Hi there, I watched a video on inflammation and thyroid issues…how they should be tested for. I ordered 2 tests. One for my sister and one for myself. I became very skeptical, because I thought I was buying a very comprehensive test - blood spot and urine to measure neurotoxicity and inflammation., with multiple markers that I mail in to a lab - INTSTEAD What I found was a very rudimentary urine collection kit with a vial that I suspect as red dye in it. As that is the colour my urine changed to right away.
I feel this man is scamming people, the questionnaire itself was asking questions about my affordability I feel. This guy is trying to scam the public with this ludicrous claims and taking advantage of sick people looking for answers, the vial looks questionable. The range of colour reminds of a litmus test in high school.
I would like a full refund, this business needs to be shutdown.Business Response

I paid for a urine analysis from Dr. P****. I had a scheduled phone interview with Mark A. and my results were just glazed over. He refused to give me any resolution to my issues or actual causes. He told me he was a Christian, yet cursed during our phone conversation. He went on to tell me if I couldn’t obligate myself financially this day there was nothing he could do and not to waste my time or his. Pretty much told me if I continued down this path that I would die. I also needed to make an ultimatum to get my husband on board or else. I ordered the urine kit from Dr. Daniel P**** which was advertised as as a way to help diagnose the cellular inflammation he said was the cause of thyroid problems and help treat my autoimmune disease such as my thyroid Hashimoto disorder. Upon further discussion with their “ diet coach” and the program they offer, they want to charge me $8,000 to tell me the answer to the how to treat my inflammation. What a scam! After being captivated by Ava's health journey on Facebook, I decided to purchase Dr. P****'s inflammatory test on 12/29/23, hoping for solutions to my own health struggles. However, my optimism took a hit during the consultation. The test result, which turned bright red upon filling the vial, was barely mentioned.

I signed up for a program through Dr. P****, then realized I need to read reviews. Seen reviews on the BBB about them charging people over 7k or more for a program. I feel i was scammed at this point for money for a urine test that everyone on the complaints said turned red no matter what health issue they had. I thought it seemed strange to answer questions about my income on the assessment questionnaire. Asking me how long at my job, and how much am i ready to spend on my health, was a red flag and i should have listened to my gut, but they do not give you that test until after you pay. I purchased Dr P****’s inflammation test on 12/24/23 (Order #********) for $97.00 after watching a video advertised on Facebook. He repeatedly stated that the test gives you “much more information” than a blood test regarding inflammation in your body. As someone who deals with a lot of inflammation, I was very hopeful that this test would give me additional insight into the cause, because that is what he claimed. However, when the test kit came, I was skeptical after looking at the products in the box. There is NO information, aside from instructions for taking the test and “no alcohol, exercise, etc within 24 hours before taking the test”. The test results turned neon red the second a drop of urine came into contact with whatever is inside the capsule. It’s probably just red dye…I thought there would be different color reactions based on different heavy metals in your body or something, since that is what his video was claiming to be the cause of so many health issues today. Instead, there is just a 1-7 “scale” ranging from light pink to red. I’m sure everyone’s results are a 7, but the box doesn’t even specify that 1 would be the lowest inflammation vs 7 showing the most inflammation, you just have to assume…How can you claim this is a “highly accurate” test and then give no information about how to interpret the results? Can just anyone, without any sort of medical training or background, run tests on themselves and accurately determine what the results mean?
After becoming skeptical because of the test, I did some research and found information about Dr Pompa’s ongoing legal issues. This has brought me to the conclusion that this is not a legitimate company, and he is just swindling sick people by making false claims. I don’t want to business with a company like this, and hopefully others will be warned before giving their hard earned money for a worthless “testing kit”.Business Response

December 4th or 5 th I ordered the test for $167 plus an extra $99.00 for my Sons test. I received both urine tests when I asked for his to be sent to him in Oregon. I spent $40.00 to have it over nighted to make sure he had it for our upcoming appt. During the first interview on 12/16/23 he told me he would have sent the test to my Son free if I would have let him know. I did reach out and emailed as soon as I paid for it because there was no where to include his address in purchasing it .No one responded so I sent it from Texas. Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes on phone interview and didn’t learn anything, was diverted down rabbit holes with other topics not about the program. He asked me the same questions I answered on their 150 page questionnaire. The urine test turned bright red with only a few drops of urine. What a scam I’m sure they all turn red and make customers believe they’re very ill. Then during the zoom call there was nothing brought up about the results of the urine test which they were suppose to address. The zoom call was upsetting and did not answer any questions about what my issue was and then told my son on the this same zoom that this wasn’t about him, it was about me and my test yet I paid to have my Son also? He was very arrogant with his responses. I feel this whole thing is a scam and there trying to take advantage of people. On the original call when he found out I was in a fixed income he asked how much my social security was which was none of his business. They were trying to see ahead of the zoom call if I could afford their $8000 program of supplements which they wouldn’t even name.
