After watching Dr. Pompa's webinar I decided to purchase the initial kit. My urine turned dark red, as I'm sure it does for 100% of the people who take the test. I took a lot of time filling out the questionnaire. It appeared that the sales guy in the call didn't read the questionnaire. I have a ************** couldn't even pronounce it right. He said he would look into whether or not the program dealt with my condition or not. Before confirming this with a doc he pushed for another call. I think when a doc asks for a credit card before doing anything for you it is a red flag. I request a full refund as I was given nothing useful for the 167 I paid. This is a scam. I did the urine test and it didn't even take time to react...it turned the brightest red right away. After some research, it seems like everyone's test does the same and then they do a call with a person to try and get you to pay an outrageous amount of money. They require your spouse to be on the call wonder...it is like buying a timeshare. You need both for the financial end, which they know. This is sad that someone would prey on people's health issues. I want my money back for the sad kool-aid test I took.Business Response

I signed up exhausted grasping at straws trying to find a solution to the unknown medical issues many of us have that would sign up. Praying for an answer. They called it the lighthouse in a dark stormy sea and I finally found it! They build you up with high hopes . Charge you mine thankfully only $97 for a silly urine test you take at home same quality as a pregnancy test. Drag in *** and how he was sent this message from ***, waste an hour of your time which I’m a little embarrassed I shared so much with this “ employee” and then told it is 0ver $8000 dollars only I kept pushing to know. So 1600 a month over $400 a week. No wonder they have so many alleged doctors and athletes who have done the program, prob the o Lu ones that can afford it. You’re tricking sick desperate people . I truly hope this works for the poor souls who shovel out over $8000 dollars for 5 months.Business Response

On October 22, 2023, I came across an advertisement on Facebook for promises to get to the root cause of autoimmune disorders. As I suffer from a few autoimmune disorders, I was intrigued. Clicking on the link to Dr. P**** speaking about his journey and how he can help others, he seemed genuine and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. After signing up for his webinar and watching the whole thing, I was so hopeful and excited that this was going to be great. There is a link at the end of the webinar to sign up for the initial testing and for the one hour zoom appointment to go over the results. I signed myself and my husband up to get started. My credit card was charged the $264 on 10.22.2023. I was supposed to receive an email shortly after I signed up with my confirmation and link for the zoom appointment. I still have not yet received my confirmation email or link for my zoom appointment. I made multiple attempts to the Pompa Program to try to have this resolved. Finally after multiple attempts (through texting and messaging on Facebook), a representative from the program sent me a text back but never addressed my issue of never receiving a link to my appointment. My husband and I carved out time in our Saturday to be able to make our zoom appointment, but it has been such a run around trying to get our link. Now, a matter of hours until our scheduled appointment and we have not had anyone acknowledge our issue or complaint.
As I was getting frustrated this evening trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone in the Pompa Program, I came across the BBB awful reviews for this program and company. It seems like it is the such a scam as there are so many of the same awful reviews. Stupid me for being desperate for medical answers that I fell for this.Business Response

I purchased a $167 - 1 hour health consultation with the pompa program hoping to shed some light on my negative health symptoms and the root of them.
However, there was no expert advice or health help whatsoever but was rather a sales pitch for a $6,000-8,000 program that the pompa program offers. If I wanted to listen to a sales pitch, I would not have paid $167 to do so and I feel it's completely dishonest to convince someone you are helping them. They are praying on the weak and people who truly need help. I’m disgusted to know their are people and companies that will go along with this sort of practice just for money. It’s a form of evil on another level. And they claim to be a Christian company. Shame on everyone who works for Pompa and himself to creating this scam.
I really need help and had hope this would be a positive answer. I was considering doing the program just because I’m in so much suffering everyday.
After learning the truth of this program. I am requesting a full refund on the $167 test that I took that didn’t get reviewed by an actual physician. They scored me based off of questionnaire and they didn’t even follow up about my concerns.
I’m so grateful I never gave them my card to sign up. After doing research I have yet to find anyone with actual positive results after completing this program. In a world where so many people need help and fighting off autoimmune diseases, you would think people would be more thorough in their explanation. However if you are running a scam on the weak then there not necessarily. Buyers beware! Go find a local natural path. You will get better help there then this scam.Business Response

