I was excited to have my interview with the consultant. He was patient and kind. Took time to listen and evaluate. However the morning of the call my partner an I did our expensive test which was only a urine catch which goes into a bottle with a reactor. Both our samples went dark pink right away which seems odd beings my partner had no symptoms compared to mine.. Our examiner reflected it was a cellular affirmation on cell toxicity which has a name. My examiner was very good at explaining what the program does to achieve results of wellness. After we got to the financial part my whole body went in to reaction for the costs. I had not expected such an enormous expense for a program. He stayed on phone to try to close the deal with me but I couldn’t continue as my brain shut down and my health went spiraling down very fast that I had to get off the call. The examiner before ending call set up another follow up call for tomorrow of which I will cancel. I am requesting a full refund for this overpriced urine test. I don’t feel good about continuing with this program and feel preyed upon. I cannot find my receipt but it was for 2 tests which totaled $274. I hope to see a refund so that I do not have to file a UCC 1 .Business Response

on 9/13/2023, Pompa Progam appeared on Facebook and the webinar started. Dr. P**** started really convincing speech on how he and his team goes deep into handling cellular inflammation - do this amazing urine test and we will do this neurological assessment and you will be free of fatigue, thyroid problems, and dozens of other health problems - all for only $167 - I said, "Yes, let's go for it" - I received the urine test, it showed the darkest red meaning the worst inflammation (it was not true because I am the healthiest person in the family, I eat 100% clean and I exercise all the time (if my result is the worst, what about others???) - then the day of the consultation/meeting came. I shared all my past history and the headache I get sometimes coz I was expecting for that miraculous solution, supplement or.... of Dr. P**** - instead, I was convinced to get into his program for around $8K ---> which was a bummer!! I think this whole process and the darkest red test, etc. was like a trap for the $8K, therefore, I request you to please refund my money and do not get advantage of innocent and people who are already in pain and desperate for real cure - greediness also has its limits!!! com on !!Business Response

Dr Pompa Program was supposed to give me an At-Home Cellular Inflammation Test Kit that is supposedly 50X more accurate than any blood test at identifying cellular inflammation. On the order page it is listed as a Thyroid inflammation test and nurontoxcitiy assessment. I received the urine test, took it the next morning, and the liquid turned dark red before I could even complete the test. My daughter's test did the same thing. When I called to get further information about the results of the test, that I spent $264.00 for myself and my daughter, I was told that I would have to "enter" into the program and it would cost $6,000+ and that I could finance it if needed. The test was sold under the claims that I would have a toxicity analysis given to me. I was given a test that explained absolutely nothing and merely showed red color in a solution. There was no explanation given, and the person I talked to didn't even ask what color the test was. Nothing. I am seeking a refund of my $264.00 spent without receiving any further explanation of the results of the urine test. I just wish that others could be warned about the scam.Business Response

On September 28 I paid $167 to the Pompa program for what I was told to be a thyroid test and a consultation by Dr. Pompa. Instead, I received a urine test that showed “inflammation” but the color of the test turned dark immediately, which is some thing that everyone has also reported. The consult was not with Dr. Pompa. It was with a ““ coach that had no actual credentials. It was not an actual consult but rather just a sales pitch for me too do the $8000 program. Dr. Pompa advertises himself as this nice Christian man that wants to help people but really he’s just out for money. After reading about how he embezzled $1.4 million away from the orphans that he adopted and many poor reviews about the company from customers and employees, I lost the trust I had in this company and realized it is all a scam. My research also showed me that he pats his employees to write positive reviews about the products and they hide the bad reviews. They also hide all of the negative adverse effects people have had from the program. I asked the person I did a “consult“ with about people having any adverse effects, and he said absolutely not, and yet I found that people have had severe reactions to the program some having permanent damage. There have been several hospitalizations. He portrays himself as a medical doctor, but he was a chiropractor that lost his license due to the embezzlement. I would like my money back from this company. It was a waste of my time and money. Nobody wants to waste $167 and 2 hours of their time to get a sales pitch.Business Response

I recently paid $170 for the Pompa Program test. I believe the company is preying on the sick. I had a phone call tonight with one of their sales reps. 5-6:15 pm. They're fishing for people that can afford to pay or can't afford to pay but are not feeling well and they prey on them. He said my cost would be 7-8 k. Then once we got to back to it my program was going to be $8,871. for a five month program. Or if I wanted to pay upfront today $6,920. Or a down payment of $1,500 and make payments of $1,474. per month. Upfront medical payments are crazy...when you get a sneak peak at the program webpage of what's in the program. Pompa is pushing on social media hard. Don't waste your time or money on this guy.Business Response

