      TERRIBLE COMPANY!In March of ****************************************************************************** 15 days for failure to provide requested documentation for almost 20 card transactions going back to Jan 2022. However, Health Equity had not provided 1 notification of ANY of these transactions. I learned there was a "bug" on Health Equity side and I would have more time to provide documentation for 2022 transactions but all *************************************************************************** the card would get shut off. I received 2 other emails in March telling me I had an additional ************************************************************ the mean time, I got emails telling me that my card was getting shut off. Then I got emails telling me that my card was NOT getting shut off. In May I received another email that my card was getting shut off. By this time, I had provided additional documentation for all of the transactions listed in those 3 emails from March. I was then told in May that I had almost another 20 transactions from 2023 that needed additional documents - yet there was NEVER any notification sent for ANY of those. I was told that over half the documents that I sent for the other transactions were rejected and I had requested no notifications. The reasons the documents get rejected changes. I.E., I was told several documents were rejected because there was no description of service yet there was an insurance authorization code. Then I was told it was rejected because it had the date but did not say "date of service". Getting ANY information is like pulling teeth - it's constantly wrong, conflicting and never consistent., even getting the current list of transactions still needed. They have shut off my card for several weeks. At this point I have provided all the documents to get it turned on and get no response or confirmation to turn it on. I think they keep funds from "use it or lose it" so they want to keep the funds inaccessible.

      Ordered a replacement card transit card, but never received it within the given timeframe. Wageworks still takes the money and doesn't not offer reimbursement for the time I had to pay out of pocket. They claim it's a delay on their end and still offer no solution but to keep paying and wait for the card. This should be illegal.

      Unethical. They make having ***** ******* ********* a nightmare and cause you to lose insurance coverage
      This is how…….They won’t post premium payments ( even if you pay them in the middle month of the previous month) to your account until the first day of the month. Only then do they notify the insurance company that payment has been made. But the insurance company deactivates your coverage on the first of the month because they haven’t received payment prior to the first of the month. Once your coverage has been deactivated, the insurance company can take 5-7 days to reactivate your coverage. So you can’t get medical care until they reactivate your coverage.
      Because wage works doesn’t post your premium payment before the first of the month and does not notify the insurance company before the first of the month that the premium has been made. You lose insurance coverage for 5-7 days every month and therefore cannot get medical care. How is this legal?

      **************** is embarrassingly terrible. They flat out refuse to escalate calls to a supervisor/manager. Extremely rude. They fail to take time to understand the problem and continually talk over you. I can't recall ever having a worse experience. They still haven't helped me solve my problem and naturally their website doesn't have the tools to do so either. They have my money and basically won't allow me to use it.

      WageWorks FSA / EZ Receipts is a terrible organization. Their customer service representatives are unprofessional, uneducated, and misinformed. I have had nothing but issues with submitting legitimate receipts with this company that they consistently deny. I call up their support team and conference in the billing department of my healthcare provider. We go over every single piece of required information that WageWorks required. They confirm the receipt has all required information. I submit the receipt and they deny it. I went through the above process FIVE TIMES just for one claim and numerous calls and back and forth on other claims. I spent hours making calls and submitting/re-submitting receipts for claims going back and forth with WageWorks, my insurance company, and my healthcare providers. Each time they agreed verbally that I supplied all of the correct information. Yet, after following their instructions in every detail and they still deny it again. Just for one claim under $100.00 I made 6 attempts. After the 7th attempt I just gave up and paid out of pocket. I spoke with a "manager" that had issues doing simple math and did not even know common medical jargon. I was speechless. I honestly was given the "run around" so many times I will not be using their FSA services again. I have contacted my employer's HR department. My ***************** and several of my health care provider's billing department both told me that this is a horrible company to deal with. I work in the medical billing field and this company has horrendous support. They will talk pleasantly and in a nice tone but they provide no help and are obviously trained to pass you around so many times that you will just give up on dealing with them when you question their false reasons for denying claims. THEY DENY LEGITMTE CLAIMS

      Subject Transit Card no : ending in **** not traceable nor able to login to online acct I work company, xxxxx, though which I had received this card in 2020. I had made contributions from March 2020 to Dec15 2020, for a total amount of $302.50. I used to get alerts for the balances on this card until ********************************************* got expired 02-2023. I couldnt use the card as it was issued during the covid lockdown and offices reopned only in 2023.I tried to reach the customer **** to reactivate the card, and when prompted to enter the card no, I enter the above card number. But it doesnt get validated, it keeps saying invalid card number.I tried successfully resetting my password today 5/11 ,for my user id . But when I try to login on portal tccard.***********/login , it says Your session has expiredI have been trying to reach to various customer care number given( ********************, tramsitchek) and I had no luck to trace my record or no details are available. I am at dead end.i would advise to stay away from this vendor.

      Very difficult to work with. I closed my HSA as they were not able to communicate with my employer for deposits (employer requires routing and account numbers). Was told the closing process would take 4-6 weeks then another two weeks for a refund to be sent out. This is complete unacceptable, they should be able to refund my money immediately. Whe I called their customer service I was told sorry, thats our process and they refused to connect me someone higher up. I work in the health insurance industry and this is completely unacceptable.

      Accidentally made double payments for 8 Months. Wife in ******** care. I am a 100%disabled ******* Veteran. Trying to get reimbursed for $1600.They will only return 5 months of payments. The rest they keep as extra payments until Oct.There cannot be a worse company that deals with peoples money. They will not give last names or forward to another supervisor. I just want my money back?????

      I want to give this company ZERO stars. I've been trying to close my deceased brother's account for 6 months. They erroneously sent me a check titled to his estate and I have been trying to get a properly titled closure check for months. I call in every week or so and get a different answer, ************ around, no ownership. Plus, they are charging the (now reopened) account fees. At this point, I believe this company is a SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      They keep shutting my card off even after I provide them with documentation, their customer service reps keep "putting in tickets" and I never get an email or phone call back. Needs to be a way to report them or at this point *** them