On 10/3/2023, I saw the Pompa Program on Facebook and watched the webinar with Dr. P**** giving a very convincing speech on how he has found a breakthrough way to treat people’s health issues at a cellular level to help cure many issues related to thyroid and inflammation. It required a urine test to determine the depth of the cellular issue and also a neurotoxicity assessment, all for only $167, a savings of several hundred dollars he said. I was convinced that it could be useful to pin down the source of my health issues and went ahead with it. I received the urine test and it showed the darkest level red meaning the worst inflammation which didn’t seem accurate to me and then the day of the consultation the associate interviewing me said the darker the urine test result, the more inflammation and possible damage at the cell level (sounds like everyone’s test results are the same). During the Zoom “appointment” I was expecting to hear more about the program and solution to cellular health, supplements, dietary changes etc. but instead it was a vague explanation of a 5 or 6 month process and sales pitch that this could be my last stop on my quest for health and if I was accepted by this interview, I could begin the program for around $7K, which is out of range for most people and it was for me. I was offered links to try to finance the offer on a credit card and get into debt for this miraculous solution. I think this whole process was a scam to get the $7K and there was no full disclosure about the total cost or process. It was a waste of my time and money and I got no answers from it. After watching a very convincing webinar on thyroid issues and cell inflammation, and their correlation, I decided to purchase the test and do the consultation on October 14th, 2023. The test showed up it was just a kit with no other explanation other than how to do this simple urine test, 50x accuracy of a blood test, in the mean time I was bombarded by emails reminding me to do the assessment which I already had done. The test result came back much darker than the scale given on the the box, and it was a little concerning at first, that was until I the next day during the consultation was told that I was a good fit for the program because my marker was 130. At 50 you have chronic cell inflammation, so I must have been really sick. This was a major red flag, as well as when the consult said they were a christian company and following christian principles. When I told the consulting person that I wasn't going to do a major financial decision right away, she insisted on a meeting Monday morning. The more I though about this the more I realized how discussing this sales method is. To scare people into making such a big investment.
I would like to get a full refund of my $167.00 for this test and consultation.Business Response

Dr. P**** ran an ad on social media offering a urine test and how to ASSESS and TREAT your inflammation naturally for $167. They sent an at home urine test that measures inflammation…mine turned bright red ( as I am sure everyone’s else’s). A phone call with a provider to discuss the results and learn how to treat the issue naturally was supposed to be the next step but instead was just another sales pitch and for 8k they will provide the cure.
I would like a refund for misrepresentation. It should be disclosed upfront that treatment will not be provided in the consult and will cost additional money. This is a scam.Business Response

I contacted the Pompa program hoping to get some real answers about my health problems. They sent me urine test for inflammation, that was supposed to be powerful and informative. This test didn’t even have any explanation when I received it or any information on how it works. When I looked it up, it was clear this test was a fraud. Then I discovered that they are just looking for money from people to get the enrolled in the program, with little to no information. I spent $167 to essentially pee in a cup that changed color and nothing else. I would like my monet back from this scam preying on sick people.Business Response

Well I kinda figured something seemed funny and that I needed to do some digging before I paid more money. It sucks to find out that you have been scammed. So glad that I didn’t make a payment today. I am sorry but being pushed to give over $8,000 is a lot. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt’s and be open minded but it seemed very fishy. Save yourself the time and money because this sure is too good to be true. Plus I understand how the body works as a health and fitness professional. This Dr. isn’t who he says he is. I work for two Drs. as well so I should’ve known better than fall for some $167 scheme. I was so ready to get some answers but I didn’t see how my test was going to help since it immediately turned red and wasn’t even verified in a lab or nothing. It just was so sketchy. I paid for it so I went through the zoom call to see if maybe it might explain things but it wasn’t anything new or seem to really about why the test is the way it is.
