I paid Acima in full for the product that I purchased, however they posted late payments on my credit report and stated that $432 was written off although the balance was paid. Very sneaky and unprofessional way to do business.Acima

I just need to return something. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and cut me off. When I called back, they wanted to put me back in the queue. They make the return process nearly impossible because they don't want you to return the items, so they can continue to charge you ridiculous amounts of interest. I wish I had looked up reviews before using them. I would've never used them. ******.Acima

PlEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THESE PEOPLE. I went to purchase a refrigerator from Supreme apploamce and they finance through this company. First off Supreme didn't tell me this was a LEASING company like a rental center or ******** I changed my mind on the refrigerator and canceled the lease without ever receiving the appliance. I have called ACIMA for TWO WEEKS now to cancel this lease as the lease terms states you can terminate at any time. NOW all of a sudden a supervisor has to be involved and they never received a cancel sale invoice from Supreme. Scams all around.Acima

Pretty bad experience. Had a tough time getting caught up on other bills and didn't have money for some payments. Made a catch up plan, get caught up then somehow magically missing some payments from January. I'm gonna go ahead and let you keep the money but if double charge me again I'm going to make it my mission to dispute it. And don't try to call them either for these things they will just say oh sorry, file a claim with your bank and then still do it. Pretty disgusting practice for overcharge itemsAcima

******** customer service I have body couch from a company out in ******************** and acima was the finance I have been dealing with them now since last week. They scheduled a pick up for Friday for the love seat, they never came I called them Saturday because they made a new ticket for it to be picked up on Monday. Also I complained about it from the first day of when I called them. it is a very uncomfortable love seat I slide to the center. So they told me to take it to a store off **************** so I did drop off where they told me to. I explained to her that the love seat at the drop off place had the same love seat and it did not sink down like mine did. The gentleman at the facility told me that I see what you are saying it sinks down he said it's brand new you can tell that,but it's the couch defects. So I got a receipt that I dropped it off. I'm trying to return my money and trying to get my $175 cash from the company that I bought it from but they're telling me that I had to return it to them which acima told me to deliver it to somewhere else. Now I have the receipt where I dropped the furniture off I want my money back. They have hung up on me they don't want to resolve the issue I have even talk to manager ***** and she was yelling at me saying you told me it was in great shape, It is in great shape I told them about the love seat from day one what I was complaining about. They gave me they run around for a week now and I'm tired of it if the love seat doesn't work for you it's a no brainer return it and get your money backAcima

And no offense I have called that number the last time I was on hold for a half hour the time before that I was on hold for an hour, you took the couch back, but the run around was ridiculous.Douglasville furniture is horrible.The last time I've called there he's been rude to me, now they don't answer their phone and I know that your associates have called them when I am on hold and even sent them an email which I have a copy of the email your associate sent to them. The Worst Experience Ive ************************* Stay Far Away from ACIMA. This has been, without question, the most disgusting and unprofessional experience Ive ever had with any business in my life. If you value your time, your money, or your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and dont even think about doing business here.I spoke with two so-called customer service reps. *** of them, ********, tried to apologize for the outrageous behavior of her colleaguebut honestly, the damage was already done. That colleague was beyond rudearrogant, dismissive, and clearly lacking even the most basic training in how to speak to a human being. They hung up on me in the middle of the conversation, and then, as if that wasnt bad enough, completely ignored my calls afterward. No answers. No callbacks. Just straight-up disrespect.This isnt just bad serviceits disgraceful. Theres no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no regard for the people theyre supposed to be helping. Its like they go out of their way to make your situation worse.I deeply regret ever doing business with this company. I wish I could go back and warn myself to run in the opposite direction. This experience has left a bitter taste that I wont forget, and Ill be telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.They dont deserve your time. They dont deserve your money. This company is a complete scam. Paid off my lease agreement on 3/13. Next thing I know I am getting hit with another $89.00 for a catch up plan. When I have no acknowledge of. I would advise not to lease through them ever again. Representative doesnt seem to knowledgeable as well as they are quick to try to make payments. If youre looking to lease. DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS COMPANY.Acima

If I could leave no stars I would! This place is scamming people! We got an atv and 2 days later it broke down and didnt run again we fought with the company back and forth finally to get a second one brought to us this first one Got here at 1130 at night the second at 130 in the morning we get the new one with the same issue the next day ! Tried to cancel the loan they put a hold On it and were supposed to end the loan after trying to contact the *** broker whom is not even licensed they placed us on hold for HOURS ! Its absolutely disgusting how these people are trying to force us to pay for something that is broken and we have begged them to come get this junk out the yard with no response next step is filing a report and hiring a lawyer to sue this company! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!Acima

First lease was great no issues, second lease and now there's a problem. On 2/26/2025 I made sure that there was no pending payments or anything as I owed roughly $755 left. I paid off that amount and on 2/27/2025 wife noticed there was a pending transaction in our bank account. When I went back on to the site sure enough there was another charge. On 2/28/3025 as I had to work on the 27th I called an spoke to a gentleman and said that I would be getting a refund as it would be an overpayment and it would go back into my account automatically. Today would have been about two weeks and still nothing so I called back in. Now they are saying that it was part of the payment already in progress when there site showed nothing, and that the price would have been higher if that wasn't the case but on 2/24/2025 it still showed the same buyout price as wife and I were were calculating that we needed to spend to pay of a few other things as well. I will not be doing business with them again.Acima

Beware, as they seem intent on taking your money! I entered into an agreement for a $539.00 purchase, agreeing to bi-weekly deductions starting October 25, 2024, and was promised I could pay it off interest-free within three months. By November 12, 2024, I had already paid $500.91, yet no further deductions were made, leaving just $38.09 unpaid. Now, they're demanding nearly $500 from me! Ive spent over two hours on hold only to be told that since the payment wasn't processed as per our agreement, I owe additional fees. If they had followed the terms, it would have been resolved in under a month. This is outrageous, and they must be held accountable for exploiting consumers. I've always honored my financial commitments and maintain good credit, so this treatment is truly baffling. I'm seeking assistance from higher authorities and have involved both legal counsel and the president to advocate against their unfair practices. Do your research and protect yourself from being taken advantage of!Acima
