      I ordered a set of keys from Larry H miller in Sept 21, 2022. I paid $672.36. I have called several times with no responses. I need my keys. My car has been parked for 6 months. P.S. Please I need help.

      Hello ******, thank you for the dealership address.  I have researched your name in the system and have found no documents listed to verify the payment for the key.  If it was ordered through the parts department, sometimes there are not customer names on those invoices.  So, I'm reaching out to you to see if you could provide a copy of the invoice that I can look up or proof of payment so I can track it down from that for you?  Thank you for your help

      Bought a ***************************************** ***** **. Truck was use but came with warrant from dealer. Truck went in to limp mode 3 weeks after buying. Dealer had truck for 3 months to fix/ get parts. After getting the truck back I had it for less the 2 weeks and truck had the same problem again. Dealer charged me to do a regn on the diesel exhaust system. Know one week later truck is back in limp mode once again. Same problem. I paid $31500 dollars for a reliable vehicle that is at the shop always. Dealer managers will not respond to me or replace/ refund me. I need help please.

      I took my truck to the *** Honda dealership on **** south state st *** ** for oil change, tire rotation etc. they failed to rotate my tires, fill my windshield washer fluid, wash my truck, and reset the message on the cpu. I actually am not even sure they changed the oil. It appears dirty. I called and complained and was told to bring it back and they would redo it. I returned for the redo. They took it in and I waited 1.5 hours. They brought it back to me and I noticed that they still didnt rotate my tires. I remove one tire cap always so that I can tell. When I called it out the service rep lied to me and said that he watched them rotate them. I pointed out that I remove one tire cap and look at it there it is still in the same spot. He walked away from me calling me a liar and telling me that they have proof on camera. I then left and went somewhere else to have the service completed correctly.

      General Manager has spoke to ************** the day after we received notice of his complaint earlier this month. General Manager has apologized and offered to do his best to rectify the situation for him including the suggestion of redoing all of the services.  He did not want to have anything else done and simply made the comment that he would not be back.  General Manager asked if there was anything else he could do, and he said no.  There is no reasonable way for The store to verify his concerns and the idea that the items werent completed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      every time I go in for service I remove one tire cap. That is how I know that my tires were not rotated. When I returned the second time to have the service redone, I did that again. They still didnt rotate the tires. My oil appeared dirty after the service was completed the first time. The service advisor insisted that it had been changed. Im not so sure of that since my tires were not rotated, my wiper fluid was empty and they didnt even wash the vehicle as promised. 
      After I had returned for the service to be redone, I noticed that the tires still had not been rotated. I told that to the service advisor. He told me that he personally watched them do it. I showed him that I remove one tire cap and that is how I know that they still had not rotated my tires. He stormed off saying that he has it on camera with the tires being rotated. That said, how is the manager unable to verify rather or not the work was done. Check the so called camera!

      by the time the manager called me and attempted to satisfy me, I had already taken the vehicle elsewhere to be serviced correctly. I told him that, and also told him that Im already invested 3 hours of my time into a service that was never done correctly by LHM Honda and that I wouldnt ever be back. Also while I was waiting for my truck to be serviced the first time the service advisor texted my wanting to do $600 more other fluid changes. Its a good thing that I declined!

      how about they own their short comings and do better for their customers. If they lied to me twice and bbb once that tells me a lot. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

      I had a good conversation with *****. I apologized for his experience here and let him know that we would be reimbursing him for the maintenance plan he purchased from LHM Dodge. I also informed him that we would cover his next oil change, he accepted and was very appreciative. He said he would update his complaint with BBB as resolved and continue to do business with LHM.

      On Thursday the 16th I took my 2023 ****** frontier to the Larry Miller ****** ************* dealer Arapahoe facilities due to a check engine light, my wife and I got told that we would receive a diagnose in 24 to 48 hours and will receive a call on Saturday 18th for resolution. On Saturday 18th we didn't receive the call from ***** (assistance manager) my wife decided to call she talked to ***** he told they are waiting on ****** corporate to see what will happen with the car since they found more the one issue on it. My wife asked if there's any help such as rental car or car they could provide us with in order to use for work since will be more then 24 or 48 hours they told us that will be either fix it or diagnose, however the dealership gave us such a unprofessional answer that coming from a dealership who sold a brand new car that it got ***** by it self, the answer from ***** was the dealership couldn't do anything at all to take care of that since we don't have any agreements with a rental car, It is not possible once again that an dealer working in name of a INTERNATIONAL brand name ****** does not have any type of side plan or anything if they take your car for more then the period it's expected to be done by, Our car is a lease however I still pay and did an agreement for certain miles that I have not met yet and even after all that they still neglect any options to solve my situation, The only answer we got was that I can call ****** Corp and start a complain, I have not done any deals with ****** corporate or any agreements to put up a complain to them I did it with Larry Miller ****** and I am not getting any answers from them to solve this situation. But when we close the deal the sale associate was calling us to give he a good review but when we need a solution for a problem that came from theirs cars no body call us. I asked if we can cancel our lease for been so negligent with our agreement since I been paying for a car and miles I not using.

