      ***** claims are denied stating things like service period were not provided when its on the top of the page in the receipt I uploaded. Human or AI claims reviewers are not reading the content. *** had to resubmit all but one of my claims, despite providing all receipts and required details.

      My husband elected for an *** account during open enrollment and his employer just so happens to use Health Equity for their FSA/HSA program. We have $3200 in our *** account thats been tied up since JANUARY *** writing this on 3/26/25) that we still can NOT access. We also have NO access to the online portal because they cant seem to simply update an email address that was entered incorrectly on their end to begin with. I am on insulin and had to use a manufacturers coupon to get that for free which isnt an option as of now and Im down to 2 doses left with no way to pay for it as we chose this account so that even when finances were tight we could still use the *** for medically necessary costs. This seems illegal to hold funds hostage and not even have access to view our account online.

      They're so bad, they can't even type your name correctly when they sign you up for an account. Who is hiring the incompetent clerical staff? What a joke.

      The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, in any regard. How can this even be a legal, operating business as this point? They deny you your own money for almost EVERY medical claim that their *** list says is VALID. They insisted my physical therapy was "massage therapy" and denied payment AFTER I used my card almost every time. Then, for a certain doctor I see, every co-pay I charge to the card is accepted without receipt or anything needed. But the LAST charge of the year the clean out the rest of my account suddenly needs a receipt. When you submit the receipt, it gets denied. When you call to ask why, you'll get a different answer depending on who picks up the phone. If you start pointing out the absurdity, they resort to blaming the doctor/doctors office and then shift all blame to saying "the *** requires it." This is criminal at this point. Im convinced their business model is based upon generating revenue from unused FSA balances, where people either forget, or give up after being denied so many times they finally pay out of pocket but can no longer be reimbursed because it's now "outside of the time-frame." ************ needs to be SHUT DOWN and INVESTIGAGED for gross negligence, fraud and theft. NEVER AGAIN.

      If your company offers an FSA with HealthEquity DO NOT PUT MONEY IN IT. You will lose $1000+ because of their absurd service date and expense policies, they will deny all of your claims.

      AWFUL SCAM. They have an incompetent claims department that will deny every claim you submit. I submitted my invoice for my insurance premium, they denied half the claim because they could not figure out what benefits I had. I submitted additional evidence, including my benefit guide and explanation from my insurance. STILL DENIED. What is the point of having the money for medical expenses, if the claims department has no idea how insurance works?? Awful waste of time and makes healthcare that much more stressful, as if it wasn't bad enough.

      My former employer sent me the link to this site for my **************** They have scammed me for over $1,200. I paid my premium on 3/3/2025 and it's now 3/20/2025 and still no insurance. The customer service is terrible because you can't understand what they are saying and the online service is nonexciting because it's an automated response with no resolution. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost. I also let my former employers HR department know and that they should drop their service.

      If you change your name, this company requires certified documents to prove it. But then they refuse to return such documents or reimburse for the cost of obtaining said documents. They are even worse than the bank I had prior to them, which did return my documents after I harangued them. The US government has no problem with returning documents. Why don't they? They are the FIRST business I have encountered that absolutely DOES NOT return documents. And yes, I did provide a note when I mailed it with a request to return it.

      This company is the worst I will never apply for HSA if health equity wage works is involved.i been dealing with this company with their incompetent claims department,.provided a receipt last year put a hold on my card couldnt get my sons prescription because they are so DUMB .Who is training this people They need a lawsuit .
