation with this program after giving my complete medical history. Which I told them I hsve systemic scleroderma and have lost 82% of my ability to swallow. In addition I told them I have Grade D erosive esophagitis ( which is the worst) i gave complete medical situation I am in. They assured me that they only select those that can qualify for the program. I paid 7,000 and started the pills they sent me and began to vomit up the pills and threw up blood and large pieces of tissue. I told my coach and asked for liquid form of supplements and she told me Dr Pompa said I would hsve to pay more for the liquid form. In other words, this program is supposed to be for the sick , but if you are really sick you hsve to pay more! This seemed very odd for a company that says they want to help the sick and I definitely qualify and was very honest about my condition. But they refused. I feel that the many pills you must take are getting stuck and causing more harm than good. I've been refused help with accomodating my condition that I gave all the info for and can back it up. I asked about refund and was denied.

      On 11/14/2023 I purchased the cellular inflammation and consultation for $167, order #********. I had my phone consultation on Saturday November 25th with *****. I was expecting to get some information on ways to help my health not just trying to get me to join a program thats $7000. If I knew that was the whole point of the consultation, I wouldnt have done it. I want a full refund for the money i spent.

      “This test shows you exactly what's going on on your cell membrane.“

      This is a lie. It is an unsterile $167 pee in a cup with a small vial that turns pink automatically. There is no personalized test because it is 7 shades of pink. It’s not possible for those 7 shades to be personalized to our cellular health. The test also does not provide proper handling instructions or testing instructions. An $11 cvs urine test provides more sterility , instructions, warnings, and protocol than this $167 test. Too many factors that go into that which aren’t covered.

      I have seen many red flags in their marketing and wanted to share my experience to warn others as well. There is a lot of hype and no clear science explained. The strategies used are gimmick and overpriced.

      I came across the ad for Dr. P**** and it seemed to be the answer I was looking for so I signed up for their $167 kit for both my son and I. I did their meta oxygen test with my son and it turned dark red which was concerning but honestly I think it's more of a scare tactic. If people are sick with any kind of yeast overgrowth or heavy metals the cells would be inflamed. It sounds like everyone's results were the same. I was hoping to have some answers during the consultation as I had been dealing with health issues for a long time but at the very end my sales rep, Mark A***** told me the price would be $8K. With the discount for paying a lump sum it would go down to $6k almost $7k. Including my son the discount would sum up to $11K. To be honest I was overwhelmed with that price as I'm living off my savings from being unable to work. I was still willing to give it some thought but apparently giving me some time to look at my finances was too much to ask. My rep told me I had until 8pm in the evening and when I said I needed to think it through he retracted the offer and told me that if I wasn't going to make the decision right then and there that I would never make it and wished me well. It's a ridiculous way to say you're a Christian based business and trying to rush people into debt like that especially when they're barely scraping by. I do not recommend this marketing tactic even if you have a good product or service. I truly think they had a good thing but after experiencing this unprofessional and rather unempathetic service I've chosen not to go with this program.

      I have filed a complaint with you a few weeks ago. Pompa Program gave me credit for portion of the balance that I paid. They stated that the *** that I paid them for the program, that everything else was included in that price. Which it is not, they tell you to buy this and that to get better. Way to expensive. Out of $6,920.00, they refunded me $4,442.90 which is not the full amount and is not acceptable to me, the balance they owe me is $2,477.10. And I gave them my cancelation notice within the 1st 30 days. Other got FULL refunds.

      Hello ****, in regard to your refund, the amount refunded was aligned with the services provided and the terms of the agreement. Upon signing the agreement on October 17, 2023, you affirmed that you understood the agreement in its entirety, and you were given the opportunity to ask questions. As stated in the signed agreement: For early termination,within the first 3 months of the Program, you will be refunded based on the difference for the portion of the Program used, or received, through the date of termination.

      We would also like to clarify that the Cellular Inflammation Testing & Consultation, which was purchased on September 22,2023, was refunded in full in accordance with our 30-day money-back guarantee on September 27, 2023. Furthermore, we want to emphasize that the Pompa Program is a separate purchase with its own terms and conditions clearly stated in the signed client agreement.