      On 02/11/23 my check engine light (CEL)came on on my 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe.I visited a couple of shops to get a reading w/a code reader. The code was P015D, overheated O2Sensor.I went to LHM Chevrolet, which confirmed this code.I was quoted approx.$350.Earliest appt was Wed 02/15.On 02/14,my CEL went unexpectedly off.I drove to LHMiller to ask the technicians if that was normal.The stated "yes"& did another reading& confirmed that the code was still active.I dropped my car off at 7am on 02/15 to have the O2 sensor replaced.I got a call at 10:02am.I was told that they "discovered" 3 more codes& if I didn't fix those,my car wouldn't pass emissions.The price went from $350 to a quote of $****!I agreed to make my ***** Tahoe perfect and ready for emissions.The car was ready at 3:27pm.I was at dialysis at this time and told ********************** writer I would be there after 7pm. Arrived at 7:05pm.Service **** was closed,my car parked outside& keys were at the sales dep.The bill was now $1746,including taxes.I paid in full.I entered my vehicle and drove down State St. to go home.Immediately at the very 1st traffic light I noticed that my vehicle all of a sudden shifted VERY hard down& with each downshift the rpm needle jumped to approx **** RPM's.My vehicle has ALWAYS been in excellent shape&shifted smooth like a brand new vehicle.Even when the check engine light came on& I had to drive it for a couple of days,the vehicle performed EXCELLENT. No problems whatsoever!I Immediately became suspicious when I recalled that ********************** writer mentioned that all codes had been fixed BUT that another sensor related to something in the transmission was eventually going to fail& needed to be eventually replaced. It is HIGHLY suspicious that my vehicle that NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS SHIFTING ALL OF A SUDDEN RIGHT AFTER BEING SERVICED HAS THIS ISSUE!I suspect foul play by the mechanic!I want my car back in the original driving condition!

      9/22/2022 In negotiation with buying the vehicle their were repairs needed done and I have in writing "We owe" since the parts needed are on backorder. I was promised that the parts were ordered, front and rear passenger door panels full assembly and that they were on backorder to be received in January 2023. I was promised from the dealership sales manager ***************************** that they would get a vendor company to complete the work at my home in *****************. I was advised I would receive a call when the parts arrived to arrange a date for mobile repair at my home in ******************. I called on February 9 2023 and they couldn't find a record of parts ordered for me. February 13 ****** called asking about the "We owe" parts saying he would talk to the general Manager ********************* to get an answer. Feb 14th ****** called me to advise of the options I had available which none were what I was promised, we had an argument and he hung up on me. I called the general manager, ********************* to advise I don't appreciate the rude and disregard of ****** and being hung up on. I advised to ***** what I was promised with the "we owe" on September 22 2022. He said he will look into it and call me back. Solution is for LHM to honor their promises and signed contract with me.

      I attempted to get warranty work completed at Larry H Miller Ram in ******, **. That experience in itself was terrible, as they kept my car for 7 months. During this time the dealership did not maintain my vehicles batteries. The vehicle, which is diesel has 2 batteries. When I picked up my truck, both batteries were dead. After 30 min the dealer gave me a jump and I left. The vehicles batteries no longer hold a charge and need to be replaced. I would like the business to replace the batteries at their expense since they failed to maintain them in an adequate state while my vehicle was in their custody.

      I have been working with Larry H Milli Used Cars for over 14 months using their warranty, that I can only use with them To get my heated seats fixed. They have told me on 3 occasions that they ordered the parts. Then, never call me back. In the most recent of the 3 occasions. Larry H Miller has had my Explorer for 4 days. Have made multiple mistakes, ordered the incorrect parts. Their manager *******, talks over you, talks down to you; treats you like c*** and when you finally get annoyed and raise your voice she hangs up on you. I have had several issues with them, to include that they didnt even do an inspection on my vehicle before selling it to me. The rims on my Explorer arent hub centric. If they had done the 180 point inspection this would have been caught. Larry H Miller needs to finish my vehicle and as far as Im concerned, either refund me the $100 deposit that Ive paid 2 times now. Replace the rims and tires that should have never been on the vehicle or something else of significance.

      Purchased truck a year ago, got extremely injured and wasnt able to drive truck for a few months .. starting it and having the wife drive it noticed electrical issues within first month of purchase followed by 4x4 issues (never even used it ) the listing was a complete lie after inspections were done it was shown that NON of what was listed was in the truck was charged a $600anti theft device charge with no anti theft in truck
