The claims department of this company is improperly trained and does not know how to read. I submitted a dependent care reimbursement. I correctly stated the time period of the claim. This company then decided to change the date on the claim and tell me that my reimbursement could not be made because it was for a prior year. I have spent a lot of my time trying to get them to pay me my money even though the error was due to someone not properly reading the request and taking a minute to use common sense when approving or denying a claim. I would have understood that this was an error, but then I opened a ticket with their team and they deleted my message history so I could no longer reference the case number they assigned me. This resulted in case after case being opened and lots of wasted time. Quite honestly, this company should be considered a fraudulent company, since they withhold your money from your paycheck and then they never pay you your reimbursement timely. Seems like quite the scam to hold someone's money, deny their claim even though the information submitted was correct, and then conveniently delete message history and case history and make them keep opening up cases to waste time. If I could give them 0 stars, I gladly would.

Horrible company! Does not communicate with customers about anything. It took three phone calls to get them to email me a form. I will be complaining to my employer about them.

This company is the absolute worst. If you use a flexible spending card to pay for a visit, you have absolutely NO way to claim mileage. How, with all the negative reviews can a company be permitted to continue operating? I paid for a visit to the ** and also my GP. Wageworks requested a receipt $170 which I provided and they denied the claim. Do NOT use this company.

I've been trying for 4 months to close my HSA and have the funds transferred. I have had to call this company close to 30 times to try to figure out why nothing has been done. I've tried to close the account via the company website, but every time I go to submit a form the website gives me an "unknown error" message. I've been on the phone with customer service to walk me through the process and together we always get the same "unknown error" message. I've tried mailing the forms and no one knows where the form is. I've tried faxing the cancellation form and yet customer service claims they have not received it. I've begged to speak with a supervisor or someone that can help, but no one can help. I keep hearing "I'm so sorry," but there is never any resolution.I have wasted countless hours of my time dealing with customer service agents that have no idea how to help or how to do their job. This is by far one of the most unreliable and unorganized companies I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I would never choose to work with this company, but unfortunately I have no control over who my company chooses to work with.

Terrible company!! I cancelled my business with them in writing, emailed them several times, and they keep billing me!! Finally spoke to someone that informed me that they have a special team at their own address and contact email that isn't shared that deals with terminations. When I told them I haven't used the service and already cancelled they still tried to charge me! When I refused they pulled a copy of the last check that I wrote them and processed a payment WITHOUT authorization. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!

This is one of the worst companys after. First to activate card the phone number they gave was a line to some kind of sales promotion. Had to hang up because their rep refused to answer questions just kept with sales line. Was able to activate card but now they demand uploading detailed for nearly every transaction though these claims are from doctor offices and diagnostic clinics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Has taken nearly three months for them to close my account and send a check with my assets to my new provider. (Am still waiting). Meanwhile, Ive been unable to access any of those savings for my healthcare costs. Oh. And the fees- frequent, high and for no additional service. Wish I wouldve moved away from them much sooner.

This company gives the run around to using your benefits. They will suspend your card for no good reason. I informed them I had emergencies and it didn't matter to them. The money is my money, so I should have immediate access to it. I have been without use of my card for over a month. My daughters were in a accident with an eighteen ******* and I was without access to my card. This is all unacceptable. I will be changing to a new company during open enrollment.

Card is always declined, in the three years I have had this account, I have never been able to use one red cent.Call and complain and they send a new card, guess what, that one is declined as with the third one.Was lead to believe it was interesting bearing, but it never bire one red cent in interest. But they will take one dollar every month for a statement fee and **** for maintenance. Then it literally took 5 weeks to close the account and get what's left of my money back.So after three years of never spending a ***** of 1300,00$ there's 1188.00$ left. And it gets better. This company charges ***** to close the damned account leaving 1163.00$.Would recommend someone to look long and hard at this outfit.

Horrible Company. I made a payment of ****** to *** for a balance owed IHC.Apparently, *** transposed the ** Box number and the check was sent to ************** Services (** Box *****) who cashed the check. The check should have gone to IHC at (** box *****). The mistake is on the *** side.I reached out to the number for ************** Service and it is not in service. There is no way to contact them. I also checked with ********** and they are unable to help.I waited 35 minutes for the *** dispute representative who said she could not help and routed me back to customer service whom I already explained all this to.I went ahead and made the $****** payment to IHC since I still owe the money and am asking *** to recover the funds from their error. It seems to me I should not have to do all the leg work to recover my money due to a Health Equity error. So far after multiple calls no one at Health Equity has fixed the mistake.
