      This company is a scam they ripped me off. My pair of ***** frames were $460.00. They have so far collected ****** from my bank account so even if u have finished paying off the pair of glasses their terms are to continue to collect if you have paid off in 3 months. They never sent me any receipts for my transactions and never sent me a lease agreement. Now ****** from me is alot for a pair of ***** frames and mind you the prescription wasn't included. Please share this so that no one else may be scammed this company has no heart for their customers.

      Beware!!!! I strongly advise that you do not shop here! I just recently leased a **. The ** was leased in June and after a couple of months, the ** went out and screen is totally black. I have received the run around and to top that I got into a screaming match with guy who sold me the ** Church Ave location. Hes yelling to the top of his lungs get the f-$&: out of my store because I told one of their employees hes being a a****** Im not helping you his words. I responded all the money Ive spent at this store you treat me like that. He told me that I need to learn how to behave like I am some little girl. To make a long story short I was sold a lemon and still expected to pay for a ** that does not work by the leasing company ACIMA. I didnt even have it 90 days. Feel very violated, disrespected, and robbed.

      This is a very dishonest company. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to settle a debt with them and have stated numerous times that they did not have permission to withdraw funds from my personal account but they still continue to take money out of my bank account unauthorized. When I called and questioned them they told me point blank that they will continue to do so without my permission and it is causing financial hardships for me. Please do not use this company. They are rude thieves.

      They agreed to change my payment to once a month. But theyre calling every week for payment and adding late fees. Ill never deal with them again.

      Acima is a long-shark company which needs to be shut down!! They have the nerves to demand more money out of me other than the amount I owe which is now been paid. My total amount for two set mattresses was a $660.00. They charged my account another ***** this past Friday but the remaining balance I owe was only $28.33. My bank has already been notified about Acima being a long-shark company. My bank has already put protection in place to protect my money from these thieves. STOP AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!! I KNOW FOR SURE THEY WILL BE BURNING H*** ALONGSIDE THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. Also, they called my phone this morning telling me I owe $1100.00. Man, ***** is smoking crack thinking I am going to give Acima any more of my money. I allow him to talk because I like to hear thieves rationalize thoughts of acting like a legitimate company which they are not. He said, he was having a great day after I told the authority, BBB, and my bank had already been notified of your long-shark company. Set note, they have a LinkedIn icon and Instagram icon on their page but we I clicked it, it shows unavailable. Note to other consumers, America has shut them now because they know they are thieves.

      This company is terrible! They literally billed my account multiple times a week and then told me I missed payments and the money billed is not being credited to my account. I contacted customer service and its like they were reading from a script. Im now having to audit my bank account to show all the uncredited funds. I dont recommend anyone use this company

      Acima is a horrible company they approved me and I know for a fact I wasnt supposed to be approved first red flag and I purchased jewelry I asked the employee will it be payed off before august after buying in may and he said yes not explaining u can set up payments yourself they took money and blamed me for not paying it off in time and I found out the item isnt worth the charge they are charging let along lying for purchase it was half gold not worth the first 3months payment total as well and now Im being told they wanna charge 3x the amount agreed.which is also not worth the total its been takin to different jewelers and they said the same thing I did . They are fraud and bad business.

      This company was taking money out of my account causing me to miss payment dates then blame me. Now that it's time for me to pay them off, all of a sudden they say my money is not in my account. I put the bank teller on the phone with a representative from acima and she was told what to do. We did what we were told and they're still asking me for money. I sent bank statements proving that the money was in the bank but some how on their end they don't see it but they saw all the times I paid the other money. The staff are telling me one thing, then when it's done, they say it's not acceptable. I called the police because they keep wanting to go into my account. This company is bad for business and I'll never do business with them again. They ask for all my information but when I asked for a name to whom I'm speaking to, they disregard. I'm so upset because this has effected my work, I had to leave work to keep going to the bank. They want give me my money back and for 70 dollars they want me to pay them ****. Highway robbery. Don't trust this company.

      I'm not calling because you guys still made me pay money and I did it so you all wouldn't bother my account or my credit. Your company is bigger than that, you all forced me to pay money I didn't have and I told you that. And today I got fired because I stayed at the bank too long. Thank you.

      About a year ago I purchased a bed with them the bed was priced at ***** of course plus tax and delivery fee which came out to about ****. I put money down and was making payments unfortunately I caught co vid and was hospitalized so I lost my employment which meant I couldnt make the payments . They send the account to collections however no one ever notified me. Here we are later attempting to buy and rent a house now that I have better income and higher credit but Im told I owe about ***** for the bed. When I call customer service he stays that I wasnt interest that double the total cost I was switched to rent to own, however I dont have access to my lease anymore to show or justifies. When I asked how to get it removed if I pay the settlement price I was told they have no control over that.

      Wish i could leave zero stars...Worst financing company I have ever dealt with. Bought tires that I didn't have the money upfront to cover. Was advised by the tire guys to try Acima. I thought what the heck and tried it. What they don't tell you is... if you don't pay the tires off in 90 days, they enroll you in this horrific payment plan for a year to the point you pay x3 the amount the tires should of cost. They then tell me if I want to pay the tires off early it'll cost me more than the original tires cost. Terrible customer service, super unhelpful, and a super sketchy program. Stay far far away.
