      I WILL NEVER USE ACIMA AGAIN. I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD AND WHAT THE ***** SAYS THAT I HAVE BUT THE GUY REFUSED AND KEPT SAYING EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT WHEN THEY HAD ADDED MORE TO MY PAYMENTS AND ALSO THE *** KEEPS CHANGING WHAT I OWE. I WILL BE LETTING THE PEOPLE I GOT MY STUFF THROUGH KNOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICES YOU GET WHEN U USE THIS COMPANY.

      NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! THEY TAKE OUT YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY WEEK WHICH I DIDN'T AGREE TO. PLUS THEY CHARGE TAXES ON THE MONEY THEY TAKE OUT EVERY WEEK. THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE ME TAXES ON MY ORGINAL LEASE THAT I GOT FROM THE STORE I WAS DEALING WITH. MY INVOICE THAT I SIGNED WAS ONE PRICE THEN TWO WEEKS LATER ACIMA TELL ME ANOTHER PRICE NOT TO MENTION IT WAS $300 MORE THEN THE ORIGINAL PRICE I AGREED TO. TAKE IT FROM ME DONT DEAL WITH THEM. I DONT USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I JUST HAD TO WARN EVERYBODY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

      I had to purchase 2 tires for my vehicle and unfortunately, I didn't have the money at the time. The Tire place asked if I would like to try to apply for credit with Acima and so I did. NEVER AGAIN will I ever use this company again!!!!! They take out every week from my checking account which I don't agree with. I never was able to speak with someone this was done all over the phone. I can't wait to pay this debt off and once again I will never use them again. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. I can understand maybe taking the payment out every 2 weeks or monthly but not every week. SO unhappy and dissatisfied with them.

      So I followed up on this response (below) after making a customer complaint about ********************** . This is what I received. I called the phone number listed and they said there is nothing they can do. So there was no misunderstanding?? I got denied after 3 perfect leases. My lease approval canceled early , less than the 60 days. I had to send in documents proving my identity ,after 3 perfect leases and was denied. I spoke to Acima and asked for supervisor . Everyone who answered the phone said they were supervisors. I was told an email was going to be sent to me as to why and I have not received an email. This company is bad!!! Northern ****** and **** As part of Better Business Bureaus verified Customer Review guidelines, a business has the opportunity to add comments or respond to your review. BBB has received a comment from the company regarding your BBB Customer Review submission.The business stated:******, Im sure that some misunderstanding must have happened along the way.       This is the worst company ever I have been waiting for a refund from Wayfair for over a mth they have been charging me with a product I have ne er even had! And will it take it off of my acct! Im having to continue to pay for something I dont have becuteny Will my do there job!!!

      I e have used Acima in the past and have had good experience with them but my last purchase was really a disaster.I usually pay off in the **************************************************************************************** January 2023 I made a few payments and on February I made a large payment thinking that the next two payments would finish my 90 day payout actually earlier than the 90 days Well nope What Acima did was take out another payment which would have left me with one more payment with seeing that and I am thinking 1 more and I am done early.what happened next was Acima prepaid my next payments with what I paid with the large payment.Thinking I was done I am good well nope.After looking at my app because I was going to do another loan I noticed that I still owed more than what the initial loan was far.I contacted Acima and they told me this was policy.The idea here is to pay off in 90 days to avoid the interest.Acimas trickery of prepaying you installment is a way to cheat you out of the 90 day payout and forcing you to pay the full price.The employees on the phone said there was no way around it and they couldnt help **** will not use Acima again and I will post on every site that I can to spread the word of Acimas trickery and policy to cheat the customer

      I had my car worked on at affordable tires in ********* *********. Just like everybody else I was told it was 90 days same as cash. They just keep charging me and I do not know how to stop them from automatically drawing money out of my account. Even though the last $160.93 I paid the day before it was due they still took it out and since I didn't push the button saying making a payment they charge me another $160.93. if you put a stop payment on it at the bank then every time they go in and try to draw money out they don't get it but they add it to my account which goes on my credit and I have to pay $35 for every time they attempt to get it out of my account. Can anybody tell me what to do? The company sure can't. And now my car is exactly like it was before I took it in they didn't even fix it. They have another shop took it over there saying it needed a fuse they didn't have it went to ********** dealership and that ended up opening up another lease through acima and that's $290 for a fuse. This is the biggest scam at this point in time can someone please please tell me what to do.