I contacted Dr P's (if he's even a real doctor) on Sept 13,under the assumption, based on his webinar presentation, that i was paying for a cellular inflammation test AND a consult w Dr. P**** himself to evaluate my situation. I had to reschedule bc i forgot i had a prior engagement so did so but got an instant email for the initial date and not the new. Then, received an email from some Josh W***** guy stating i would have my assessment w him instead of the actual Dr. The email also stated i needed to complete the assessment i already did upon purchase-how would they not know if it was part of the purchase? It also stated in my email that i'd purchaded a thyroid test and not a cellular inflammation test. I've been seeing an endo for 40yrs and regulatly have my thyroid tested. That is NOT what i was supposed to be ordering. At thr hopes I was wrong w what my gut was now hinting at (that i"d neen scammed) i fecided to do the test anyhow, since my assessment appt is supposed tp be this evening. My test, upon taking it,even w one or 2 drops of urine, came out the reddest possible and is beginning to feel like a sure scam. Pay $167 and send cheap test that everyone comes up the worst on just to pitch them a high priced program. After doing a little digging around, albeit, maybe what i should've done more of initially, i find everyone seems to indeed come out the same. This docyor promotes himself as an MD..not sure he is now...AND cons based on being a christian, playing on people's beliefs that he's honest, based on that. No clue who the Josh guy is,that i'm now supposed to meet w instead of the doctor but guessing a sales rep. I want a refund of this scam price and a warning put out for others, seeking help for themselves, that this guy is a scam artist. You will NOT get an appt w the actual doctor, nor the test you thought you were getting.Business Response

Sept. 8, 2023, date of transaction. Amount $167.00. Dr. P**** sent this urine test to do first thing in the morning. Wait 2 mins text them a picture of the bottle of urine to see what color. Then the next day was my appointment and was told to make sure you had that test with you. I had filled out a 65 questions before hand twice because right before my call they text and said they did not get them. When the call starts I expect the person to tell me more about what’s my problem and that’s not really what they do, they are more concerned if you can pay the $8000.00 but if you sign up right away then they will a rebate to help you with the cost. He even tried to tell me I can finance this through American Express and it would be a soft hit on my credit. That’s a lie. There was no type of degree this person had or even showed you. But at the beginning of the call he said out of thousands that sign up for their program only about 800 get accepted in their program that’s how demanding their program is and getting to the root of the problem and the cells. They never ask for me to send the urine test to them or anything, but they are going to expect me in their program but I’m the beginning of the call it wasn’t that easy to get accepted……I believe this is a scam and people need to know. I want my refund of $167.00, because the test did nothing and they don’t even use it, it turned dark pink immediately which I thought was weird from the beginning and then I just text a picture to them.Business Response

Dr P**** was supposed to give me a urine test in order to detect and explain where my health problems are emanating but instead I was given a test that explained absolutely nothing and merely showed red color in a solution. There was no explanation given, only a sales pitch for an $8000 program to follow which again had no explanation as to how it was going to help me nor what my health issue was. This is in my opinion a scam, as I am the mother of 2 physicians! I am seeking a refund of my $167.00 paid to Dr P****.Business Response

I believed the tests I was purchasing would provide specific details/indicators of neurotoxicity and inflammation in my cells, not that the test would only indicate generalized inflammation, which I'm already sure I have. I did not realize recommendations would be coming from a questionnaire. I have already completed plenty of questionnaires in books Ive purchased and per similar programs, and am knowledgeable as an RN. I really believed these tests would be more specific. In addition, oddly, on my receipt the test was called a Thyroid Inflammation test. Which I had no intention or interest in purchasing. So that was further confusing to me. I am requesting a refund, for these reasons. These items were duplicative for me, I feel it could be communicated more clearly, what exactly is being purchased.I don't doubt that Dr. ********************** has a wealth of information and good intentions to share with others and would be a good starting point for many. I just believe this is not for me. I have been beyond this point in my wellness journey ad am not looking to repeat it. I have not received the test nor completed the questionnaire or call it should be simple to agree to my request.Thank you.Business Response

I am 65 years old. I was convinced after watching a presentation that it would erase my current health issue. After all, Dr. P**** said that he had been working with physicians for years (first lie, he did and they kicked them out). I took the urine test home without returning it to the lab (strange). I filled out the health assessment test and received an email confirmation that it was completed. I had my Zoom appointment with a Doctor on Aug 12, 2023 (I don't want to name him here, but I have the name). I was excited to find out what would come out of this appointment. I was deceived. The dr. received the assessment almost blank (funny because I spent nearly 45 minutes filling it out). I thought he would reschedule our appointment due to his need for more information about my health. He did not and said that we would go through them all during the appointment. During a couple of hours, I could barely explain the details of my health issue, and he seemed uninterested. He described a few things and tested me on them. I was interviewed to see if "I" would fit their program! When I replied that I was always skeptical, he almost turned me down. So, I changed my tune and convinced him I wanted to continue. He then showed me some slides that would not be emailed. Suddenly, here it came. I had two ways of paying for something I started to believe was another scam (for the lack of words). The total price was nearly $8,000 with a discount if you pay upfront, nothing in writing, all verbal. He pressured me to make some payment, but I said I had to check my credit cards to find the best way to pay for that expensive "thing." That is a lot of money the insurance won’t reimburse. When I asked him about his credential, I had a vague answer. If you look at his profile, there is NOTHING about Dr P**** on his FB page. After that fiasco, I began to look into it. Come to find out that the urine test was not legit, that all customers had the same results, and that the consultation was a sales pitch. I want my $167 refund. To top it off, the sales pitch starts with, “We are a Christian base company”… shame on you!Business Response
