      Absolute WORST, not even deserving of one start. they deny most of our claims despite all of them being entirely legitimate reimbursable items. and it's OUR money! Furthermore, they do not allow dependents to have their own accounts (with separate log ins) or even add a separate money account to link to *** account. So wish we could switch to another company but it's what my husband's employer went with, so we are stuck. For those of you with a choice, please do yourselves a favor and AVOID HealthEquity altogether!

      Have been trying for weeks to resolve issues with a HRA account. Supposedly escalated to a CSP but still haven't heard anything and doctor still not paid. Have been told I can't seek reimbursement due to how the account was set up by employer. The worst experience. I've spent 5 hrs on the phone over multiple days.

      I didn't have much of a choice for **** since this was the only option through my employer ***************, so I opted for it. BIG MISTAKE. They nitpick EVERY CLAIM and even when the claims are obviously within their approved list, they'll still partially pay and leave some arbitrary amount and claim that I'm responsible for the rest. Excuse me?? Aren't HSAs MY freaking money that I'm putting away pre-tax??? My other ***/*** companies at previous jobs didn't do this at all. I'm ****** the f*** off!!!

      I use Health Equity as my HSA (selected by my employer). The credit card issued by Health Equity was canceled and closed by the company before the expiration date with no notice provided to the customers. My card was declined when purchasing prescriptions. I had to call to request a new card and was told the reason was that Health Equity transitioned to a new payment system in early 2025, which caused all existing credit cards to be cancelled. They provided no notice of this to their customers, and will only issue new cards when the customers realize their cards are invalid and call to complain.

      Terrible online security. 1 security question with **** who can only provide limited info and make you wait ***** days just to login to your account. Unbelievable

      I had hello further was extremely happy with them until they switched over to Health Equity, they have too many fees, I had a *** brokerage account with ******* ****** set up through health equity. With hello further I could trade almost anything I wanted to. With Health Equity HSA I went to go trade CDs and a warning would come up saying your company restricted you from this. I called Health Equity they didn't know anything about that, call ******* ****** back and they said my HSA is not my HSA, I'm listed as the beneficiary and they have trading restrictions on that account. That is absolutely absurd. Stay away from Health Equity HSA at all cost.

      Service and investment fees for *** accounts are outrageous. My wife and I both have identical accounts. Her fees were three times the amount of mine. I spent three hours on the phone trying to get this corrected. To this date, they have refused. Let me help you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am moving my HSA to Fidelity, NO FEES!

      I had (7) fraud charges on my account. They initially reversed. They took 3 back said I didnt have sufficient reason as to why I didnt find out earlier. Spoke with a few members of the mob. Told me tough luck. Almost 1k swindled from me. Lack of choices at my job force me to stay. This is robbery without a gun.

      I opened a ticket weeks ago trying to reset password, says my email is not linked to my account. Tech staff cant figure it out. Just opened a new ticket and called in 10 minutes later only to find that the ticket has been closed. I am transferring my *** to a Fidelity HSA so frustrated with them!