      I have been struggling with the hair loss for a long time and I came across this program on ********* I have watched a webinar first, where Dr. ********************** talks about how you have to get rid of the cell inflammation in your body, in order to get your health on track. He also mentions, that ones the inflammation is gone, it will improve all the functions of the body, including the hair loss. I paid $167 to get the inflammation test. Then I have scheduled an appointment with one of the specialists on 11/17/2023. During our zoom call, I discovered that he is not even a medical professional, and has no medical degree, however, he was presenting himself as someone from the medical field . Also, he would not tell me exactly if this program will help me with the hair growth, he kept saying that everyone is different, he also, made it look as only selected candidates get to enroll into this program to try and manipulate me into signing up. I am very disappointed, it feels like they just want the money and dont actually care about the health and specifically my hair problem.

      I think this is a scam. Sold me a pee test that I administer myself and immediately turned the darkest red immediately. I think this test is designed to suck you in and make you feel you very sick and need this program. I think they make their money on this bogus pee kit. Very scripted information just trying to convince me that only a select few are accepted into the program. When I said I need time to think about it the sales person immediately offered me the highest discount, told me it was only good for 24 hours and then asked if I believed in God. Lots of talking in circles and red flags throughout the conversation and he even went as far as to say I will probably read a lot of negative feedback about their methods if I search the internet. I’d like a refund.

      I paid 147 $ for a urine test (13th of november 2023) (special discount price that include 50$ for shipping fee) that was supposed to get me information about my health and inform the person that was scheduled to meet me on a zoom call on the 26th of november 23.
      The zoom call was general information on inflammation. It had a tendancy to put fear as it was saying my condition was getting ''neuro toxic''. I have no neurological problems, I was asking about a skin condition on my lower legs. I train and I am in shape, I have no weight problem. The consultation did not bring me anything. He talked about a kind of mushroom that was part of the cure. I got alerted when they ask for 8800 $ for a 3 months program (or 6900$ if paid on one payment). A huge amount of money. I realized It was a sale pitch for the program. As I was finding this too expensive the man presented me a credit card (with no interests) that was odd. And then lowered his price to 313 $ per month if I got accepted for this ''credit card'' . At the end he wanted me to pay 1500 $ to reserve my spot for the program but that it was refundable. I said I would not pay anything today and would think about all this. He sceduled another meeting that I later canceled. In my opinion it is all a SCAM. I want a refund for the 147$ paid for the urine test.

      Saw Dr. ********************** story on ******** and thought the simple urine test would tell me something about my condition that was better than a blood test. This was a lie to get my $167 ! If I paid paid this much at a doctor ****** I would get a lot more info but the real kicker was that this was a lie and that a stupid 4 page questionnaire was the means to tell me I was very sick! Being a 72 year old female that is desperate to feel better because I take care of my ******************************************************************************************** $9000 over 6 months! This is obviously an attempt to extort money over the internet as the advisor said after I was cured of whatever I had then I could access their computer site for the rest of my life. This is totally asinine since I havent even talked with the Dr. ****** who is not a medical doctor! I want a refund of $167.00.

      I bought the test last week and took it this morning. It immediately turned brighter red than any result on the chart. There are no instructions on what this means or any source for peace of mind as to your life is not in danger. I have lupus and desperately want help getting better. After taking the test I realized that the result is just an expensive scare tactic to buy the program. I'm looking at the test results with no idea as to what it means or anything. Shouldn't a lab or a professional be interpreting the results of the test not just me guessing and feeling worse about myself then before I took the test. I have spent over 100k in medical expenses alone this year trying to get help. I do not think this helped at all and infact caused me to panic because my result was bright red, more red than and thing comparable on the result chart, then there's no way to get information on weather or not your going to die. After realizing that even stool samples come with better instructions I knew this was a scam and started to look for answers and here we are. I just want my money back and no I don't need results it's clear this "reactive agent" is just dye.
